Chapter 1. Theoretical foundations of species of social and cultural activities

.1 Communication and Valido - Orientational Activity

The question of the types of socio-cultural activity is quite complicated. Any kind of human activity is already due to the fact that it is human, affects one way or another to form an individual, its socialization. Therefore, the selection criteria will be (based on the essence of the CCD), firstly, develops and how fully this species Activities The main human qualities (actually make it a person): moral, intellectual, aesthetic, and provides the opportunity to implement them; And secondly, there are cultural values in it, worthy of entering cultural thesaurus.

Socially cultural activity is an activity that has great opportunities to manifest human activity, depending on age features, interests, physical abilities and individual preferences and oriented to increase the culture of life and formation healthy image Life.

Socio-cultural activities are activities aimed at creating conditions for the most complete development, self-affirmation and self-realization of the individual and group (studios, mugs, amateur associations) in the field of leisure. It includes all the variety of problems on organizing free time: communication, production and learning of cultural values. Teachers-organizers have to participate in solving the problems of family, children, the problems of historical and cultural, environmental, religious and other spheres, in creating a favorable environment for socio-cultural activities and the initiatives of the population in the field of leisure.

Social and cultural activity should be considered as a historically determined, pedagogically directed and socially requested process of transformation of culture and cultural property into the object of interaction of the individual and social groups in the interests of the development of each member of society.

Sociologist, informatik, library scientist A. V. Sokolov Social and cultural activities consider as one of the effective means of organizing social communication, and determines as "cultural activities of social actors by: a) the creation of cultural values (creativity); b) the development of the abilities of the individual and maintenance of their creative activity; c) communications, that is, the spread, preservation and public use of all types of cultural property.

We adhere to the opinion of V. V. Tueva in the fact that "social and cultural activities are organized by social institutions the process of attoring a person to the cultural values of society and the active inclusion of the person himself in this process."

For a complete idea of the essence of socio-cultural activity, a specific, meaningful interpretation of such a concept as "socio-cultural medium" has a fundamental importance. Speaking about the socio-cultural environment, it is impossible to limit its sphere of science, culture and education, leaving outside of view such socially significant issues, such as human rights and freedoms, civilized forms of contacts between people, free and widespread information. For many years, under social and cultural activities, they were understood, as a rule, either amateur artistic classes or technical creativityOr the provision of physical assistance in the construction, improvement and repair of socio-cultural facilities: clubs, houses of culture, etc. The concept of "socio-cultural environment" means a specific originality and manifestation of public relations in the field of culture and leisure. The cementing basis for the preservation and development of a viable socio-cultural environment is, as evidenced by the practice, the presence in the existing infrastructure of the city or the area of leisure centers in which the predominant factor is the leisure activity of the population, the amateur cultural principle.

Modern socio-cultural situation: the most important condition for the development and practical use of socio-cultural activity as the system is a situational approach. The key point of this approach is the socio-cultural situation. In a wide context, under the category "Situation", a combination of typical conditions and specific circumstances, which have a direct impact on the content and form of human life or a group of people, on the system of their value landmarks, for interpersonal relations are understood.

The richest social practice is replete with varieties of socio-cultural situation - the situation with problematic and habitual "regular", manageable and uncontrollable, conflict and conflict, objective, and subjective, constructive and destructive (blocking the development of a socio-cultural phenomenon). For example, problem situation Relaxes the presence of a certain socio-cultural problem, which is usually a contradiction or a mismatch between the real and desirable. Studies of cultural scientists, sociologists, teachers, psychologists note the deterioration of the social well-being of many people's layers, the development of social pessimism, the loss of internal beholders of behavior, on the one hand, and the increase in aggressiveness, tensions on the other. State guarantees of the publicity of cultural institutions for the population, the use of cultural values and benefits for socially unprotected segments of the population have not yet been developed and not implemented. The company turned out to be unable to protect the child from violence and immorality of adults.

The child is developing in a stable socio-cultural deprivation, when its most elementary needs are not satisfied. High rates are growing teenage crime. The modern sociocultural situation with special sharpness nominated the problems of a radical change in educational activities among children, adolescents, young people, deep transformations in the field of family education, educational activities of labor, training teams, work at the place of residence.

We will proceed to consider the species of social and cultural activities:

1) Communicative (communication).

This communication is in 2 types - as a non-invalid, alive, face to face, and the appeased - the text, and not necessarily printed: it may be an invention (apply, the pisok, the scheme), the contemporary encumbrances (music), items. It is only important that he makes sense to have a message, which, which, well, Pennok or an adult could dash (at least in subsequent).

For a full-fledged person, both types of communication are mandatory. It became impossible to fire only one. Nothing can replace live communication. It is in it that the launch of TPDIs, such sublines, which cannot be fixed in the text: how says, it looks, he doesn't even look like a teacher; It is the living communication to the most convincing us in the values of something, brings up and teaches, here we receive an assessment and produce self-esteem, we learn to human methods of action (for example, tach).

But human culture, knowledge so complicated and used that there is no longer enough livelihood, like how it was like, let's say, in the disintegration of the greece, where it comes around in the gardens or the Goport Square and Pazgovaya with a juice, Plato or APP, you received most of Knowledge accumulated to ensure that knowledge has learned to think and put on. Yes, and where to sculpt so much aptotle? First, it was incredibly increased (up to hundreds of millions) the number of learning in need, and secondly, all of the human activity now specialized now that it is almost impossible to find universal geniuses.

An additional advantage of the text is the ability to almost loss to fix and convey the thoughts and feelings of the author, to preserve and transfer the entire accumulated experience of mankind: in the end, we learned about Socrates, Platon and Aristotle themselves only from texts and texts. Of course, in communication through the text, if only this is not the exchange of letters, there is no dialogue, what is called feedback, it is freezno, because Appeared immediately to all.

Feedback is manifested in the form of a hall: listen or deal with their own business, and a good lecturer is trying to take it into account, but it affects the feed form (more or less chewing the material, insert or not an anecdote), but not for the content: thoughts - like In the text - remain unchanged. Thus, the living direct communication here is almost likened by indirect. Why in both cases it is still communication? Yes, because there is something that becomes common. The author (lecturer) expressed, what he felt and thought out what he considered the most important. We perceived and learned the message (i.e. made part of themselves), it had an impact on our value orientation, the worldview, life sense, behavior, i.e. Personal qualities, their further development.

So the quality of communication arises. Not any communication is a type of socio-cultural activity. Only such communication, which makes human qualities, in which everything is the best in which humanity has been given in the field of nanity, custom, intelligence, and will be socio-cultured.

) Value-orientational

Formation of attitudes towards man as the highest value occupies leading place In the hierarchy of values and acts as a key element of the content of socio-cultural technologies. If a person acts as a goal and measure of all things, the world acquires value when it is assessed from the point of view of a person's life. The value orientation per person causes the need to form the following personal qualities that promote sustainable right relationship: Honesty, conscientiousness, generosity, goodwill, attentiveness, dedication, discipline, i.e. All that can be called humanism.

The second key element of the content technological process Social and cultural activity is the value attitude to life - recognition of the inviolability of life, understanding of life as a higher value. The value attitude towards life is aimed at the formation of the following positions: recognition of the right to life of every person; careful attitude to various manifestations of life; perception of life in all variety, varieties, stages, forms; promoting life as power and abilities; recognition of such lifestyle qualities that characterize the life of a worthy person; A meaningful life position and conscious construction of its own life in the active quality of the subject. This position goes beyond the sphere of human life and absorbs the concept of life in all its diversity, where she (life) flows or may leak: the life of the ocean, forests, steppes, rivers, land, planets, space and other manifestations. The formation of a value attitude to life is reflected in such categories as "happiness", "freedom", "conscience", "justice", "equality", "fraternity" and others.

The third key element in the content of the process is correlated with such values as "society" and "community", i.e. Of the various kinds of people association in the name of a decent life. A person becomes a man thanks to the community, thanks to the fact that he absorbs the culture of previous generations. The society becomes a regulator of human behavior in society, forms the image of a social device, the awareness of which comes to a person under the influence life experience And through various channels of social communication. Important areas in this section becomes the development of the legal foundations of the life of society, the political structure, the role of the personality in history, a personal role in society, attitudes towards the community of people.

The value attitude towards work absorbs the whole set of relationships considered by us - to person, life, society. Through labor and creativity as a higher manifestation of employment, a person demonstrates all its uniqueness and uniqueness. However, the attitude towards work as value is secondary in a number of motives, which are guided by the person, and in this respect is the value of the person himself. The main directions are the teaching of a person to physical and mental efforts and training in the skills of various creative, public or other forms of labor activity.

The orientation of the content of technological sociocultural programs on the strategic parameters considered is attractive to the fact that their system makes it more specified to form personal qualities and value relationships, choosing a wide range of qualities between such polar values as "individualism" and "altruism", "cruelty" and " Love "," pessimism "and" optimism "," misfortune "and" generosity ", etc.

1.2 Cognitive, Cultuous and Recreational and Entertainment Activities

3)cognitive activity

a) ordinary knowledge

b) scientific knowledge

Cognition is the collaboration of knowledge, clarifying the truth about the elimination of us by MPA, people and society, methods of action. Cognition is ppiorating in all the scope of human being and public consciousness (in TPEU, everyday life, politics, etc.) and in diverse fabrics. We will write, in scientific - it becomes to find out the objective truth, the laws of the police (including human); In the arts of art - find out, comprehend and try to explain to human use, human reacting of MPA, in the game - model MP, etc.

It is clear from the foregoing that knowledge should first play a lot of human and humanity. At the run of mankind, it arises as a way of survival and was purely pphagmatic: which cookers are edible, and what you will dispense how to masse the Kpemen tips for a spear and it should be, on which animals and how to hunt, etc. There is no longer there (and can not be) of theoetic knowledge, weakly proclaim themselves between the phenomena and the phenomena, and the topics are given a minimal explanation.

Search, cognitive activity is asked for us to use us, and recently children first master the MP in front of them and shake (crawling and grabbing). But here, entering the "integrity", they begin human knowledge, i.e. The knowledge of the essence of phenomena and the priests and identification of links between them. It tsely already takes the ability to logically think, and mastering the MIP articles of art, we have an associative-obvious thinking, i.e. Abilities in general and feel.

Such an overpower, accumulation even small sum Knowledge affects the individual. But not any knowledge has a sociocultatic value, manages human personal qualities. Carefully perennial inquiry, which will take a neighbor in a neighbor, Whether will contribute to a nnapplicate, aesthetic or intellectual one. Only knowing the knowledge of already created or twisted cultural values, ideals, meanings, nozzles, methods of action and the knowledge of new ones, no exploration, but used in a gampmonic system, and therefore the greatest extent affecting the person's attention, will be a view of the SCD.

Since knowledge is revealed and the accumulation of knowledge in all areas (here it moves with consumption), thereby we can say that cultural values are created here. Therefore, we consider knowledge to the main types of LCD.

) Culturication

For modern society It remains relevant to the development of cultural values by adolescents. New conditions are being created for the functioning of the socio-cultural environment, new requirements for the formations of the organization of cultural and leisure activities appear, as well as to the goals and methods of their implementation. The quality of educational work in the socio-cultural sphere and the quality of organizing education in the field of leisure is directly dependent on the level of development of the theory of socio-cultural activities.

The specificity of modern cultural and creative activity is that it is a comprehensive crisis of the axiology of innovative and creative culture: the crisis of rational, individual and creative values, which, expressed in the appearance of a primitive mass culture and opposing it is overly complicated and often meaningless elite culture, decay and Negotations of classical social institutions and the emergence of global problems of humanity. As I. Bestuzhev-Lada notes: "Culture loses its rational, constructive, useful meaningful value, turns into anticulture, irrational, destructive, pushing humanity to the reproach unfolded before him." The main form of the crisis of innovative and creative culture is the destruction of the value of creativity, which led to the decay of culture on the mass and elite. Basic axiological characteristics of both traditional and creative cultural creativity are preserved, but in their background there are mass and elite culture, respectively, simplifying and complicating value-semantic tezauruses and cultural models.

Mass culture comes to shift folk cultureFunctioning around traditions and through traditions. Mass culture is not focused on individual unique creativity, but on the processes of extensive consumption, defined by the fashion and market laws of relations between mass demand and the corresponding proposal. This consumption is determined by an average mass standard, designed to impact as wide masses as possible, and performs simultaneously and as a person's ability to freely meet its needs, choosing from a variety of proposals options, and as a total subordination of a person artificially emerging needs. The general axiological principle of mass culture is massive stereotypical production, and on the basis of its value models, other types of artifacts are formed.

Modern mass culture is a specific organized cultural production industry, the artifacts of which are circulated through mass communication channels and are intended for consumption by millions of people. Mass culture has ambivalent nature, because, on the one hand, it allows you to get acquainted with masterpieces high culture And gain access to high technologies to the wide masses of people, and, on the other hand, standardizes and promotes the perception of these masses in order to expand consumption opportunities. And first of all, the mass culture actively affects the subconscious layers of the human psyche, stimulating bodily and selfish desires and instincts.

) Recreational and entertaining

Distinguish several levels of recreational and entertainment activities:

The first level is "passive recreation" - involves simple relaxation, removal of emotional tension.

The second level is "active" - aimed at the cost of physical and intellectual forces, volitional effort, ensuring rapid emotional and physical discharge. This level includes a variety of entertainment events - games, dances, holidays, etc.

The third level of recreation is associated with a significant activation of spiritual interests, preferences and human capabilities. This level encourages a person to expand the spiritual world and mastering cultural needs.

The fourth level of recreation is focused on the production of a certain type of cultural property, development creative start. It is this level that allows a person to improve the various sides of the person's personality and satisfy the diverse requests and interests of a person in sphere of free time.

So, the game is special way The simulation of the MPA, where we create a conditional model of permeability, which in effect by our PPAvilles. These trivials can reflect on behalf, and they can differ in it. The value of the game is that it allows for the progress of pinking and make a lot of situations, social poles that you can run back, move and find a vertex. Not bearing any responsibility, as for compliance with Pavil, Ipokok rises above the reality, here it can sf well and dance the qualities that they have been unrelated in their reality.

Of course, IPIs are practical and are taken to the practical qualities of the individual. But if you agree in general, it can be seen that the whole person is involved here: the whole person is used: and in general (recently argued that the game is thoughtful, and the idea is the game), and emotions, and the Pind, and physical qualities. Children in the game, in the fairy tale are mastered by human communication, i.e. NPOs and ideals, and are completed in them. For the take-off game has a speed compensating happostep, helps to additionally peal yourself.

The game itself acts as a cultural value, and relevant childhood lengthening, the possibilities are careless to play through humanity as a flame conquest.

We have included basic types of SCD, happied for all its spike and regions. But besides the main, in every spike and area there are its own specific species SKD, mostly ordered from the main.

Chapter 2. Analysis of various types of socio-cultural activities in cultural institutions

.1 Analysis of the cultural type of socio-cultural activity in the Moscow House of Culture

Cultural and entertainment activities of culture institutions is a difference from the main directions. However, in practice, this direction of activity of cultural institutions is contradictory. On the one hand, the organization of recreation and entertainment in cultural institutions is a popular thing, and on the other - the level of this activity is extremely low.

We will conduct anliz of the cultural type of socio-cultural activity on the example of DC "Salyut".

The Palace of Salute Culture was founded in 1966 and today is a major center of culture of the North-West administrative district of the city of Moscow. DC "Salyut" is undoubtedly a good sign of several generations of the districts of the district still since he belonged to Tushinsky machine-building plant. In the 1990s, DK for some time almost pretended its work, and in 2001, the state institution of culture "Palace of Culture was created by the decision of the Moscow government of Moscow Firework ", Whose director Irina Alekseevna Medvedev became.

To date, DC "Salut" is the largest multifunctional cultural center. Over the past year, young professionals who have higher professional education and big plans for the future have come to the team.

Compared to other forms of communication with art, a person involved in the artistic and creative process always occupies the most active position. The main content of the artistic and creative act is specifically a figurative embodiment of aesthetic goal. The material from which a new image is built is the stock of vital and artistic impressions, acquired by amateurs as a result of the immediate perception of reality, acquaintance with art, contacts with other people. In the course of cultural activities, the actualization of all mental forces of personality takes place. Thanks to the memory, the past experience is saved and playing. Thinking makes it possible to produce necessary analytical - synthetic operations: comparison, communication, concretization, analysis, synthesis, etc. Imagination helps to transform previous experience and create fundamentally new on-based transformation artistic structures. Literal condition and factor creative process There are volitional efforts of a person, without which there can be no conscious statement of the goal, nor the choice of means of its achievement, nor focus on solving the task. entertainment creativity social

In DC "Salut", artistic amateur activity is well developed. Very strong choreographic teams, which allocated in the dance house. In the self-election "Youth", which is well known to the public, are engaged in Russian folk dances. Classic ballet is represented by the theater of dance "Marie- on". Eastern and Gypsy dances are engaged in the Amrita ensemble, and fans of ballroom sport dance Attend the sports and dance club "Duet". The center of the Russian People's Song grew on the basis of self-identity. It includes the ensemble of the Russian song "Vessenka", a children's studio "Tankers" and the folk-pop workshop "Saturday". In addition, there is a center creative developmentin which there are many interesting club formations for children and adolescents, among whom - learning a game of guitar, musically - theatre studio, as well as developing mugs for preschoolers. Much attention is paid to the holding of festivals and competitions for various age categories - Children, youth, veterans, and at a fairly high level. DC closely interact with the executive authorities and local governments In terms of socially significant events for district residents. For example, together with the prefecture, district festive concerts dedicated to historical and public holidays, annually summarize the results of the competition of public recognition "Testament".

2.2 Analysis of the recreational and entertainment type of socio-cultural activity in the Altai State House of Folk Creativity

We will analyze the recreational and entertainment type of socio-cultural activity on the example of the "Erudite" mug in the center of folk art and leisure Barnaul.

Education and training junior schoolchildren In the circle of "Erudite" develops in the junior schoolchildren in the process of educational and gaming activities, cognitive abilities and develops processes: attention, memory, thinking, speech, perception, imagination; Forms methods of mental activity, the ability to compare, analyze, make generalizations.

We concluded: if you organize a systematic game activity process intellectual Development every child through acquaintance with the outside world; combine learning, educational, developing, training and competing activities, the development of cognitive processes of children in the younger school effectively.

The task of the "Erudite" mug is not only to convey the child a certain amount of information, and, most importantly, teach it to independently extract knowledge.

The game - effective tool Development of cognitive abilities of children in the younger school age. For fruitful work, we have done the following:

organized a systematic process of gaming activity, including in which every child intellectually developed,

introduced into the educational process to familiarize themselves with the world world, the game and elements of the game were used as much as possible;

Let us give an example of another type of recreational and entertainment species of socio-cultural activities in the Altai State House of Folk Creativity - Club.

Club game technologies "Smiley". It is very symbolic, since the guys here with a smile are mastered by the skills of organizing events, learn to be fun and sociable. And the number of games and the draws, which they will soon cease, will not fit in any animator suitcase. Additionally, the guys are mastering the basics of professions: leading children's entertainment programs ..

Gaming activity gives the necessary effect while complying with the following conditions:

first, the games should be humanized, pursue a noble educational and informative goal;

secondly, when organizing the game, it is necessary to take into account the age, psychological and pedagogical features of various groups of children and adolescents;

thirdly, the educational and educational impact of games depends on the organization itself and the methodology of the holding, which, in turn, depends on the pedagogical mastery of the teacher.

Now the most commonly used two main directions in the organization of gaming activities: club Games, first of all KVN, as well as the organization of active gaming leisure of adolescents and youth during summer holidays, including the organization of tourist holiday students of young people.

It can be concluded about the increasing role of the recreational and entertainment type of socio-cultural activity in the socialization of adolescents and young people, to increase the age-related threshold of this activity and in demand age groups. The specificity of the recreational - entertainment type of socio-cultural activity is as follows:

His compliance with the aspirations and socio-psychological features of young people;

The desire for socialization among the peers in the group, team, in the team;

High creative opportunities

Let us give an example of techniques that are used in the house of creativity

It is here that volitional efforts are developed or strengthened, aimed at meaningful manual labor, where everyone has the opportunity to see the completed result of their efforts in the product that has not only material, but also aesthetic value.

Conclusion

During the study, the following tasks were solved:

Consider communicative and value orientation activities.

Thus, communicative activity allows us to transmit, maintain, master cultural values, and value-oriented activity allows you to purchase, fix it, or modify your attitude towards the world around the world, assessing social phenomena, own and other people's actions.

Consider cognitive, cultural and recreational activities - entertainment.

Cognitive activity is characterized by the assimilation of information and obtaining new knowledge in the process of learning and participation in creative activity. Cultured activities, this activity aimed at the development of culture and artistic amateur. Recreational - entertainment activity helps to adapt to reality in the form of a game itself, which comes in as cultural value.

Having considered DC "Salute" we came to the conclusion that the unity of the goals and objectives facing club institutions, regardless of their belonging, makes them universal institutions in organizing the leisure of the people, significantly distinguishes from other types of cultural institutions.

The organization of recreation and entertainment in cultural institutions is a type of specialist activities that are required high level Professional skills and the level of culture of the audience. Organizing recreation and entertainment, specialists can involve people in the life of their life based on their initiative, activity, cause severe, diverse emotions.

4. Analyze one of the types of social and cultural activities in the Altai state-state house of folk art G. Barnaul

We analyzed recreational and entertainment social and cultural activities.

Gaming technology it is constructed as a holistic education, covering a certain part of the process and combined with a general content, a plot, a character.

It includes consistently games and exercises that form the ability to highlight the main characteristic features of objects, compare, compare them; groups of games for generalization of objects on certain features; Groups of games.

At the same time, the game plot develops in parallel the main content of learning, helps to activate mental capacity, master a number of new skills.

In human practice, gaming activities perform such functions:

entertaining (this is the main feature of the game - to entertain, deliver your satisfaction, inspire, awaken interest);

communicative: development of communication dialectics;

self-realization in the game as a polygon of human practice;

camerapeutic: overcoming the various difficulties arising in other types of vital activity;

diagnostic: detection of deviations from regulatory behavior, self-knowledge during the game;

The game form of cultural and leisure activities is created with the help of gaming techniques and situations that act as a means of encouraging, stimulating students to learning activities.

First of all, the game should be divided by the type of activity on physical (motor), intellectual (mental), labor, social and psychological.

b) cognitive, educational, developing;

c) reproductive, productive, creative;

d) Communicative, diagnostic, vocational guidance, psychotechnical, etc.

Extensive typology of games by the nature of the game technique. We indicate only the most important types of types: subject, scene, role, business, imitation and dramatization games.

Answer from European[guru]
Different historical periods of the CCD were called: -Excine education (until 1920) -politiko-educational work (from 1920 to 1970) -cultural and educational work (from 1270Po 1990) -cultural and leisure work (up to mid-90 For years) - social and cultural activities (from the Ser. 90s) until the 90s of the twentieth century, cultural and leisure work was politicized and closely related to the ideology of the CPSU. After the coup, the activities of the CD institutions were depoliticized, deideologized, i.e. it became free from the party exposure and was filled with new content, hence the new name of the CCD. CCD is activities aimed at creating conditions for the most complete development, self-affirmation and self-realization of the individual and group (studios, circles, amateur associations) in the field of leisure. It includes all the variety of problems in organizing free time: communication, production and learning of cultural values, etc. The teachers of the organizers have to participate in solving problems of family, children, in solving problems in historical and cultural, environmental, religious, etc.. Spheres, in creating a favorable environment for the CCD and the initiatives of the population in the field of leisure. Cdd (cultural and leisure activities) part of the SCD, helps in solving many social problems with its peculiar means, forms, methods (art, folklore, holidays, rites, etc.) of the CRC (cultural and educational work) is also part of the CCD, But, unfortunately, it is ineffectively used in the activities of cultural institutions (there are no lectures, lectures, folk universities and other previously proven forms of educational work.

Answer from Victor Faughin[expert]
The CCD is primarily a calling and if it is this driving force that is about salary there is no speech, by the way it is small. Yes, and where in our country I was visited what kind of leisure organization, the production of holidays, and the other turbidity is connected mainly with the work with children and adolescents that also did not relieve and pleasantly paid big money. The exception will be the case if only receive orders not from gardens and children's camps (now improving complexes) and for example from the administration. Then everything will be in chocolate! about the formulation of any theater action You don't have to think that it's completely different!

Thesaurus concept of socio-cultural activity.

One famous Russian poet wrote: "The concept ... stretching, it depends on what kind of content you fill it." It is a certain meaning - this is the main purpose of any verbal attribute (from Latin "Attribuo" - endowed). The word "attribute" itself is interpreted today as a "stable distinctive feature, an integral property of something." But the fact is that, as the other famous Russian poet wrote, "we have the words in our habit," often not even time to find uniform attributes for all.

And, which is especially strange in lately, Many people are so familiar in our dough, as they say, without a year week. And we are not talking about the fashionable words of youth slang, not about the Britishism that have soaked Russian vocabulary. No, the habit of consulating new words and phrases, without thinking about the adequacy of lexical innovations to the real processes that they are impossible, begins to affect scientific, and educational terminology. Practice professional activity Culture and education institutions turned out to be more conservative and in no hurry to take into arms offered by her scientists and teachers of neologisms.

Of course, the "socio-cultural" attribute will not try to understand and take today only lazy. After the expropriation of old, the terms it is already actively "working" in the new information field. Moreover, a whole lexical nest was formed, all the lexemes of which are as easily worried about our oral and written speech: "Social and cultural sphere", "Social and cultural activities", "Social and cultural education", "Social and cultural institutions", " Socio-cultural technologies ", etc.

In the formulations of the names of modern dissertation on cultural studies, sociology, theory and history of culture, they have acquired familiar to us, teachers of the CCD, phrase: "Social and cultural foundations", "Social and cultural development", "Social and cultural aspects".

What is "social and cultural"? Of course, if you try to determine the semantic content of this phrase, pure morphologically (i.e. structurally) and etymologically (i.e. relying on these modes - the initial values of the components of the phrases of concepts), the concept of "social" (from Latin "Socialis" - public associated with society) can be interpreted as "socially significant", "socially demanded", "socially useful", "socially organized", "socially managed", etc., and the concept of "cultural" (from Latin "Cultura" - The cultivation, cultivation, education, development can be interpreted and simply as "referring to culture", "containing culture", but also as a "forming culture", "educating culture", "culturalizing" and "cultural".

Students of one of the groups who mastered the methods of the logical definition of concepts, the words of interest to us and their modern definitions, so determined the concept of "socio-cultural activity" (the meaning of the word "activity" they found out in V.I. Dale, and ., Ozhegov, and in modern dictionaries, encyclopedias and reference books): "Social and cultural activity is a socially significant and managed form of manifestation of human activity, introducing it to culture."

Now the concept of "socio-cultural activity". How does it relate to their closest predecessors - "cultural and educational work" and "cultural and leisure activities"? In the course of lectures on the SCD, in which we call 6 basic names of social organized activity to enhance the free time of the population: "extracurricular enlightenment", "extracurricular education", "political and educational work", "Cultural and educational work", "Cultural and leisure activities", "Social and cultural activity". If the first three terms "survived" their historical time in Russia and reflected in each of the specific historical periods of its development, the corresponding directions, a totality of institutions, forms, content and nature of activity, its subjects and objects, the last three of the six terms we called function In our vocabulary and now, at the beginning of the twentieth century, they have their own volumes and, we believe our scope of application. Drink them in professional speech as identities, or only as terminological modifications - this is, in our opinion, it means to close the eyes into serious and real changes in modern science, not to notice them in practice, simplify in education. Life itself ultimates us with questions regarding the accuracy of our professional and educational terms. After all, if, for example, as a cunning trick, determine the concept of "social and cultural education" as "the process of training professional professionals The question of the socio-cultural sphere, "the question immediately arises" What is a social and cultural sphere? ", Immediately it is necessary to distinguish between the concepts that existed earlier or today, as" non-production sphere "," social sphere"," Cultural and educational sphere "," cultural and leisure ". And carrying out such extremely necessary and scientists, and teachers, and managers of operations with extremely important for all of us definitions do not have, in our opinion, nothing to do with what some are called "terminological juggling". If we really want to have in modern Russia Social and cultural education as a systemically organized process of training highly qualified specialists for the socio-cultural sphere, all the elements of this system should be clearly identified, designated, interrelated and defined in one, as a systemically organized terminological field.

Without a doubt, there should be in this field and the term "socio-cultural activity". The main purpose of social and cultural education should be the training of specialists in socio-cultural activities. It would seem that two obvious, logically interrelated judgments.

But also in theory, and in practice, the problem of this relationship is still very tangible. In theory, many experts are already forced to pay attention to this. The authors of the first study guide on the SCD T.G. Kiseleva and Yu.D. Krasilnikov ("Basics of Social and Cultural Activities", 1995 and "Social and Cultural Activity", 2004) From the very first rows, specialists were warned: "To truly understand the complex dialectic of what is happening, to see the true essence, nature and trends of socio-cultural activities , It should be abandoned with spectacular, but hasty definitions ... ". Professor V.E. Innovators, speaking recently with a report in Irkutsk at an interregional scientific and practical conference with an eternally relevant name "Frames of Culture and Culture of Persons", complained that "the concept of" socio-cultural sphere "today is interpreted extremely widely. It, in particular, includes cultural and art familiar to us, and in addition, covers physical culture and sports, tourism, health, education, individuals of social work. The socio-cultural sphere includes today and the media, including radio, television, printing, publishing activities and book trade, Internet systems, etc.. It turns out that this is a wide list of social institutions and activities included, according to V.E. Novatovova, in today's interpretation of the concept of "socio-cultural sphere" (SCS), there is also "etc.", i.e. And others, other activities that have not included in this endless list.

Yu.A. Pompeev in his teaching manual "The economy of the socio-cultural sphere", published in St. Petersburg, completely properly begins the allowance "with the definition of the main terms that make up the name of the training course". Here is his definition: "The social and cultural sphere is an integral part of the national economy associated with the implementation of the state of its social (from Lat. Socialis - public) functions within the framework of interpersonal and commodity-monetary relations between people. This area represents the cumulative sociocultural organization of the Company And, in accordance with the law "On the budget classification of the Russian Federation" (1996), includes the following groups or industries:

· Culture, art and media;

· Education and training personnel;

· Health;

· physical Culture and sport;

· social Security".

This is a good definition with a clearly designated structure, with a legislative source guaranteeing legal grounds for the use of such a definition and such structure of the SCS in education and in practice. But unfortunately it is not used. In real management practices, such a saturated structure of the components corresponds to the volume of the concept of "social sphere", which is still actively used in scientific, and in educational, and in professional-practical vocabulary. Why replacing the concept of "social sphere" with the concept of "socio-cultural sphere"?

Why is such a dimensionless approach in science not only in relation to SCS, SKD, approx, but also other entities, in the title of which there is an attribute "Social and cultural" attribute. It seems that this can be found a few explanations. One of them is an increasingly increasing fashion for predominantly mosaic, quantitative, a statistical way to determine concepts that displacing in our science more accurately reflecting the essence of a subject matter of the phenomenon is a logical way to determine concepts. Cultural scientists are known, for example, a similar approach to the definition of the concept of "culture" by an outstanding English ethnographer and historian E.B. Taylor, who was first implemented by him in the monograph "Primitive Culture" and received later in cultural systemologists and classifiers immediately and the name "sociological approach", and a critical assessment: "Anyone even thorough, the list is always sinning in incomplete." The definition of the concept of "SCS" is such a mosaic, translucent way and generates inclusion in the amount of defined concept, as, now advertisers, which are incoming and not included in it elements. The second reason for the existence of this, in many ways in the eclectic, the list is, in our opinion, peculiar to each new industry Knowledge Initial expansion of objects and concepts included in the subject field of science at the expense of phenomena and terms of related industries.Finally, it should be borne in mind that the Attributes "Social" and "cultural" are so poremmed, so wide according to the spectrum of the values used in human speech, that each of them is often often almost completely identified with such global concepts as "public", "Spiritual", "Human". These are possible values of only individual concepts. And in phrases?! That's why, we believe, such problems arise with the interpretation of the terms "socio-cultural sphere" or "social and cultural activity". Not by chance, V.E. Innovators in the article indicated by us, giving the above definition, ironically writes: "Everything that in the socio-cultural sphere is planned and is being carried out, it is now referred to as social and cultural activities." And yet further and he is forced to make a completely natural and shared by everyone who worries the same problems, conclusion: "Nevertheless, for a deeper and subject awareness, at least one definition of socio-cultural activity is useful for a deeper and substantive awareness in the socio-cultural sphere. .

"Social and cultural activity is a management process of human admission to culture by society and its social institutions."

We are pleased that as a result we have made a definition that V.E. Innovators called "concise and capacious", and N.N. Yaroshenko in the 23rd issue of "scientists of notes" of Mguyuk, positively estimating the public-analytical method for finding the optimal definition, in which "we become accomplices of the process of developing a copyright version," notes that "in the theory of socio-cultural activities, it is probably , the first case is such a frank demonstration of the process of generation of concept. " He positively applies to the final definition of our conceptual analysis: "Social and cultural activity is the process of attoring a person to culture and its social institutions by society and its social institutions. active inclusion of man himself in this process " . We are stressed in this embodiment of the definition of the new component of the species specificity of the SCD, indicating the subject of the person in the process of its admission to culture, organized and managed by the Company and its social institutions.

But in this, it would seem sufficiently identified in relation to the real content and the functions of the CCC definition, and according to the author, and from the point of view of a clearly caught it, this is N.N. Yaroshenko, the same flaw, which we marked at the very beginning of our article. N.N. Yaroshenko points out this drawback rather for sure: "Social and cultural activity, being, in V.V. Tuyev, the process of attachment to culture, is dimensionless, extremely broad, and therefore devoid of specifics. After all, the recruitment to culture is the process of ubiquitous, and fortunately, he is managed by society constantly ".

It seems to us that the primary task in the process of scientific and conceptual support of the professional training of new cultural personnel is the formation of a conceptual-categorical apparatus of socio-cultural science, the solution of its current terminological problems. By the way, about the "new" term. In principle, he is not so new. Already in the 50s of the twentieth century, the outstanding French sociologist and cultural scientist Joffre Roger Dumasydier instead of more general concepts, such as the "formation of culture", "the attachment to culture", "the development of culture", introduces the concept "Social and cultural activity"he determines "As a conscious, deliberate, organized, even planned accumulation, opposing the methods of blind and anarchist socio-cultural conditional. "

The main objective of the SCD, as believes J.R. Dumasyadier is an active social and cultural impact on people, creating conditions for attaching them to culture.

The term "SCD" (its definition) and the very idea of LCD as a universally acceptable social mechanism for the admission of people to culture in the concept of J.P. Dumasyedier are inextricably linked with the global projects developed by the Social and Cultural democratization of society, public education and leisure sociology.

IN russian science The term "socio-cultural activity" was introduced and conceptually interpreted in 1974 by Professor M.S. Cagan in his monograph "Human activity". In it, a prominent Russian culturalologist gives a very expanded interpretation of this concept. Considering human activity as a two-level biosocial system, M.S. Caagan the first level of this system considers the biological activity of a person, and the second, higher, socio-cultural, or specifically human activity. "Human, - writes M.S. Kagan, - biological activity remains a material base on which the building of sociocultural activities is built, but this latter absorbs its biological foundation, not allowing it to function in pure form. "

B. Total, sociocultural activities The well-known specialist in the morphology of art and culture differentiates for five main species:

- converting,

- informative

- value-orientational,

- Communicative,

- and specially reflecting their artistic activities. Apparently, the essential specificity of human activity is primarily according to M.S. Caigan, "In the sociocultural activity of a person as a social being."

Social and cultural activity (hereinafter referred to as CCD) is one of the main ways to increase the cultural and educational level of people, as well as the development of their creative abilities. In connection with the transformation in the political, economic and spiritual spheres, the content and form of the CCD changed significantly, which in crisis periods has a huge force of emotional and semantic impact on the individual. A variety of funds, methods and forms of LCD contributes to the spiritual revival of society.

In general, the concept of socio-cultural activities (hereinafter referred to as CCD) is wide enough.

The following determination sounds like this: "Socio-cultural activities, as a socially oriented person's work on identifying, preserving, spreading, developing and broadcasting cultural values accumulated by a certain society, an ethnicity, personality, is mainly distributed on the extracurricular and advanced person, or, as it is called, leisure."

Thus, social and cultural activities are activities to enjoy human to culture. In this definition, there is a subject of activity - this is a society, an object of activity - a person, the goal of activity is the admission of a person to culture.
