K. Yuon "Spring sunny day" composition

Composition based on Yuon's painting "Sunny Spring Day"

Konstantin Fedorovich Yuon is an artist who has created many wonderful pictures. Great attention he devoted to his native nature, which on his canvases appears completely different, amazing and unique. This is what you feel when you look at the painting "Sunny Spring Day".
The main theme of this work by K.F. Yuona - early spring... There is still snow all around. Huge snowdrifts are piled up near the houses. But the approach of spring warmth is felt in everything. The sky is high and bright. It's so blue-blue. There is so much sun in it. Sunny day pours light on the world: trees, houses, people poured out onto the street and rejoicing in the warmth. Rooks arrived and made a cheerful hubbub in the trees. The tops of the birches have already turned pink. Sap is about to run down their trunks, bringing the trees back to life. But this is ahead. Children are still keen on winter fun. Someone is making a snowman, someone is rolling in a sled down the street, which slopes into the distance. But most of people on the street just admire the sunny day, enjoy the warmth of spring. The girls pictured on foreground, went for a walk. They stopped at the gate and looked at the man behind them. He's not in the picture. But the young beauties laugh merrily. Probably, the one at whom they look gives them various signs of attention. And this amused the girls. Their looks are playful, their smiles are inviting. They jumped into the game, drawing attention to themselves. A teenage girl looks at the girls with curiosity. She was interested in the behavior of her older friends.
A little further away, by the fence, stands little boy... He watches the elusive shadow cast by the house. Another boy climbed the fence and from there looks at the world around him. Perhaps he is trying to see the signs of the approaching spring. Or some friends sledding caught his attention. Two more desperate boys climbed onto the roof of the house. It is heated by the rays of the sun. The snow has already melted from the rooftops.
In general, in his painting "Spring Sunny Day" K.F. Yuon portrayed a lot of people, especially children. They are happy with the warmth, the sun, the melting snow. In nature, everything is preparing for a new life, for rebirth. Therefore, the soul of the viewer becomes light and joyful when looking at the work of the famous artist.

Composition based on KF Yuon's painting "Sunny Spring Day".
Konstantin Fedorovich Yuon is a wonderful Russian artist. He glorifies the ancient Russian cities, their unique original architecture. One of these paintings is the reproduction "Sunny Spring Day".
So, let's take a look at the picture itself. The first thing our gaze falls on is at home. The artist has depicted many houses, and each of them is perfect. There are no twins among them, each house has its own flavor. K.F.Yuon deliberately depicts colorful houses bright colors... He wanted to convey the mood he felt while painting the picture.
The second thing worth paying close attention to is people. As we can see, there are a lot of people. And why? But because spring has come. And where there is spring, there are crowds of children running through the puddles and playing with boats. But we must not forget that winter has not completely gone yet: we see that there is still a lot of snow. Look, some of the kids are still sledding.
At the same time, let's take a look at the trees. We see that the first small leaves have already appeared on them. Birds are sitting on the branches, perhaps some of them have already arrived because of the warm edges. And what beautiful white clouds, they are especially beautiful in the pale blue sky. The whole picture is filled with spring joy, bringing warmth and comfort to the house (meaning, if you look at the picture at home).
I really liked the painting by Konstantin Fedorovich Yuon. I got a lot of pleasant impressions without leaving my home. When I first saw this reproduction, at first I did not believe that it was a painting. It is so bright, juicy, cheerful - I thought it was a photograph. And most importantly, it cheers up, which is very important for our cloudy time.

Description of the painting by K. F. Yuon "Spring sunny day".
Konstantin Yuon's painting "Sunny Spring Day" lifts the mood at first sight. There are so many bright multicolored colors, so much light and sun, so many joyful emotions. This is a complex composition - a cityscape and conversation piece with large groups of people. The author from some small elevation, perhaps from a steep hill, looks at provincial town flooded with sunbeams.
The main cluster of houses is in the lowlands. But already in the foreground on the right we see a part of a solid wooden house on a stone foundation. The house is very bright, red-brown, but even it does not overshadow what immediately catches the eye - two dressed-up girls who have just left the house and, as it were, looked back at the artist with coquetry. One has a pink skirt, the other has a red headscarf; these young ladies clearly wanted to attract attention and show off.
Snow is everywhere, the kids are rolling on sleds right along the street, which lies along a rather steep slope. Snow is what the artist loved to paint so much. This one White color, which can be depicted with any colors, which allows you to play with highlights, give transitions of light and shadow. There is a lot of snow in this picture, whole snowdrifts, and to recreate them in the picture, the artist took a far from pure white paint.
Everyone is dressed as it should be in winter, people have headscarves and hats on their heads. The trees are bare. Perhaps the author was mistaken in calling the painting "spring day"? Could it be a winter day? Indeed, in winter, the sun also shines brightly. But pay attention to what exactly gives this canvas a special brightness and variegation, which turns the picture into a piece of an old patchwork quilt, sewn from multi-colored pieces of fabric. These are roofs - colorful, eye-catching, they are especially impressive against the backdrop of snow. It really is spring, because if it were winter, the roofs would be white, snow would lie on them. But he had already melted.
Of course, this is early spring, just beginning, its first days. But the spring is clear, noticeable, obvious. Please note that not all the children depicted in the picture are playing in the snow, some have climbed onto fences, onto the roof, basked in the spring sun. Animals also sense the approach of spring: bright red chickens cheerfully swarm in the dark snow. A little lower, on the other side of the road, a dog is playing with a child.
Look at the sky - it is a delightful azure-blue color and light white clouds only emphasize these azure and turquoise. Against this background, the red church with a bell tower looks especially elegant, which, although located in the depths of the picture, occupies a central place in the composition. As you know, the church in Russian cities and villages was built so that it could be seen from everywhere. In this work, she symbolizes good, joy, happiness. Golden domes shine in the sun for everyone around. Several birches in the picture complement the composition beautifully and help to reveal the idea of the coming spring. Their bare branches hang down not depressingly. Birds sit tightly in the trees. Perhaps these are rooks who have flown in. And their arrival is another additional sign of spring. The whole picture is permeated with optimism, joyful lyrics, good-natured mood, freshness, it is clear that the artist shares the feelings of the heroes of his picture.

/ / Description of the painting by K. Yuon "Spring sunny day"

The work of Konstantin Yuon "Spring sunny day" is flooded with light, it is rendered in bright, rich colors. A rather complex composition appears in front of the viewer, which is filled with huge amount details. We are watching the cityscape. One gets the feeling that the author is making sketches of the city from a small hill, because all the details of the picture are depicted, whether in the lowland.

The background of the painting is completely littered with houses. In the foreground, the viewer's attention is drawn to a beautiful wooden house, which is located on a stone foundation. Most likely, the girls who are depicted next to the house have just left it and are carefully examining what is happening around. The girls are dressed in bright outfits. I think they want to attract the attention of passers-by.

The streets are covered with snow, and this allows children to have fun with the most different ways... They sled fast down the mountain, enjoying the winter fun.

Winter is not only enjoyed by boys and girls. The artist himself is extremely fond of this time of year. He is especially attracted by the snow-covered white spaces, where you can play with colors and shadows.

If you pay attention to the picture, then the snowdrifts are conveyed not only in pure white shades. And this is a feature this canvas! Looking at people, we understand that they are dressed very winter-like! Warm hats and scarves, fur coats, felt boots. You can't even say that it is a spring day before us.

However, the arrival of spring is symbolized by the roofs of houses, which form a kind of puzzle. If they were covered with snow, then we could doubt the correctness of the name of this canvas. However, the white hats on the roofs of the houses are gone. They melted and glazed a long time ago. Spring illuminated everything around with its warm sunbeams. Despite the fact that it is still very early, the process is irreversible. The landscape will change very soon! Snow covers will leave these lands for a long time!

Examining the details of the painting "Sunny Spring Day" our attention is drawn to the beautiful blue, azure sky. It is clean and light. White clouds imposingly float on it.

Against the background of the sky, the church stands out clearly. Its gilded dome gleams and illuminates the surrounding land, and the blessed sound of a bell echoes throughout the area. It evokes the most pleasant and positive emotions in human souls.

The composition of the picture is ideally complemented by birches. Birds are located tightly to each other on the branches of trees. They are with the same joy, like the heroes of the picture, waiting for the arrival of warmth and light!

"Spring sunny day".

The creativity of K.F. Yuona is a pre-revolutionary soul and Soviet painting... At all times, the artist was attracted wooden architecture... He loved to describe old cities, objects of architecture. In particular, Konstantin Fedorovich was attracted by the architectural ensemble of Zagorsk (paintings: "Domes and Swallows", "Festive Day"), KF Yuon - a wonderful Russian artist. He praises ancient Russian cities and primitive nature. One of his famous paintings is a canvas painted in Sergiev Posad under the title: "Spring sunny day."

The theme of the picture is the arrival of the long-awaited spring. People are tired of the hard winter, they want warmth and a bright spring sun. Animals and birds are also looking forward to her arrival. The painter is trying to convey to us what happiness it is, what delight!

The first thing that catches your eye is the sky, it is amazingly attractive. This is an immense dark blue space, looking at it you can see that the sky is calling for freedom, asking you to forget worldly problems and become a bird soaring in the sky. Even white clouds do not interfere here, but on the contrary, are irreplaceable.

The trees had already gotten rid of their heavy white fur coat and breathed freely. Looking at them, a feeling of lightness and carelessness does not leave me.

Rooks are the first messengers of spring. They have already settled on white-barrel beauties, and notify the district about the arrival of spring.

The sun is shining brightly, it gives its rays to the fun kids, and the adults watching them.

People are happy about these changes. The kids dig in the snow, slide down the already melted hills, play snowballs. Adults do not strictly follow them, not hiding their joy from the arrival of spring. The women changed their dresses to brighter, more cheerful ones.

The colors in the picture are very bright. They convey all the joy, the happiness brought by the spring. Mostly the artist uses blues, whites and light yellows.

The landscape conveys joy, happiness and freedom. Looking at this picture, you can forget all the problems and misfortunes and plunge into the atmosphere of eternal and boundless freedom.

Konstantin Fedorovich Yuon is an outstanding Russian painter. He was born on October 12 (24), 1875 in Moscow. The boy's father was an employee of an insurance company, later became its director. Since childhood, Konstantin Yuon was interested in painting, he received an excellent professional education... Even at student exhibitions, his paintings were very popular with the audience. They were bought so quickly that the student had the opportunity to travel not only across Russia, but also to visit various European countries.
Konstantin Yuon's painting "Sunny Spring Day" was painted in 1910. When looking at this work, it is impossible not to feel the feelings of the artist. He truly admires the beauty of the miraculous spring day, shows the sincere joy of people caused by bright sunshine and good weather. The picture immediately lifts the mood.
The artist was able to convey Fresh air, Sun. That is why the canvas evokes such pleasant emotions. The composition of the picture is rather complicated. The city landscape and genre painting are harmoniously combined here. One gets the impression that the artist was painting a picture from life, standing on a certain dais. And a small town, brightly lit by the spring sun, opened before him in all its splendor.
In his work, Konstantin Fedorovich Yuon always paid much attention to Russian nature. He poeticized it, showed it in all its amazing glory. K. Yuon emphasized that native nature truly delightful.
Early spring became main theme paintings. This is an amazing time. There is still a lot of snow around, next to the houses we see large drifts... But the sun warms the earth so much that the inevitable coming of spring is felt. The sky is bright, clear, light. Light clouds are illuminated by the sun. The rays illuminate everything around so brightly - houses, trees, people. On such a day, it is impossible not to enjoy the warmth, not to admire the beauty of the surrounding world. We see rooks in the trees. They have already arrived, have chosen tree branches for themselves. The buds are about to begin to bloom, pleasing the eye with pale green foliage. But all this is ahead. In the meantime, the presence of winter is still felt.
Children are sledding from the mountain, making a snowman. Traditional winter fun suitable for early spring. The adults in the painting are happy warm day admire the awakening of nature. It is impossible not to pay attention to the young girls who are standing next to the house. They laugh merrily. Probably girls good mood... The long winter, when it was cold outside and they had to be at home, bothered them. Now the time has come for pleasant walks, and this cannot but rejoice. The girls are smart, they are bright and beautiful clothes... One girl is wearing a peach skirt, the other is wearing a bright red scarf. This means that they want to be noticed, admired for their beauty.
If you look closely at the picture, it seems as if it was "sewn" from scraps - multi-colored and very bright. In fact, this impression is created by the roofs of the houses. They are illuminated by the sun, so they literally shine. There is no snow on the roofs, it has already melted. No wonder, because the sun is already warm enough.
The very first days of spring promise so much to people. The long winter days and nights have already bored everyone. Let spring come sooner, delighting with bright colors and delighting with warmth and light.
A little further off we see a red church with a bell tower. Golden domes shine in the sun. Against the background of the clear blue sky, the church looks especially majestic. It is not by chance that she is depicted in the picture. The Church embodies the purity, goodness, true spirituality of the Russian people.
The picture is very beautiful, it cannot leave us indifferent. One cannot but admire the beauty of a sunny spring day. One cannot help but be imbued with an optimistic mood that permeates literally everything in this work.
