Introduction.
Mass sport is a part of sport aimed at physical education and physical development of citizens through organized and (or) independent classes, as well as participation in physical education events and mass sports events. . Extracurricular sports and physical education and health activities are one of the most important components of physical education at school. Conducting physical education and sports events is the most important component of the process of physical education of students. The goals of these events are to promote physical culture and sports, to introduce students to systematic physical education. ex. and types of sports, summing up the results of physical education and sports work, active recreation. School competitions are the most effective measure for increasing students’ physical fitness. The importance of sports competitions is especially great for the formation of moral and volitional qualities and character traits. Sports events are used to test the quality of educational, training and educational work. They also allow for a pedagogical influence on the audience. Sport is an activity that serves the interests of society, implementing educational, preparatory, and communicative functions, but is not a person’s permanent specialty. This is most pronounced in children's sports, since the sports activities of students are 2
extracurricular, provided for by state plans and programs as an academic discipline at school and carried out through extracurricular and extracurricular forms of work, that is, on a purely voluntary basis. Sports competitions are a vivid emotional spectacle. The pleasure of sports spectacles arises as a result of the participation of the spectator in them, who is attracted by the high level of development of motor qualities, the courageous, decisive actions of the participants, and their high achievements. Almost all types of human activity are represented in sports: cognitive, value-oriented, communication, etc. Therefore, in the process of physical education, it is possible to actively shape the consciousness and behavior of people in the right direction. During sporting events, mental education of participants is carried out. In the process of training, moral development also occurs in those involved in sports. It is aimed at developing in a person social and value qualities that determine his attitude towards other people, towards society, towards himself and together represent what is commonly called moral education. Games and sports competitions contain rich opportunities for the formation of norms of collective behavior. By mastering various team functions, students learn not only to organize their behavior, but also to actively influence the actions of their comrades, and perceive the tasks of the team as their own. Under the guidance of a teacher, such important moral qualities as 3
responsibility to the team, sense of duty, pride in the team’s success, etc. The main objectives of any competition are: - promoting health, strengthening and diversified development of students. - raising them in the spirit of patriotism, collectivism and friendship, developing high moral and volitional qualities, increasing discipline and organization. -wide development of individual sports at school and improvement of sports and technical results of students. - summing up the results of educational and training work, identifying children’s interests in certain sports, attracting students to systematic physical education and sports, promoting and popularizing sports.
Chapter 1

1.Organization of sports activities at school.
Correctly organized physical education and health work at school is the basis for a healthy lifestyle and strengthening the health of students. In a comprehensive school, great importance is attached to the motor mode of schoolchildren. The health and performance of students largely depends on its proper organization. The rational organization of the motor regime meets the requirements of the time, to provide students with daily physical exercise. 4
A rational motor regimen should include all types of physical education and recreational work. Alternating them with educational activities ensures a high level of physical activity, to a certain extent reduces student fatigue and increases the efficiency of educational work. Physical education means have different effects on mental tension and mental properties of the individual, in particular on aggressiveness and anxiety. I.P. Pavlov also noted that people’s behavioral activity is social in nature. Of course, social conditions influence the emotions, behavior, character, and psyche of people, especially young people. And in the field of sports this is especially acute. V.I. Malinak emphasizes in his research that further increasing the effectiveness of comprehensive physical education of schoolchildren is largely associated with improving methods of teaching children various forms of motor activity. However, the lack of consensus on many issues of the choice and effectiveness of various teaching methods and techniques used indicates that this issue has not been sufficiently studied. The tree also needs evaporation and frequent refreshment with the help of winds, rains, and cold weather, otherwise it easily weakens and withers. In the same way, the human body requires strong movements in general,
d
activity and serious exercise. (Komensky Ya.). 5
The long-standing socio-economic instability in our country is clearly affecting schoolchildren. Students in difficult, critical situations show aggressiveness, anxiety, conflict, and commit offenses. All this is a result of the influence on personality formation. The physical education of a child is the basis for the rest, without the correct use of hygiene in the development of a child, without properly organized physical education and sports, we will never get a healthy generation. (A.V. Lunacharsky). In this pedagogical situation, physical education and health work solves not only health-improving, educational, educational, but also preventive and corrective tasks. Such work can stop the processes of negative impact on schoolchildren, improve to some extent the mental state of each student and the microclimate in a group of schoolchildren. Every person needs to get involved in physical exercise. Without this, no talk about a healthy lifestyle is unthinkable. (N. Amosov). . It is obvious that physical exercises performed systematically and purposefully have a positive effect on the psychophysiological development of schoolchildren. Many people are already accustomed to the expression “health-saving technologies,” although they understand it in their own way. Some are introducing the training program “Lessons 6
health", others organize class competitions, a third use a universal program recommended by the Ministry of Education, a fourth are limited to herbal tea and vitamin salads, etc. Of course, any such method should be welcomed, but it is important to remember the main thing: health is more than just the absence of disease. And work to preserve and strengthen it must be carried out purposefully using pedagogical methods
1.1.Types of competitions
The Russian system of physical education has developed a harmonious system of sports competitions. All major sporting competitions can be divided into three groups: 1. Complex competitions with qualifications in many sports. 2. Annual competitions for the championship of the Russian Federation in all sports. 3. Competitions on a Russian scale, dedicated to significant dates, as well as for prizes established by various organizations. Depending on the goals, competitions are divided into sports: 1) championships, in which the champion is determined (the best team, participant in the competition); 2) qualifying competitions in order to identify the strongest athletes or complete a national team; 7
3) control competitions during educational and training sessions (the purpose of these competitions is pedagogical control over the state of fitness and sports achievements of students); 4) mass competitions (Presidential Games, Presidential competitions); 5) demonstration competitions for the popularity of various sports. According to the form of organization, the following types of competitions are distinguished: a) closed competitions in a class, school, sports club, in which students only of a given team participate; b) open competitions in which teams and individual athletes from other schools can participate, fully competing for prizes, medals, etc.; c) friendly (match) meetings - competitions by prior agreement between teams of classes and schools; d) correspondence competitions between classes, schools in the district, city, region, etc. According to the terms of the competition, competitions can be personal and team. Structure of mass sports events. Competitions can be internal - (school championships in various sports, Health Days, tournaments, sports days), external - (city, zonal, regional, etc.). 1
.2.Planning of sports competitions.
Since sports competitions are an integral part of the educational and training process, their nature and timing are planned 8
in advance. The main documents for planning and holding competitions are the calendar plan and regulations on competitions. The plan for the school’s mass sports activities is drawn up by all interested parties before the start of the new school year, taking into account the age groups of students and school traditions. When drawing up a plan, it is necessary to weigh all the possibilities: the availability and condition of the sports base, sports equipment and the weather conditions of the region. The draft plan should be posted on the bulletin board for schoolchildren to familiarize themselves with it. At the very first council of class physicists, the plan is discussed, supplemented, or something is changed and approved. Then it will be implemented during the academic year. In each school, the plan for mass sports events can be completely different, taking into account the condition and availability of sports facilities, sports equipment and the qualifications of physical education teachers. In our school - “Gymnasium named after. N.V. Pushkov" in Troitsk, sports events are held according to the following plan (see Appendix No. 1)
Chapter 2

2.Content and methodology of extracurricular sports activities.
The working hypothesis is that a differentiated approach to a comprehensive, systematic implementation of physical education, recreation and sports events at school and the individual characteristics of physical development and physical preparedness of schoolchildren, 9
attending clubs and sports sections will ensure sufficient physical activity of children, will in every possible way contribute to their normal physical development, strengthening their health, development of mental abilities, will have a positive impact on their studies in general, their constitution, introduction to a healthy lifestyle, and on their future life. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the means and methods of complex physical education, health and sports events held at school, taking into account the individual levels of physical development and physical preparedness of students. In accordance with the goal and the hypothesis put forward, the following research objectives were set: 1. Determine the level and dynamics of physical fitness of schoolchildren. 2. Develop age guidelines for the physical development and physical fitness of schoolchildren. 3. Check the effectiveness of the proposed means and methods, complex physical education, health and sports events that affect the physical development and physical preparedness of students. 10
4. Develop recommendations for improving the organization and conduct of complex physical education, recreation and sports events.
2.1 Competition regulations
The regulations on competitions are the main document regulating the conditions and procedure for holding competitions. Each section of this provision must be carefully thought out and clearly written. Not a single point should raise doubts or different interpretations. The regulations are drawn up on the basis of the calendar plan and competition rules for a given sport and are sent to participating organizations no later than a month before the competition (3 months before all-Union and republican competitions). The regulations usually consist of the following sections: 1. goals and objectives of the competition; 2.place and time of the competition; 3. competition participants; 4. management of the preparation and conduct of competitions; 5. procedure for determining the winners; 6. rewarding motivators of personal and team championships; 7. deadlines and procedure for submitting applications 8. conditions for accepting participants. eleven
The content of the sections of the competition regulations depends on the type and scale of the competition. When choosing the place and timing of the competition, it is necessary to take into account climatic conditions: air temperature, precipitation, fog, etc. When choosing terrain in individual sports, it is necessary to take into account the scale of the competition and the level of preparedness of the participants: the terrain of the tracks must correspond to the qualifications of the athletes. When planning the timing of competitions, it is necessary to take into account the duration of daylight hours, the number of participants, the distance of the start and finish from the places where athletes will be accommodated and fed, traffic patterns, and the regime of the majority of competition participants. When drawing up regulations on competitions, special attention should be given to the sections “Competition Participants”, “Program and Conditions of Competitions”, “Procedure for Determining Winners”. In the “Competition Participants” section, it is clearly indicated which organizations, for which groups are allowed to participate in these competitions, the quantitative composition of the teams. The conditions for admission of individual participants by age, qualifications, affiliation with a society, department, team are outlined in detail, the documents that are submitted to each participant. This section specifies the conditions for admission to individual championship competitions. 12
The section “Program for the conditions of the competition” lists the types of competitive activities included in the competition program for all age groups and for all participating teams, as well as the distribution of types by day. In case of a large number of participants, a group draw should be provided and the order of distribution of participants should be indicated. The section “Procedure for determining the winners” clearly and clearly indicates the composition of the team and the number of qualifying participants for certain types and conditions for summing up team results. (See Appendix No. 2.) In all scoring systems, when summing up the results of the team championship, additional coefficients may be used to stimulate results and increase the significance of the age group or type of competition. In team sports, drawing systems are used: round robin, elimination, mixed. Intra-school competitions should be held in an organized manner, in a solemn atmosphere; parents and representatives of marching organizations should be invited to them.
2.2 Physical Education Council
In order to organize the management of mass physical education work and competitions at school, you need to fully rely on the strength of the students themselves. The school's physical education team council should be active. So that the events are held in a timely manner, interesting and fun, so that there is physical and pedagogical benefit and there are never any injuries among 13
children, we need to prepare helpers for ourselves. Without them it’s like having no hands. And we need all sorts of helpers. These are young judges in various sports, graphic designers, organizers of children's groups or physical educators of classes and team captains, photographers and simply working hands. Any junior schoolchild is glad and proud that he is entrusted with a task. He is ready to work, he tries, he bends over backwards, but if you don’t teach him, don’t show him, such an assistant can be lost forever, and as a physical educator too. It is for this reason that we must prepare our assistants. As for the class physical athletes, they are chosen by children, and they know for sure that these are the guys they can trust with their sporting destiny. So these guys are leaders. Physorgs gather once a week, on a certain day. They are introduced to the most important tasks: - to ensure 100% attendance of students to class without delay and in sports uniform; - teach how to draw up a duty schedule for physical education lessons. . Questions can be very diverse: about holding competitions, refereeing, repairing sports facilities, awards and incentives for players and young referees, disciplinary issues, and discussing school sports affairs. During the classes of the council of physical educators, it is necessary to record what was decided, what was decided, who was assigned and the deadline for execution. The decision of the Council of Physorgs is posted on the stand “Council of Physorgs” for all students. 14
Before holding the next competition at the council of physicists: “To successfully conduct such and such a competition, assistants are needed, select or determine at the request of the children, so many people from each class. The first seminar will take place tomorrow after school.” In classes with young judges, there is no need to delve into the deep jungle of refereeing. Familiarize the children with general provisions, for example, with the basic rules of the game, etc. This is enough for the young judge for now. The rest will be replenished during the games and refereeing. You can’t put such a referee in charge of a match. We must go from simple to complex. And then, over time, we will have real referees who can hold any children’s match. A huge role in the conduct of any event is played by its external design, timely information about the results shown at the competition. This work is painstaking and requires perseverance and perseverance. Here, the desire to promptly notify everyone about the successes of comrades is not enough. Each ad or table should not only convey information, but also be colorful and attractively designed. There is a lot of design work during competitions, especially during their preparation. Artists also need to be encouraged and supported; this is very important - not to discourage children from working. Every competition is a confrontation between teams. And in a team there must be a leader. It’s one thing when a teacher speaks, it’s quite another when the leader, the leader elected by the children, speaks and demands the same thing. Understanding and giving in the latter case 15
very high. You also need to calmly analyze the loss, find your weaknesses and try to get rid of them in training. Before the start of any sports event, the teacher must think through and weigh everything, and then just draw up a script - a strict order of the upcoming meeting place of participants, start time, who says what and who is the order of speeches, who officiates the competition (judges), when and what sounds music (see appendix No. 3,4).
2.3. Conducting competitions.
On the day of the competition, before the start, the chief judge of the competition, together with a representative of the organization conducting the competition, must check the venue of the competition and make sure it is ready to receive participants. This applies to the preparation and arrangement of inventory and equipment, course markings, and referee documentation. The opening procedure is of great importance for the successful conduct of competitions. It is advisable to develop a “memo” for participants, which indicates the time, place, order of formation and uniform of the teams. The route of movement of the participants, the order of raising the flag, and the greeting should be provided. The competition should begin and each event should be carried out exactly according to the time and sequence agreed upon at the meeting of the panel of judges together with 16
team representatives. Team representatives and participants must be notified in advance of all changes. Information about the progress of the competition can be provided using a megaphone, special scoreboards, as well as by posting the starting and final protocols and other competition documents in a specially designated place. The withdrawal of competition participants must be carried out in an organized manner after preliminary gathering and lining up of participants in the agreed location. Team representatives ensure timely attendance of participants at the competition site and monitor their participation in the competition. In case of failure to appear, the representative must notify the main panel of judges in writing. Already during the competition, it is advisable to announce the results and reward the winners. An integral part of the competition is the closing procedure. It includes lining up the participants in teams, reporting the final results, presenting team prizes and lowering the flag. One of the important sections of preparing and holding competitions in sports is medical care. At competitions, the doctor is the deputy chief judge for medical support. Its functions include checking applications with doctors’ visas for the admission of athletes to competitions, medical care of the sites and monitoring the condition of 17
their health during multi-day competitions, the condition of the competition sites, the possibility of evacuation from the competition sites.
Chapter 3.

3. The main directions of extracurricular sports and mass work.
This course work determines the main directions of extracurricular sports, mass, physical education and recreational work. 1. All sports competitions among schoolchildren must solve the main problem - attracting students to systematic physical education and sports, developing mass physical culture and sports in secondary schools and worldwide promoting the health of students, their physical development and physical fitness. 2. The center for organizing mass competitions should be the school. All students, starting from grade 1, should be invited to participate in intra-school competitions in all sports studied under state programs and cultivated outside school hours. 3. Any student must be preceded by appropriate sports training before participating in sports competitions. When admitting students to mass intra-stake competitions, as well as when forming teams to participate in city (district) competitions, everyone must strictly adhere to this condition. 18
4. All competitions involving schoolchildren must be held outside of school hours. 5. Competitions with the participation of schoolchildren must be carefully prepared, colorfully designed, and held at a high organizational level. Judges from among schoolchildren are widely involved in holding competitions. 6. Expand the list of types of physical activity cultivated at school. 7. Monitor the quality of extracurricular activities. 8. Provide (through the school administration, teachers and students) high-quality information, propaganda and educational support in conducting sports events aimed at involving the maximum possible number of schoolchildren in active physical exercise and sports. 9.Involve third-party specialists - qualified coaches, teachers and sports instructors. 10. Systematically update and improve the material and technical base of the school’s sports sector. In the process of physical education in secondary schools, solve the problems of strengthening the health of schoolchildren, developing their physical abilities, expanding the functional capabilities of the body, forming motor skills, cultivating their morality and strong-willed 19
qualities: patriotism, collectivism, courage, determination, perseverance, determination. Based on this, the school director, physical education teachers, as well as the council of the physical education team, with the active assistance of the entire teaching staff, need to carry out extracurricular sports and recreational activities. Physical education teachers should, first of all, direct efforts to develop students’ independence and strive in every possible way for the active work of the council of the physical education team to massively involve all children in various physical education and health activities and sports. For the successful work of a physical education team, it is important that it is headed by a council consisting of the most active students, good athletes, representing various groups of classes, which will ensure the necessary continuity, accumulation of experience, and gradual mastery of organizational skills.
Conclusions.
The raised issues of organizing extracurricular physical education, recreational and sports activities at school indicate the versatility of the forms and methods of this work. 20
Of course, this work requires a lot of work from the school’s teaching staff, especially physical education teachers. Therefore, the main direction in holding any physical education, sports and other events should be the lively, interested participation, first of all, of the schoolchildren themselves. This work on organizing physical culture events should not be spontaneous and uncontrolled. It should be systematically directed by the administration, physical education teachers, the entire teaching staff of the school should be involved in the work, but this work should become more fruitful if it is closely connected and supported by out-of-school forms of physical education of the students themselves 21

Columns of athletes appear in the gym. In front of each team is a captain with a shield. On the shield is the name of the team /in accordance with the ancient Greek theme/. All teams line up in the gym /in the “Grand Arena”/, and a white Olympic flag with five rings is carried past them. The Olympic flag is mounted on a specially prepared mast.

There are no words written on the flags, but adults and children - people all over the world know that five multi-colored intertwined rings are a symbol of the holiday of peace and friendship. They talk about fair sports competition, calling on athletes to fight each other only in stadiums and never meet on battlefields.

(Two presenters come out in tunics.)

It was a long time ago, in 776 BC. In one of the small Greek kingdoms, in Olympia, the first athletic competitions were held. The winners of these Olympic Games were called Olypionics.

Time passes, people and cities change, one generation replaces another. But the Olympic Games have been and will be competitions where the spirit of freedom, peaceful competition and sportsmanship awakens.

Our journey into the history of the ancient Olympics has been somewhat delayed. Isn't it time for us to get down to business ourselves? As they say, there is no man alone in the field, and therefore we will start with the creation of the Small Olympic Committee (IOC). The chairman of the Olympic Committee, Milo of Croton, the strongest man of the ancient Greek Olympic Games, a six-time winner in wrestling, is invited to the “Grand Arena”.

(The IOC Chairman announces sports Olympics open, welcoming words are heard addressed to the competition participants).

We also present the Hellanodics - the judges of our modern sports Olympics :

(Exit of the Hellanodics - judges in the arenas)

Ellanodic Thunder. Lightning is always accompanied by a sound phenomenon in the atmosphere. From one of his heavenly leaps the earth trembles like a moving avalanche.

Ellanodic Dynamite. He has no equal in throwing balls. Try it and you will be surprised at its mighty power.

Ellanodic Lightning. One can only envy her lightning-fast reaction.

Ellanodic Arrow. She achieves her victory in a fair fight, not with money, but with dexterity and dexterity.

Ellanodic Element. Try to fight her in any competition. And you will regret it.

Well, do you still have a desire to participate in the Olympic Games? (Yes) I simply admire your courage and courage. Then introduce yourself to those who want to prove this. School team No.____...

(List of commands, greeting)

Then the Hellanodics, together with the competition participants, take an oath to fight fairly on the sports fields.

Oath of competition participants:

I, …………….., confirm to the Chairman of the IOC, Milon of Croton, that I trained as required by the ancient traditions of the Olympic Games. I solemnly swear that in order to achieve victory I will not use illegal techniques or argue with the judges. I swear!

Oath of the Hellanodics:

I promise on oath that I will make my decisions honestly and incorruptibly.

And now let representatives of all teams come to me to receive route sheets, based on which you will move around the arena of future fights, participating in sports. In each arena, your abilities will be assessed by Hellanodics.

(March music plays during the presenters' words)

Ellanodic Thunder - in the Gladiator's Step arena. Team competition in standing long jumps. The total distance /in meters/ is recorded in the route sheet.

Ellanodic Dynamite - in the Lead Strike arena. Task: hit the pins with a small ball. The total number of pins knocked down is recorded on the route sheet.

Ellanodic Lightning - at the Erudite Olympia Arena. Task: solve a crossword puzzle. The total number of guessed words is recorded in the route sheet.

Ellanodic Element -in the Ball Race arena. The team lines up at a distance of 2-3 meters from each other, then sits on the floor. The first player has the ball at his feet. At the signal, the first player passes the ball to the person sitting next to him, who sits next to him, and so on until the end of the line. The last player, having received the ball, touches the floor with it and passes it in the opposite direction. The total time is recorded on the route sheet.

Ellanodic Arrow - in the arena "Hunter of Olympia" A child stands in a circle with a diameter of 1 m with a small ball in his hands. Behind him lie 5-10 tennis balls. At a signal, the child throws the ball and, while it is in the air, turns and picks up as many balls as possible, then, without leaving the circle, catches the thrown ball. The total number of balls caught is recorded on the route sheet.

After the teams have completed all the arenas, IOC Chairman Milon Krotonsky conducts competition of captains "Athletes' fights". Assignment: lie on the floor opposite each other, one hand is behind your back, there is a three-dimensional object made from a landscape sheet in it. /For example, a cube./ Task: you need to touch your opponent’s hand to the floor (according to the rules of wrestling) and not crush the voluminous object.

So, Hellanodics disperse to their arenas (places), where they are eagerly awaiting you. Well, are you ready? Then go ahead!

(Competition participants disperse to the arenas,

music by A. Pakhmutova “Heroes of Sports”)

After the competition participants went through all the sports arenas and Hellanodics marked, the participants return to the “Big Arena”.

The IOC sums up the results of the relay. Leading with Hellanodics carry out competition for the best sports complex morning exercises for children 7-9 years old /homework/. Criteria: each team must demonstrate its own version of the morning exercise complex. The overall composition and clarity of execution are taken into account.

(Team performance)

While the IOC sums up the results of the Sports Olympics competition, the celebration ends with demonstration performances.

(Performance by a dance group)

IOC Chairman Milon Krotonsky announces the final results of the competition. (Drum roll sounds) Hellanodics present certificates and diplomas. The winning team performs the traditional victory lap.

(The presenter says goodbye to the players and fans.)

2015

Currently, the health of the Russian population, especially young people, leaves much to be desired, and the dynamics of health indicators are unfavorable. Two school physical education lessons per week do not allow students to fully develop the need for regular physical education classes. Extracurricular sports and physical education and health activities become an integral part of the pedagogical process aimed at educating a comprehensively physically and spiritually developed personality. This is facilitated by the organization and holding of mass sports events.

The tasks solved in the process of extracurricular work are diverse:

  • promoting health, strengthening and all-round physical development of schoolchildren;
  • educating them in the spirit of patriotism, collectivism and friendship, developing high moral and volitional qualities, increasing discipline and organization;
  • widespread development of individual sports at school and improvement of students’ sports and technical results;
  • summing up the results of educational and training work, performing sports classification, identifying children’s interests in certain sports, attracting students to systematic physical exercise, promoting and popularizing sports.

The role of school in the physical education of the younger generation is great and invaluable. Children go through it, and how the teacher can instill a strong love for physical education and sports determines how strong, healthy, and strong-willed the graduates of our school will enter life.

A well-thought-out system of extracurricular activities greatly contributes to physical education and the development of sports among rural schoolchildren.

To achieve mass participation of students in extracurricular activities, a variety of forms of organization are used: sports competitions, physical education festivals, classes in sports sections, etc. Particular attention during these events is paid to compliance with the educational material studied in class, so that the combination of educational and extracurricular activities contributes to improvement motor skills of children, promoted health, instilled in students a love for systematic physical education and sports.

When holding mass sports events, the characteristics of students must be taken into account.

Junior school age (grades 1–4)

characterized by sufficient development of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. This allows for events to be carried out with significant intensity of action. However, despite their great mobility, children quickly get tired and their attention is unstable. Therefore, during the events there are short breaks for rest. Schoolchildren at this age have object-figurative thinking. Based on this, competitions, relay races, and holidays are organized based on the plots of fairy tales. Since the coordination of movements in children is not yet perfect, the activities carried out include actions that require the manifestation of precision of movements, a sense of time and space.

Poor development of the muscular system (especially the abdominals and back) does not allow the use of exercises with active martial arts, with carrying and passing heavy objects to each other. However, short-term force stress (tug of war) is not contraindicated. Children at this age begin to actively develop skills of social behavior, interest in joint actions, the ability to fight for their place and general order in the team. However, the children still have a poorly developed ability for mental analysis, despite the fact that many of them already know how to take a responsible attitude towards their actions, hide their feelings, and show a sense of camaraderie.

Middle school age (grades V–VI)

characterized by the body's growing resistance to physical exertion. Functional capabilities increase, wasteful movements that require effort disappear, which allows children to participate in activities with high intensity and relative duration of motor actions. At this age, the musculoskeletal system becomes stronger, the muscular system continues to develop, the volitional sphere is formed and strengthened, and such qualities as courage, independence, determination and initiative are more clearly manifested. At the same time, children do not always correctly understand the relationship between independence and discipline, activity and endurance, courage and caution. In this regard, it is necessary to avoid excessive excitement and tension.

Adolescence (grades VII–IX)

characterized by intensive development and restructuring of the entire organism. Physical exercises reflect many of the features of this transitional age, which is characterized by the transformation of a boy into a young man, and a girl into a girl. The skeletal system (especially the tubular bones) grows rapidly, and children noticeably increase in height. The cardiovascular system adapts well to long-term motor activities of a continuous nature. By the age of 14–15, the development of the motor analyzer ends, which helps improve coordination, accuracy and efficiency of movements. Physiological restructuring of the body complicates the activity of the nervous system, which is often expressed in a violation of balance and an exacerbation of feelings of pride. Therefore, it is necessary to show tact and restraint, combining these qualities with exactingness.

For high school students (grades X–X1)

I widely use exercises of a military-applied nature, sports games (volleyball, football, etc.), all game forms of a plot-conflict nature without contact and with contact between opponents.

Knowledge of the characteristics of the physical development of children allows us to conduct sports events at a high pedagogical level.

Mass starts in various sports. Relay races

Traditional track and field relay race dedicated to the beginning of the school year.

The track and field relay race, which is traditionally held at the beginning of each school year, is very popular among students of all ages at our school. This relay race requires the most careful preparation, as it takes place along the main street of the village. Preparation of the panel of judges and the organizing committee begins at the end of August. The school administration, teachers, students, heads of village enterprises and private entrepreneurs are involved in the relay race. From the first days of school, students prepare teams for this relay race. The marking of stages is carried out in 1 the day before the start so that students become familiar with their distance. Teams are formed from each grade, from the first to the eleventh, mixed, consisting of 10 people (5 girls + 5 boys). Tests and races are held in parallel. Applications certified by a doctor and class teachers are submitted to the chief judge the day before the start of the competition. The relay traditionally consists of 10 stages. On the appointed day, the teams, together with their class teachers, gather for the grand opening of the competition. At the opening parade, the anthem is played and the Russian national flag is raised. Participants are greeted by representatives of the village administration, schools, and business leaders. The panel of judges introduces itself. At the end of the ceremonial part, the participants are separated into stages, and the relay starts. The route of the stages is located so that the finish of the last stage coincides with the start line. This allows spectators to watch the progress of the competition along the entire distance. At the closing parade, the results of the relay are announced, and the sponsors of the competition award the winners and all participants. Such a relay race at the beginning of the school year gives a charge of vivacity and good mood, and is a good way to unite the school team.

Open Day.

The most popular competitions in our school on Open Day were the competition “Mom, Dad, Me – a Sports Family” and volleyball (basketball) competitions between teams of children, parents, and teachers.

Preparations for the “Open Day” begin a month before the appointed date. At a meeting of the council of the physical education team, an organizing committee is selected, which includes:

– head teacher for educational work, chairman of the council of the physical education team,
– representative of the parent committee, physical education teacher.

The organizing committee develops a competition program and conducts propaganda work. Within 10–15 days, colorfully designed regulations are posted on school stands, and announcements about the date, time and location of the competition are posted throughout the village. Various public and private organizations are involved in the competition to provide sponsorship. When preparing the competition “Mom, Dad, Me – a Sports Family,” the age of the child is determined, and a competition program is drawn up in accordance with age characteristics.

The opening of the holiday begins with the formation of teams of participants, at which they themselves present the name and motto of their family team. Then the composition of the jury is named, whose members are representatives of the school administration, parents, and students. The competition program and rating system for each competition are announced. The points received by the teams are immediately placed on the information board so that participants and spectators can directly see the result of each competition.

1. Line relay with running. Participants line up in columns one at a time in front of the front line. Stands are placed in front of each team at an equal distance from the starting line. Dad's relay begins. At the judge’s signal, they run from a high start to the posts, run around them, return to their team, pass the baton to the mothers, touching their palms with their hands, and stand at the end of their columns. The team that finishes the relay first wins.

2. “Waiter” At the signal, dad begins the relay race. He must carry the balloon on a tray to the skittles and back, handing it to his mother. The mother, in turn, passes the baton to her son or daughter.

3. “Centipede” Participants run in line, running around the counter. When dad runs around the team, mom clings to him, etc. The team that finishes the relay first wins.

4. “Through the Eye of a Needle” Dad runs to the hoop, threads it through himself, leaves it on the line, runs to the counter, runs around it, threads the hoop again and passes the baton to mom with a touch of his hand, etc.

5. “Field hockey” The whole family participates. One by one, a large inflatable ball is driven with a gymnastic stick past the pins placed in a snake.

6. “Wedding ring” Mom and dad are participating. Having secured their opposite legs in the hoop, mom and dad run around the counter in this position and move to the finish line.

7. “Cinderella” Dad starts the relay race. He picks up the bucket containing the cubes, and at the signal, runs forward, pours out the cubes on the middle line, comes back and hands the empty bucket to his mother. She runs, collects the cubes, passes the bucket to her son (daughter), who pours out the cubes again. Mom collects the “garbage” in the bin again. The winner of the relay race is the team whose mother quickly collects the “garbage” in the bucket and returns to the team.

8. “Baba Yaga behind enemy lines” Dad sits astride the mop, holding it between his legs with his hands. On your “broom” you need to run around the counter and return to give the mop to your mother, etc.
At the end of the competition, a closing parade is held, at which the winners and participants are awarded with memorable prizes.
At the end of the family competitions, teams from among high school students, their parents and school teachers are invited to the playground. The captains represent their teams. The draw is made and the volleyball (basketball) games begin. Judges are selected in advance from students and parents. At the end of the games, at a solemn ceremony, the teams of parents, students, and teachers are awarded with souvenirs and gifts.
Such friendly meetings between children, parents, and teachers have a positive effect not only in achieving sports results, but to a greater extent in bringing children closer to their parents and teachers. The competition is very emotional and gives all participants a great boost of energy and health. Thus, physical education and sports become an integral part of a healthy lifestyle in the family.
