However, most researchers converge that Chuvas are descendants of the culture of the Volga Bulgaria. And the ancestors of the Chuvash are the tribes of the Volga Finns, which in the VII-VIII centuries. Mixed with Turkic tribes. Interestingly, in the era of the Board of Ivan the Terrible ancestor of the Chuvash, they were part of the Kazakh Khanate, without losing some independence at the same time.

The wisdom of the older generation benefits young

Here is one of the Chuvash proverbs, which is useful for the younger generation: ". Young people often consider themselves enough independent and experienced to make decisions regarding their lives. And it is completely natural - after all, everyone wants to go their own way. However, it is not necessary to forget that life is full of difficulties and unpredictable situations. And it is often able to assist in their overcoming can only senior mentor. Chuvashi, like many other nations, knew this wisdom well. And therefore they are instructed by young through a useful proverb. Only the older and experienced can teach young, how to avoid certain difficulties. After all, an elderly person has come across these difficulties, and Yunets is not yet.

Envy - worst vice

Chuvash proverbs reflect the most sides of human life. "Alien food seems tastier," the folk wisdom of the crude. This truth is valid for representatives of any nationality. After all, regardless of nationality, people are characterized by the same weaknesses. And one of these vices is envy. When a person seems to be that other people are doing better than him - it talks about the inability to be grateful for what is already available. The envious will never be happy - after all, in any situation there will be people who are richer, landscaped, talented than he. Therefore, you need to develop your ability to appreciate the life and the benefits that it gives.

Lazy always poor

Another Chuvash Proverb shares well-known wisdom: "The lazy wallet is empty." Indeed, in those people who do not make efforts to improve their well-being, there will always be a lack of money. When a person is not lazy, tries to solve his financial difficulties, sooner or later he will fall on the path of abundance. Lazy I will have to be content with the meager property that he has. Therefore, people who do not seek to overcome their laziness, may face the most terrible consequences of their inaction, up to complete ruin. From this point of view, this Chuvash proverb will be very useful to everyone.

Foreign beauty fleeting

"Beauty for the time, kindness forever," says another folk wisdom. Human faithfulness comes and leaves. And how progressive, neither the modern beauty industry is becoming, from old age, it was not yet possible to escape to anyone, which also resembles this Chuvash proverb in Russian. So far, people did not solve the main secret of aging. Maybe it's for the better. After all, the person has the opportunity to develop its best mental qualities, appreciate the inner, spiritual beauty. Those for whom the source of joy is only their own faithfulness, make a deliberately losing bet. Beauty External sooner or later will disappear. A kindness and other noble mental qualities will remain with a person forever.

Folk observations for change in personality

Chuvash proverbs and sayings often reflect reality in very capacious and clear statements. "The Krotsky became Grozny," the folk wisdom of the Chuvash. This saying displays the frequent situation when at first a humble and modest person for some reason showing a completely different side of his character. In this proverb, there is a shade of a contempt for such a transformation of personality. After all, when the modest is impudent, it does not mean that he became better and rose to a new stage of spiritual development. Rather, the one who can curb his arrogance and become Grozny, worthy of respect.

Note do not change

"The dog will not do a fox," says another proverb of the Chuvash people. This wisdom will also be fair for all nations, because it says that the nature of a living being is unchanged. Using images, this proverb teaches that a person cannot become different, to change its character. At least make it extremely hard. And if a person originally possesses any personal quality, it is almost impossible to change. This psychological truth was well known to the Chuvash people, which was the reason for this proverb.

Proverb about internal motifs of man

Another Chuvash wisdom says: "I will not fit inside." This means that it is impossible to calculate in advance how the other will act. His motives are not known to anyone, except for him. Sometimes it may seem that there are warm and open relationships between people. Even in this case, a person does not fully open his soul to another, and the closest friendship suggests its own interests, values, motives. Therefore, it is impossible to calculate the actions of another. After all, the person himself can do something that will be unexpected for himself.

Introduction

Proverbs and sayings are an invaluable heritage of our people. They accumulated millennia long before the appearance of writing and orally passed on generation to generation. N.V.Gogol saw in her the result of people's ideas about life and its different manifestations. V.I. Dal understood the proverb as "judgment, sentence, teaching." In the literature of the proverb - these are poetic, speech-consuming, sustainable, brief, often figurative, multi-valued, having a figurative meaning of saying, decorated syntactically as proposals, often organized rhythmically, generalizing the social-historical experience of people and bearing instructive, didactic.

The general mandatory features of proverbs include:

1. brevity;

2. stability;

3. Communication with speech;

4. Belonging to the art of the word;

5. Wide consumeability.

Proverbs and sayings are an ancient and popular genre of oral folk creativity. They reflected their attitude towards their native nature and its phenomena, the social and historical experience of their ancestors, expressed their worldview, moral norms and aesthetic ideals. Therefore, a comparative study of the simplicative expressions was greatly developed. The works are devoted to the works of V.N. Kravtsov, V.P. Anikna, V.P.zhukova, G. L. Martyakov, V.V. Vinogradova IDR. In these works, the proverbs and sayings are studied in three aspects: linguistic, logical-semantic and artistic-shaped.

Assessing the state of studying proverbs, especially in a comparative comparable plan, it should be noted that a few linguistic works about the proverbs were created a little, in some of them the proverb is determined as it is made in folkloristic, without proper accounting for its linguistic features.

Value of proverbs and sayings

The people who created the proverbs in the old days did not know how to write, as they simply did not know how to do this, they were not trained by diploma. Therefore, often proverbs were the only way to preserve their life experience and observations. The meaning of the proverbs is that they help to repel the thinking of the people in all its variety, versatility and contradictions. In addition, proverbs are an important part of the lifestyle of the people, its standards and habits. Proverbs never argue and do not prove anything, they confidently express the thoughts of the people about what they are talking about. Proverbs argue or deny, but do it so that there is not a drop of doubt about their right. At the same time, it is important to note that one proverb is an important idea, but thousands of proverbs living in the people are a multilateral and deeply meaningful picture of life. Proverbs also serve to upbringing positive ideals - courage, honesty, feelings of friendship, put us as an example of high-level behavior. They teach us to distinguish good and evil.

Part 1. The stories of proverbs.

Sources of the appearance of proverbs are quite varied. The main ones are direct vital observations of people, the socio-historical experience of the people. Fighting ingenic invaders, hot love for homeland and hatred for her enemies, resilience, courage and heroism of the Russian people - all this was reflected in short, but wise sayings. Labor people who create the richness of the country and defended it from foreign invaders, long centuries were abused under the heavy sweating of operation and enslavement. The perpetrators of their hard life, their sufferings have seen people in the boyars, officials, clerks, landowners, and then in capitalists. A lot was created by the proverbs, which reflected the difficult and hungry life of the peasant, opposed by the full and carefree life of the squeezing of him all the juices of Mr. Class struggle, explicit or hidden, never stopped, and the tagged word was sharp weapons in this struggle. (Hopier Word that Rogatina; Singness look worse between). But gradually the views and representations of people were changed. Especially a sharp change in the minds of the people came after the Great October Revolution. For the first time in the history of mankind, the state of workers and peasants was created, the weight of the workers received equal rights, women were freed from the centuries-old family and social slavery, the people became a genuine owner of their own destiny and won the conditions for free creative labor. (Lenin covered the entire light; there was a mud and a candle, and now Lamp Ilyich). But, creating a new one, the people do not throw away all the best that was accumulated over the century by our ancestors. (Money Cop will buy and deceive God - we have no conditions). But love for labor, skill and skill, courage, honesty, love for homeland, friendship and other qualities that previously could not manifest themselves in full force, only in our time they received all the opportunities for the most complete disclosure. And proverbs who spell about these qualities will always be our satellites. The proverbs reflect the big world in which certain important events or public relations constantly occurred. Here reflected family relationships, domestic life, and much more. Today, very many literary expressions that were directly taken from fiction, continue to become sayings and proverbs, only of this modernity. Proverbs - not an old man, not the past, and the living voice of the people: the people retain in their memory only what he needs today and will need tomorrow.

Part 2. About collectors of proverbs.

    1. Collectors of Russian proverbs

Collect proverbs began in the XVII century, when some lovers began to make handwritten collections. From the end of the XVII century, proverbs are printed by separate books. In the 30s of the 1930s of the XIX century, the Russian scientist and writer Vladimir Ivanovich Dal (1801-1872) took advantage of the proverbs. About 30,000 texts entered his collection of "Proverbs of the Russian People". Since then, many collections of proverbs and sayings have been published, but in our time a collection of V.I. Dalya is the most complete and valuable. At the end of the XIX century, people of various specialties performed with articles about the proverbs: ethnographers, writers, journalists, teachers, historians, doctors. The most significant research works about proverbs include: P. Glagolevsky, "Syntax of the Russian Proverbs Language" (SPB, 1874); A. I. Golatovsky, "Family on the views of the Russian people expressed in proverbs and other works of people's poetic creativity" (Voronezh, 1892); S. Maksimov, "Winged words" (SPB 1890); N. Ya. Yermakov, "Proverbs of the Russian People" (SPb, 1894) and others. Researchers of proverbs believe that a collection of proverbs V.I. Dalya became the impetus for the appearance of these works, which created a solid foundation for their study. Interesting work was written by A. I. Golatovsky - Teacher of the Gymnasium. Initially, he led the proverbs as they "the people himself speak of their lives," the external conditions and the internal system of life of the family and public "were expressed in the proverbs". Then showed the proverbs characterize the chapter of the family, his wife, children, mother, a stepmother, married, noted the inequality of women in pre-revolutionary Russia, their accuracy, gentlement, brightly and figuratively spoke about the severe share of the Russian woman, who appeared in proverbs humiliated and offended. The study of collections, research works and articles about the proverbs shows that in the second half of the XIX century, a further step forward forward along the path of studying and collecting Russian proverbs. It was during this period that after the release of the famous collection of proverbs V. Daly, a huge number of new collections, interesting articles and proverbs appeared in the country.

Gathers of Chuvash proverbs.

Proverbs of Bashkira, like some other Turkic peoples, are called "Makal" (the term of Arabic origin, meaning "The Word said to the place"). Along with this, the term in the people there are definitions of "the word ancients", "the word of old people", "the word of ancestors", "The Word of People's". Chuvash "Wattsem Kalani" - "The Word of Starikov". So the peoples express their respect for the sayings, calling them "words of ancestors." Despite such a variety of definitions, the moral meaning of the works of this genre remains one: "The word, the expression that came from the depths of the centuries; Wisdom transmitted by previous generations. " Thus, the signs of the identity of the proverbs of the Chuvash and Russians can be seen in the definition of the term of the genre. Both of the people of the proverb call the sayings of wise people. Small genres of Chuvash Folklore began to collect in the XIX century. The very first dictionary of the Chuvash Russian language - the "root dictionary of the Chuvashsky-Russian language" (1875.-) leads to the sources of the language. Its author is Zolottsiy Nikolai Ivanovich. The study of Chuvash Proverbs devoted their works by S.M. Mikhailov, N.I. Zolotnitsky, I.N. Yurkin, N.I. Ashmarin, Pethet, Yuhankka, K. Piesh, V.A. Dolgov, N.V. Nikolsky, I.I. Odyukov, N.R.rodanov, I.S.Tuktash and others. Rich material in the language and folklore of the Uralsky Chuvash belongs to Ashmarina N.I. The main labor of Ashmarar is the 17-Tomny "Dictionary of the Chuvash language", which scientist prepared for more than 30 years. The first two volumes saw the light in 1910 and 1912. The last, 17 Tom was printed in 1950 in Cheboksary. The scientist was collected, processed and published the works of Chuvash Folklore. According to N.I. Ashmarin G.I. Komizarov turned active activities to collect historical and ethnographic and folk materials about the Chuvs of the Southern Urals, collecting folk gifts, proverbs and sayings. Despite the existing bore, the Chuvash Folklore in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan is not sufficiently studied.

Part 3. Comparison of Russian and Chuvash proverbs on the example of proverbs about labor

Each third of the nation, populated multinational Russia, is the second native language. For me, this is Chuvash. For myself, I opened it, to my shame, quite recently. The language is very interesting for me, attractive, because he is absorbed with Mother's milk. Who does not know the native language, he and someone else will not learn. This wise saying came from a long time, but relevant today. My immersion in the native language began with the study of Chuvash proverbs.

Surprised and agitated by the fact that many Chuvash proverbs are very similar to the Russians and have similar equivalents. The goal was set to compare Russian and Chuvash proverbs.

Russian and Chuvash proverbs helped me write down the inhabitants of the Chuvash village of Ebulak-Matveyevka of the Bizhbulyak district of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the city of Ufa.

The carriers of the Russian and Chuvash speech were interviewed. It was possible to record 386 Russian and Chuvash proverbs (Appendix 1). This is 74% of all of all respondents. 26% could not be called a single proverb. And the third of the respondents respondents arose difficulties to call the proverb immediately. (Appendix 2) Among the 84 respondents, Chuvash first remembered the proverbs in Russian and only then in their native Chuvash (video).

After analyzing and grouped by the proverbs, we realized that it was more often used in the speech of proverbs about labor, family and friendship.

About human values

Labor - the supporting category of the folk philosophy, the basis of being: a simple person and in the head did not come to the head, which could be live, without doing anything, so it is quite natural that the theme of labor in the Chuvash and Russian proverbs occupies a central place. We can argue about this by relying on a sociological survey. We have collected 54 Chuvash 61 Russian proverbs. (Appendix 3)

Scientists allocate two levels of perception of labor. First, work is perceived by a person as a necessity. Secondly, at a higher level, labor is treated as the inner need of a person.

In other words, in the first case, the man will first work first, and he starts to understand since childhood, it is necessary, but at the same time a person has not yet developed the habit of work, the desire for work has not yet been formed.

In the second case, a person has already realized that the work became an important part of his life, which, thanks to work, he earns a living, and can also realize his aspirations and goals, to get new knowledge and experience.

Thus, we can say that before work will be perceived by a person as a major meaning of his existence, the person himself must live a long way to such an understanding, systematically fulfilling his work duties, even those that do not quite like him. But gradually a person must be aware of the value of labor. As a result of the analysis of the assembled material, proverbs that realize the understanding of labor value were allocated:

    With craft will not disappear.

    Without difficulty, nothing is given.

    The case teaches, tormented and feeds.

Based on the assembled material, the classification of proverbs about labor was carried out. The most numerous group consists of proverbs, expressing a positive or negative attitude towards work. In the group of proverbs expressing a positive assessment of labor activities, a special emphasis was made on the role of work in human life:

Russian proverbs

Chuvash Proverbs

Who does not work shall not eat.

Patience and work will achieve everything.

Sudi about a man on his work.

The following proverbs give a negative assessment:

    All cases will not redo.

    Work is not damn, it will not leave the water.

    Ĕĕ Wilsen Te Vur Cunlău to Send. (Work and after death will remain for three days)

The negative assessment group shows a dismissive attitude towards work. It should be noted that proverbs that negatively evaluate labor activity is very small.

In general, for proverbs of Russian and Chuvash language, a positive attitude towards work is characterized. Labor is recognized as a necessary component of a person's life, thanks to which you can improve well-being and financial situation, achieve success in life, achieve certain goals, realize your dreams. This can be clearly traced on the following proverbs:

    With craft will not disappear.

    PURăNAS PURAYNAS TESEN KăMAKA LARMA YURMATY. (If you want to live richly, you can not lie on the furnaces)

Russian and Chuvash peoples are characterized by hospitality. The following proverbs reflect the understanding of the people that dependent on the quality of human quality, whether the family will be fed, whether the table will be full of nurses:

Hytă ĕCelectric çăkăr Ta Kulachă Pek. (Who works hard, for him and black bread tastier Kalacha)

Kam Kulach çies tete, Cămaka çinchetta. (Who wants to eat Kalachi, he will not lie on the furnace).

We will UTsa Utsan Ală Seaslarantara. If there are legs, then your hands will be satisfying.

People have always perceived labor as a source of income, wealth:

    Ĕĕleisurov, Purlăch Pulmasty (without difficulty)

    Craft-gold cord.

Therefore, workshops always appreciated:

Russian proverbs

Chuvash Proverbs

Any master on your way.

All the work of the master praises.

Proverbs reflect folk wisdom, a moral arch of rules of life. They represent wide layers of life and wear educational orientation. They are enshrined in the experience of the people. The subject of proverbs is diverse.

In Chuvash and Russian, there are a rather numerous number of proverbs in which laziness is condemned, idleness and idleness. Proverbs of this group express a negative attitude towards people who do not want and do not like to work:

Russian and Chuvash proverbs call on not to be afraid of work:

    It's scary to shrid.

    Eyes to be afraid, and the hands do.

In many Russian and Chuvash proverbs, it can be judged that it is important is a good result of work, which can only be achieved through high-quality labor:

Russian proverbs

Chuvash Proverbs

Ĕĕleysp, Purlăch Pulmasty. (Without difficult it is not difficult)

Tarlichnaya ĕ Inserts Tzyroichnya. (Let's work up to sweat, sing your fellowship)

PURăNAS PURAYANAS TESEN Cămaka Larma Larma Juramy. (If you want to live richly, you can not lie on the furnaces)

At the same time, the group of Russian proverbs presents various realities and processes of rural labor. The Russian people highly appreciates the role of labor instruments in the labor process.

    Without braids, hay do not hob.

Among the heard Chuvash proverbs, we recorded only one that implements this value:

    Do not rush to the tongue, hurry the case.

The following meaning can be labeled "Patience and Labor". What great work was achieved and happened without patience? Patience on the verge - on the verge and results of labor. Therefore, proverbs about patience and work have taken root, becoming an integral part of the spirit and strength of our people:

    A drop stone is hammering.

Such human qualities like the diligence, adjacent in the labor process found a positive response in folk art. This is convincingly illustrated in the following proverbs:

Proverbs of the Russian and Chuvash peoples call people to work, as labor, in their opinion, is a source of health, he prolongs life:

    It is healthy from work, and they are sick.

    It is designed by Pichian Peck. (At the working face ruddy.)

Thus, proverbs represent wide layers of life and are educational.

The analysis showed that many proverbs of the Chuvash people have similar in Russian:

    Ĕĕlemisurh hyrăm Tăranmasty. (You can not freeze.) - Do not worry - and bread does not achieve.

    Ĕĕ yyvăr Pulsan çim Tutlă. (If work hard, then tasty food.) - Gorky work, yes sweet bread. Work up to sweat, eat in hunt.

    Kam Kulach çIes Tet, Cămaka çinchetta. (Who wants to eat Kalachi, he will not lie on the furnace.) - Want to eat Kalachi, so do not sit on the furnace.

    ĔClese Pothersen Canma Laiăh. (At the end of work, it is good to rest well.) - Cumshot, Walking boldly.

    Calla Mulla Utmaassan Coon Casmala Mar Ikken. (It is difficult, it turns out, to spend the day, if you don't get there and here.) - The day is bored until the evening, if you have nothing to do.

    From boredom take the case in hand. A small thing is better than big idleness.

The similarity of proverbs, in our opinion, is often explained by non-borrowing, but the same living conditions of labor segments. But at the same time, cultural mutual influence and borrowing of neighboring peoples cannot be rejected. The similarity of the Chuvash and Russian proverbs is the result of communication of peoples and enrichment of the culture and art of one people by mastering the artistic and cultural achievements of the other.

Conclusion

Having studied a large number of Russian and Chuvash proverbs about labor, the following was revealed:

    signs of the identity of proverbs of the Chuvash and Russians can be seen in the definition of the term genre of the proverb. Both the people of the proverb call the sayings of wise people;

    in Russian and Chuvash cultures, proverbs predominate, expressing a positive attitude towards work;

    both for Russians and for the crowns, high-quality, responsible implementation of labor activities are of paramount importance;

    in both lingvocultures, labor is regarded as good as opposed to Leno and idleness, which adversely affect the person and prevent him from achieving success;

    many Chuvash proverbs are equivalent to Russians, which is explained by the similar living conditions of the life of the labor people and cultural mutual influence.

Thus, proverbs are samples of folk eloquence, a source of wisdom, knowledge of life, folk ideas and ideals, moral implications. Proverbs that arose as a genre of folk poetry in ancient times are for many centuries and play a household and literary and artistic role, pouring into a popular culture.

Chuvash people are small, but roads. He gives rise to excellent scientists and philosophers, artists and architects, as well as masters for all hands. Little richly National Folklore and gives its culture to the whole world. In addition to accurate and humanitarian sciences, songs and dance, painting and literature, Chuvashi succeeded in the comic, poetic and pressesses.

These people are akin to the Russians and even wear the same names: Ivanov, Petrov, Vasilyev, Matveyev, Saveliev, Danilov, Antipin and many others. Although their language is different and the language is characterized by pronunciation, and the character is more peaceful, but the Chuvash residents own the Slavic nagging and excellently compile sayings. Their proverbs are also witty, satirical and truthful.

In Chuvash, parables pour lure

Under parables, we, of course, mean the proverbs in Chuvash. They pronounce as easily and melodious as chastushki in Russian bus tickets. Naturally, you don't need to learn myself. Enough to listen to indigenous women as they sing perfectly.

Girls kids generally possess a gift to decorate any holiday with amazing melodies and dancing. It was on Bashkir events that the funny Chuvash proverbs sound most often and pleaseply.

Sochalani çAvnashkal - can be seen so well-kept slaughter.

A peculiar character of the rare Russian tribe of the Chuvash rarely attaches a kind of symbol. This is another branch, leaving its roots in a distant story and flourishing in the modern age. She grew up in a civilization of civilization with its own and customs. Listening to the work of this people, it can be said: in Chuvash, parables are poured loudly.

And the Russian spirit smells

Let's try to choose to chuvash proverbs of Russian and compare them.

Let me read several Chuvash speakers:

It is immediately clear that national sayings and aphorisms are practically indistinguishable by value and construction. This means that the culture of the two republics interacts with each other, and people are very close in nature and traditions. Chuvash proverbs, though and slightly look a little, but are properly folded, interesting, intellectual and accessible in understanding.

In the country of nobility and novelty

Proverbs are small proposals in which those or other interpretations of life, fate, love, death, joy are investigated by sages and poets, affiliates and ordinary people ...

Each proverb belongs to a separate philosophical category. Sometimes reading these pieces of text enters and deprives reality, carrying into the country of mental nobility. Returning from there, you begin to see the real world with other eyes. Chuvash's advances are the soul of the novelty, and the study of the folklore of a rare nation absorbs entirely.

Where the proverbs of the Chuvash, there is a piece of culture of our

Sometimes there is a question - where to hear such unusual lines that conquer wise narratives and abundance of interpretations? Proverbs of the Chuvash people can be found in the libraries of the city and the reading halls. They are easy to memorize them on the Internet at the computer or in the play market for tablets and smartphones with the Android operating system, as well as in the App Store store for Mac.

Many audiobooks and individual entries are on music sites in MP3 and WAV formats. It is even better to go to the Chuvash Republic. Time does not take a lot. She comes from the south to the borders of Mordovia and the Ulyanovsk region, and in the east and west - to Tatarstan and and having visited such holidays as a village or Calăm, and spending time in the midst of games and songs, jokes and dance, fairy tales and proverbs of the spring celebration, No man will leave the Chuvashia indifferent.
