Eduard Asspensky is one of the most famous, most beloved children's writers. His books read and love many. Eduard Nikolayevich was not always a writer. His childhood time was not easy, military. After graduation, he entered the Aviation Institute and learned to the engineer. For three years, Uspensky worked in a specialty, and then I realized that it was doing something wrong in life. Eduard thought-thought and ... became an adult humorist. And then quickly retrained and turned into a children's writer. He began his way into literature in 1960. In 1966, the first poems for children were published in the journal "Children's literature", and then the first book was published - the poetic collection "Funny Elephant". Behind him followed the publication of the story-fairy tales "Crocodile Gena and his friends." From school years, Uspensky liked to work leading in junior grades and in the pioneer camp. "If I were not counted, I would not become a children's writer," he confessed later. The famous writer Eduard Nikolayevich made a fabulous story "Crocodile Gena and his friends." As the writer himself told himself, once he worked in a pioneer camp, he read interesting books, who once ended, and the listeners demanded that they would take them. And unexpectedly, he began: "In the same city, a crocodile lived on the name of the gene, and he worked in a crocodile zoo ..." We read this book for more than 35 years. It is in a pioneer camp, working there by the librarian in the summer of 1968, he wrote another no less well-known book "Uncle Fedor, Dog and Cat." The book saw the light in 1973. His Peru belongs to the story-fairy tales "down the magic river", "Warranty men", "School of Clowns", "Kolobok goes on the trail" and other works. At 40, he began to learn to work on a computer with two fingers. And now prints all ten. At 50, Uspensky began to ache into English and now he knows him so that together with the Dutch writer Els de Grün wrote a book "Year of a Good Child". In 55, Assumption began to learn to sing. And before that, he could not take a single note!. And it turns out well. Sometimes he sings in radio programs. The diverse of his creativity is amazing: he writes fairy tales and fabulous stories, fantastic, detective, adventure works, as well as comics, poems, plays, scenarios, makes transfers and make up children's folklore compilations. And he organized the Book Publishing House "Samovar", leads to television broadcasts, publishes a children's magazine "Prostokvashino".

In December 2017, students of junior classes took part in the literary game "Winter fun in Prostokvashino". Children traveled on the "snowmobile" to the country of Fairy Tales Edward Uspensky. At the first station, they became acquainted with the biography of the writer. A true discovery for the young listeners was the story of how from the mischief of the Odika, who received bad marks at school, but at the same time he dreamed of becoming a minister or academician, the famous writer Edward Nikolaevich Uspensky turned out. Schoolchildren visited the stations: "comic", "announcement", "mysterious". They were joined by Shapoklyak himself, and tried to teach them to hooligan and be harmful. But the guys reiterate the old woman.
