Hello everyone! In this vanilla week, there were many wonderful posts about love in all its manifestations: to relatives, to the homeland, to nature, to work, to sports, and so on. But most of us first got to Gossip because of our love for celebrities. Then we learned that there is a whole community of versatile people, posts various topics, were delighted, fell in love with Gossip even hotter. But, nevertheless, on Gossip the lion's share of the content and even on blogs are stars. different spheres activities and different scales.

Celebrity looks inspire creative people... Probably everyone who can draw at least a little tried to portray his idol. Yes, and those deprived of the ability to draw, too, probably tried. In general, even if you draw a person as a cephalopod, there are a lot of lessons on the Internet that promise to teach you how to draw, if not as a professional, then at least achieve portrait resemblance. For example, here is this application.

Choose, for example, Tom Hiddleston and step by step ...

In the meantime, we paint with the wrong hand the ugly likeness of star favorites, I propose to enjoy the creativity professional artists drawing portraits of celebrities. Talented artists achieve portrait likeness by using various techniques in a variety of, often very unexpected means and materials.

Let's start with the familiar visual media- pencils and paints.

1. MITSUO2 - talented painter from Japan, which creates a very realistic portraits celebrities in pencil. He draws with colored pencils.

2. The talented Russian artist Natasha Kinaru from Voronezh creates incredibly realistic portraits of celebrities. In her drawings, she conveys the emotions and character of the person with pencils.

Future Jared Leto

3. A young illustrator from the UK named Innes McDougall. The technique of drawing is so realistic that it seems that this is a photograph of Adrian Lima the artist seems to love with the most tender love

4. Pencil drawings Kelvin Okafor. The prototypes of the paintings young artist there are indeed photographs, but hardly anyone would dare to call his works simple reproductions. Because of the virtuosity of his performance, British critics already call Calvin a worthy follower of da Vinci and Caravaggio. This technique is called photorealism. The artist is recognized, the prices for his work reach 9,000 pounds (~ 430,000 rubles)

5. Laura Modamio - Spanish artist, paints portraits of celebrities using a simple ballpoint pen

6. Malaysian artist Vince Low, drawing technique - many lines, strokes and curls, which together form holistic images... The title drawing by Audrey Hepburn is his work.

7. Polish artist Christoph Lukasiewicz (Krzysztof Lukasiewicz). Pencil. Surely you have identified postcards with his drawings.
All his works cannot be contained, if you are interested - google, however, like other artists.

8. My favorite - British artist Ileana Hunter, portraits of famous beauties are minimalistic, emphasis on the eyes and lips.

Computer graphics

9. Graphic Designer George Chamoun, a collage series featuring actors and actresses different eras- gold and modern. The name of the series “Iconatomy” arose from the combination of the words “icon” and “anatomy”.
Angelina Jolie and Elizabeth Taylor
Scarlett Johansson and Marilyn Monroe
George Clooney and Cary Grant
Natalie Portman and Audrey Hepburn

10. Jan Nagra is a Canadian artist. Draws one portrait of a celebrity every day. I couldn't find a description of the work, but it looks like it's computer vector graphics

11. Belgian artist Ben Heine. Portraits from circles different color and diameter. My original technique he calls Digital Circlism.

12. "Madonna" - ordinary drawings on the asphalt. I don't know the authors, just a photo from the Lake Worth competition (Florida, USA)

The post is already long, so the portraits of the seleb are made from unusual materials in the second part. I hope you enjoyed it)))

Once again I will try to lay out Calvin Okafor:

And about Vince Lowe was from the blogger pushilina

I started painting portraits of celebrities back in early childhood, at that time I really loved to draw from magazine pictures. At that time, of course, it was the magazine "Soviet Screen", unfortunately there were no others at hand, where photographs of mainly our domestic actors were shown, most of these were stills from our films.

Basically then I painted with ordinary simple pencil, sometimes I drew with colored pencils, of course all these drawings have not survived.

I can say with confidence that many artists often or rarely refer to the topic of drawing. famous people... It would seem, what's the big deal and what is it for?

When I was street artist and painted, for example, on the Arbat, each artist must put his work on display in order to attract those who want to draw them own portrait... Here, portraits of celebrities were just needed. Visitors even chose the artist for the best resemblance of portraits of stars and, of course, the quality and realism of the work.

There are portraits to order for celebrities, but rarely. Since, I'm in recent times I paint portraits from photographs to order for everyone, and portraits famous people on my site tell my potential customers the level of my work.

The craving for drawing famous people I still have today, thanks to the Internet, where I exhibit my work not only on this site but also in social networks like Facebook, Devianart and Instagram, I get a lot positive feedback, from time to time and customers who are known to inspire to continue drawing famous actresses, actors, singers and other popular personalities.

On this page, I present portraits of famous people whom I have painted from time to time over the past 15 years, most of them using the dry brush technique.

Among the works are portraits of the singer Britney Spears, Natalia Oreiro, actresses Emma Watson, Megan Fox, and actors Vladimir Vysotsky, Johnny Depp, Richard Gere, Monica Bellucci, Emilia Clarke, Charlize Theron, Eliza Taylor, Brittney Karbovski, cosmonaut German Ritov , Benedict XVI, Top Models: Valeria Matza, Josie Maran and others.

Lately, often walking on the Internet, I sometimes notice images of various famous personalities inspiring me as an artist to paint a portrait of a celebrity.

Also, the inspiration to draw this or that actor or actress has recently been revealed after watching films and TV series. For example, Game of Thrones or Lost. In the TV series Game of Thrones, I was attracted by the image of the beautiful actress Emilia Clarke, where she played Khaleesi, Mother of Dragons, as a result of six portraits and it was also difficult not to notice a very bright figure in this film, this is the dwarf actor Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister and the young actress Macy Williams as Arya Stark. In the movie Lost or Lost Here the incomparable beauty Evangeline Lilly as Kate Austin, 3 portraits, one of them oil on canvas.

In most cases, I try to change a lot in the portraits of my idols, for example, shades of light and shades, sometimes volume, background, hairstyle, etc. Subsequently, this helps to increase the perception of the portrait of a star to the proper level. For example, I had to change a lot, add to the portraits of Peter Dinklage, Evangeline Lilly, Emilia Clarke, young Charlize Theron, Maisie Williams, Nina Dobrev and Chloe Grace Moretz and others.

There are photographs where the actress looks in my opinion not on high level in understanding female beauty and the task becomes how to fix it, make it just like candy, flatter it a little without going beyond the framework and, of course, give it a little charm. Perhaps someday, my work was seen on the Internet by the hostess herself this image will cheer her up :). If you would like to order a portrait from a photograph of one of the celebrities, or for your friends, just let me know.

The topic of this article is about how to draw a portrait with a pencil step by step for beginners. Each of us is looking for convenient way depict what he sees. That is why I want to propose a variant of how to draw a portrait of a person, whether it is close or dear, or a person sitting in the train opposite, or it will be portraits of celebrities. In this version, there is one and only rule - simplicity.

And today - a training lesson. We will draw a person's face with a pencil step by step, the person you see every day, you are used to "work" on his appearance a little, trying on makeup or a smile, severity or tenderness. We paint the face you know as your reflection in the mirror.

But first, let's get out the mirror and take a look at ourselves for the first time. All people are similar, and at the same moment they are different, and you are no exception. What makes us alike? Everyone has it healthy person there are two eyes, a mouth, a nose, ears, eyebrows, hair, styled into a hairstyle. What makes us different? The shape, size and location of these "details" of human appearance. So, a portrait is a kind of collage or puzzles from several fragments, which we will "break" into the plan of our work: Eyes; Mouth; Nose; Ears; Brows; Hair (hairstyle) and facial contours.

And all this has its own shape, size and proportions of its location on the face. This is what makes each of us "released in a single copy", and unlike anyone else. And, if we are learning to draw a portrait of a certain person, then it would be good to first pay attention to the shape and type of each face element in detail. And only after that our final goal, and this is a portrait with colored pencils, will become more accessible.

Eyes

We will first practice drawing all the details with a simple pencil. And also, notice, I am drawing myself and my eyes. You can practice drawing while mine, but this will be an intermediate step on the way to understanding how to learn how to draw portraits with a pencil.

Step 1

Here we will draw an arc with a pencil. In doing so, pay attention to its shape. It is stretched out to the middle, and then “rolls down”.

Step 2

The lower arch is almost perfect. It is smaller than the top.

Step 3

We connect the arches and perform the upper eyelid.

Step 4

Cornea and lower eyelid.

Step 5

Cilia appear on the upper and lower eyelids and the pupil.

Step 6

We make small folds near the eyes and mark the places where the shadow falls, which makes the eye seem voluminous.

Lips

How to draw sponges correctly? Just 5 steps and the lip drawing is ready.

Step 1

We start with a wavy line.

Step 2

Draw the upper sponge above the wavy line.

Step 3

We complement the drawn mouth with a lower sponge.

Step 4

We connect the edges of the lips and some folds of the lips.

Step 5

Create a chiaroscuro effect and don't forget about the folds in the corners of the lips and on the chin.

Nose

How to draw a portrait of a person, if you do not learn how to portray one of the most difficult details, the nose. We do it step by step.

Step 1

Draw parallel lines - this is the width of the nose.

Step 2

The two lines end with the original "capsule". This is the expansion of the nose.

Step 3

We depict the nostrils.

Step 4

Shading for a chiaroscuro effect.

Step 5

To make the shadow look natural, flatten it a little.

Ears

Another element that is sometimes forgotten when covering it with hair. But our portrait in pencil step by step for beginners provides for it. What is it? Ears.

Step 1

The shape of the ear is like an arch. We do it.

Step 2

We carry out the upper part of the auricle, curl and tragus.

Step 3

We make an antihelix. A lobe has appeared, which means I have not forgotten about my jewelry - an earring.

Step 4

I do the cheek, neck and hair.

Brows

Drawing a portrait also includes such detail as eyebrows.

Step 1

It is convenient for someone to do this first with an arc, and then each hair separately. And for someone it is more interesting to draw the shape of the eyebrows at once, completing them with abrupt lines.

Step 2

Correct the shape and thickness of the eyebrows.

Hair (hairstyle) and facial contours

Having considered every single detail, it is already easier for us to understand how to draw a portrait with a pencil. And yet, I will show, the image of a person's face in stages.

Step 1

My face is round. And I try to portray this.

Step 2

I mark where the neck and the shape of my hair will be.

Step 3

I draw the hair in more detail.

Well, we have learned how to work on each detail separately. Time to put the puzzle together. Let's talk about being a pencil man.

Foreshortening

Before we get a portrait with colored pencils, we draw a portrait from scratch again. But what else is important to know about depicting people? The fact that a person's face can be fulfilled different ways... For example, if a model sits directly in front of us, her body and head itself are aligned, and her eyes are looking directly at the artist, then this angle is called full face.

Profile - if the model is located sideways to us.

And how to draw a portrait of a person who sits half-turned to us? And what is this work called? This is three quarters. This angle is very convenient for a romantic and informal image. It brings out the beauty of the eyes and lips. This is exactly what we will choose to make the first portrait in pencil from a photograph.

Working on an image from a photograph

First you should choose a snapshot suitable model to paint a portrait from a photograph. And now let's do the work step by step.

To understand how to draw a person's face, we will distribute everything in stages.

Stage 1

We make an oval of the face with a pencil.

Stage 2

This pencil work for beginners involves auxiliary lines that will help to maintain the proportions of a person's face when drawing a portrait outline.

Stage 3

Thanks to the diagram, we mark where the eyes, nose and other organs will be. We carry out these details of the face in stages.

A little more detail:

Eyes and eyebrows

Nose

Stage 4

Now, to make our portrait with a pencil from the photo look more believable, we erase all the auxiliary lines and pay attention to the hair. Don't forget about the chiaroscuro effect.

Stage 5

It's time to make the portrait with colored pencils to bring it to life.

Test lesson

It's time to move on to checking what we have learned and continue talking about how to draw your portrait. I hope that the lessons of drawing a portrait were not in vain for me myself, and I can believably draw myself as a real beauty!

1) Oval face.

2) Auxiliary lines to maintain proportion.

3) Schematic representation of all elements.

4) We perform the portrait with colored pencils.

The lesson is mastered and consolidated. As for me, the result is not bad. We can safely say that we figured out how to draw a portrait with a pencil. And if necessary, we will use our new skills.

A figure such as a five-pointed star has many meanings in different cultures... Mentions of this symbol are found in Europe, and in the Middle East, and even in distant Africa. In paganism, it denotes the unity of the four elements and the human principle, in Islam (together with the crescent moon) it symbolizes the prophet Muhammad. And in the twentieth century, it was the red five-pointed star that became the symbol of communism. Now, asterisks can be found simply as a decorative symbol - they are hung on christmas tree, do crafts, paint on the walls of houses. And if you also want to learn how to draw a star, step-by-step instructions will help you with this.

How to draw a five-pointed star step by step

If you want to learn how to draw a five-pointed star, then you need to proceed as follows:

First of all, draw a straight vertical line - the axis of symmetry.

From its top point, draw two diagonal lines so that the angle formed by them is divided by the axis of symmetry into two equal parts.

Then draw two parallel horizontal lines.

Draw the top three rays based on these auxiliary axes.

Then we make two lower beams. It is important that they are all the same length.

Erase all the auxiliary paths.

That's it, now our picture is completely ready!

Learning to depict a volumetric star

If in the last section we learned how to draw a star in stages, now we will complicate the task a little - we will add volume to the figure. Don't worry, it's not difficult at all.

First, draw three lines - vertical and two diagonal. You should get something like a bisected isosceles triangle.

Then draw another triangle, this time with an obtuse angle and apex pointing downward.

It remains only to supplement the two lower rays with two diagonal lines. General contours ready.

Now, with two more diagonal lines, converging in the center, we divide the lower rays in half.

Do the same with the top two beams.

Add 4 more short lines converging to the center.

Then we will remove all unnecessary contours.

Time to work with color. We chose blue and cyan, but you can choose any shade. It is only important to remember one rule: dark and light areas should alternate. Then the figure will look three-dimensional.

That's all, the drawing is complete.

Smooth five-pointed star in a few steps

You've probably seen that geometric bodies very often they draw inside a circle. And not without reason, because to portray like that flat figure much easier. You can see this for yourself if you decide to learn how to draw a star with a pencil.

The first step is to draw a circle. To make everything work out smoothly, it is better to do it with a compass. Then mark five points at an equidistant distance from each other.

We connect each point with two others, which are not adjacent.

Now let's move the main outline with a marker or felt-tip pen.

And we will erase all unnecessary.

Now the star is ready - we did it!

A pentagon star - couldn't be easier

If you want to know how to draw a star correctly, then there is one very simple and quick way... True, for this you need to be able to draw pentagons. Or have it ready-made.

In the first step, draw a pentagon.

On the second, we connect its vertices so that one point is connected to two opposite ones.

Yellow star for beginners

If you are just starting your journey in fine arts and want to learn how to draw a star exactly, then you need to do it like this:

First, draw the letter "A" with a slightly raised transverse bar.

Then we connect the left extreme point of the cross bar to the lower end of the right diagonal line.

We repeat the same for the other side.

After that, color the resulting figure in yellow... If desired, you can choose a different shade.

How to draw a shooting star and make wishes

We all know that when you see a shooting star, you have to make wishes. Now we are going to figure out how easy it is to draw a star "with a train".

First, let's draw an ordinary five-pointed star. It's okay if the lines are a little jagged.

Then we outline a point in the lower left corner and draw four smoothly curving lines to it from the rays. In some ways, these lines will resemble part of an umbrella - its spokes are located in a similar way.

Then you should draw all the contours with a black felt-tip pen.

Now let's add cross-strokes - they will indicate movement, give the picture dynamism.

That's it, our drawing is ready.

We present to you pictures of famous personalities, whose artistic talent you did not even suspect. The fact is that they are known for their other outstanding qualities. Among such well-known non-artists, you can see such names as: Viktor Tsoi, Adolf Hitler, Sylvester Stallone, Marilyn Manson, etc. Sylvetsr Stallone has been painting for over 35 years and soon an exhibition of his paintings will open on October 27 at the Mikhailovsky Castle in St. Petersburg. Sylvester's works are estimated at 40-50 thousand dollars.

Tim Burton

Hollywood's premier storyteller is extraordinary in everything he does. The world of Burton's fantasy is so wide that sometimes it simply does not fit into the film, so that many of the artist's ideas remain just sketches on paper.

Bob Dylan

Marilyn Manson

He began to paint long before he became famous, and now the current fame prevents him from being perceived as an artist. However, remaining true to himself and still gravitating towards everything devilish, Marilyn Manson chose, of course, death, violence and mutilation as themes for his paintings.

Adolf Gitler

But he could become a good artist, paint landscapes and still lifes, earn his living by creating postcards and stamps, which, in principle, he did in his youth. But at one time, Adolf Hitler was not admitted to the Vienna Academy of Arts, recognizing his paintings as unremarkable, with the exception of those that depict buildings: cathedrals, palaces, museums.

Winston Churchill

Unlike Hitler, Churchill did not give up painting and continued to paint almost all his life, creating about 500 paintings. As an artist, Winston Churchill was respected and respected to this day.
