How to draw a pensive face. Basic principles of construction and markup

How to draw a pensive face. Basic principles of construction and markup

To correctly draw a man's head, you need to know its proportions.

The head has an oval shape, which is divided by the eye line into two approximately the same parts, that is, the eye line is approximately in the middle of the face.

The face draw quite difficult. Conditionally, it can be divided into three parts: from the beginning of the hair to the line of eyebrows, from the line of eyebrows to the end of the nose and from the end of the nose to the chin.

The top edge of the ear is located at the level of eyebrows, the lower - at the level of the nose. An eye line can be divided into five identical parts, of which the second and fourth occupy eyes.

The width of the nose is equal to the length of the eyes, and the mouth is a little wider than the nose.

The distance between the eyes is equal to the width of the eye or the width of the nose base. The ears are located from the eyebrow line to the base line of the nose, the incision of the mouth is one third of the distance from the base of the nose to the end of the chin.

The head is symmetrical, and it is possible to draw it on the basis of the conditional line, which begins on the back of the head, passes in the middle of the forehead between the eyes, along the nose, in the middle of the mouth and chin. This line is called middleand serves to build paired symmetric forms.

Knowing these proportions will help the novice artist in working on a portrait.

The shape of the head can be different types.

Now see how to draw a different expression of a person's face.

The drawing of the head starts with the construction of its egg-shaped shape, while it must be remembered that the shape of the head should be outlined so that its mid-horizontal takes place slightly above the middle of the sheet and that the head is not very shifted to the right or left. Only after that we are planned part of the person. They need to be learned very carefully: the similarity of the portrait with nature depends on this.

The main parts of the person belong to eyes, nose, lips and ears. Of course, each person has their own, unique eyes, nose and lips. But it only seems to be in fact they can be generalized and simplify their shape.

Human head paints in full face(when he looks straight)

in profile (when the head is turned sideway),

and in the half turn.

Draw your eyes

Eyes play a very important role in portrait similarity with kind. You can start painting the eye from its generalized shape - a ball inserted into the horizontally located oval (eye depression). Therefore, starting to draw an eye, you need to outline the eyelabies, while remembering that they are not very close to the nose. The distance between the eyes is equal to the length of the very eye.Next, by chateating the pupil, we begin to draw eyelids.

R isuu profile, you need to remember that the upper eyelid is advanced a little more forward than the lower one. And the pupil from the round turns into a flattened oval.

Drawing face in half turn, pay attention to the upper eyelid eyes raised.

The reliability of the portrait depends on the greater or smaller strengthening of the shadows, and not from the direction of the strokes, so first of all you need to try to put the shadows and do the hatching only when it is already purchased.

Conduct a line passing through the eye, watching its direction carefully. Find the length of the eye, which is indicated by two vertical lines. Draw contours of the eye, remembering that the front convexity or roundness of the eye is visible in the eyes drawn in profile or half turn.

Draw lips

Before starting to draw lips, you need to outline the middle line of the mouth (this is a line where the upper lip is connected to the bottom), then to determine the length and thickness of the lips on this line (usually the lower lip is thicker than the top, but it happens that they are equal in thickness ). It should also be remembered that the mouth is below the nose base line. Next, you need to begin to outlines the outlines of the lips, trying to convey their characteristic shape (thin, thick, medium, smooth along the contour or with a bend on the upper lip).

When drawing lips to the profile or in the half-turn, you need to mark the amount of the rotation of the mouth, its tilt, as well as the degree of thickness (that is, the extension of one of the lips).

The incision of the mouth is located on one third of the distance from the base of the nose until the end of the chin.

Draw your mouths in Afas and profile. First, you will schedule a line intersecting your mouth, then we define the length of this line with two screws,

Then we will find the middle of the mouth and denote its line parallel to the lines denoting the length of the mouth.

Then we denote the thickness of the lips and denote the teeth if the mouth is discontinued.

Draw nose

Drawing a nose, you must first carefully examine its characteristic features: the noses are straight (1), drinks (2) and with a hubber (3).

Also noses are long, short, narrow and wide. The base of the nose is equal to the width of the eye. Outdoor nose, you need to remember that the middle of the front line of the nose passes through the middle of its base and tip.

Drawing a profile or half turn, you must not forget that the stronger the turn of the head, the further the tip of the nose is from the median line.

Now let's try to draw your mouth and nose together.

Now draw nose and eyes.

Draw your ears

Ears are usually located at the level of eyebrows to the base of the nose. In order to properly outline ears, you need to draw an imaginary ear axis that passes parallel to the nose line. Then outlines the general shape of the ear and draw the details.

Draw a continued quadrolon and divide it across two equal parts. Cut out the outer circumference of the ear, then outline it with a thickness and draw the middle (ear cavity).

Place your hair

Hair is beautifully framed and start in the middle of the distance from the eye line to the pattern (the top point of the head). All hairstyles can be reduced to the most typical.

Draw a neck.

The neck is a support for the head and firmly strengthened on the shoulders. Before starting drawing, you need to determine the height of the neck and its attitude to the height and width of the head. First, the middle line of the neck, passing from the bottom of the jaw to the cervical depression, is scheduled. The neck itself consists of some of the three conditional figures: a rectangle and two triangles.

The human face is quite complicated by its structure, moreover, it is precisely it is considered the most expressive part of the human body.

Specialists determine the nature, emotionality, sensitivity to the person. Draw a face with pencil or paints, the question of choosing every particular artist. Technology will be one. To learn how to draw a female face you need a little patience and skills.

Contour face

To begin with, draw the contour of the face.

To do this, draw oval, which will narrow down the book. Do not paint the circle, because most people have an oval shape of the head. With the mind drawn by oval should remind an egg.

Next, draw dividing lines that will help us correctly outline the proportions of the face. Spend strictly in the middle oval vertical line. Next, also spend the horizontal line in the center. The lines must intersect strictly in the middle of the oval.

Nose

The first thing we start to draw, there will be a nose.

Divide the lower part of the oval on the equal parts, the horizontal line reading. The point in which this line will cross the vertical line, and will be started to emerge the nose. Draw the base of the nose, and then the nostrils on both sides. There are a variety of nasal forms, but they will be conveniently drawn by the proposed method.

Mouth

In order to correctly arrange the mouth on the face, we divide the remaining part of the oval under the nose still in half.

The point in which the drawn line just crosses the vertical line will serve as the basis for the lower lip. First draw a central lip line, that is, the line in which the upper lip is found with the bottom lip. Next, draw the upper lip, and last the bottom of the lip.

Eyes

The main thing when drawing an eye, remember that they should be on the same line.

In this case, the first horizontal line we painted at the very beginning will help us. Draw two small circles that will cross the horizontal line. These circles will form an eye. In the upper circle loop, we will place eyebrows, and on the bottom, draw the cheekbones.

Eyebrows

Eyebrows can be different in width, but let's learn how to draw eyebrows of the right form.

The eyebrow should lie on the top circle loop, which we painted earlier. Draw an eyebrow the desired width. The length of the eyebrows also should not go beyond the circle.

Form of the eye

Most often there are eyes of the almond-shaped form, so we draw exactly that.

To do this, draw two almonds. Remember that the distance between the eyes is leveling the width of another eye.

Pupil

Here we draw not only pupil, but also a rainbow shell. To do this, draw a circle that will be located slightly closer to the center of the eye relative to its middle.

It will be a rainbow shell eye. Next, draw another circle, smaller in size already inside the iris. Skin it to black, leaving a little white. It will be a glare from light. The same glare must be reflected on the rainbow shell. From the center of the eye to the protein, leave some white lines, which will be brighter expressed near the pupil, and are less noticeable on the circuit of the iris. In this case, you will get a good artistic effect.

Century

Draw almond smaller than painted before.

Place it in such a way that the pupil touch its borders. Almonds must come into contact with large almonds at a point, which is located in the bridge area.

Borders of the nose and eye

This can be done with the help of shadows.

To do this, add a small blackout under the eyes, walk along the nose contour, and also place the wings of the nose. If you want to portray a tired view, then the shadow should be drawn under the lower eyelid to a sharper corner, seeking to the nose.

Ears

In order to properly draw ears, you must remember several nuances.

First, the lower borders of the ears must be on the same line with the tip of the nose. Secondly, the upper borders of the ears must match the eyebrows. Well, the third - ears should not be thrown away if they are not in reality.

Hair

There is only one rule on the image of the hair.

Watch that you draw them in the direction from the probor to the tips of the hair, and not the opposite. The sample can be positioned absolutely from any side, but you can generally do without it.

To begin with, buy a large sheet of watercolor paper. From your manipulations, paper is clearly injured, so dense watercolor paper is needed, which is minimally exposed to deformation. Turn the sheet to the back side - it is smoother. If you draw a portrait, then the side with a smoother relief has an ideal structure for imitation of human skin.

In addition to paper, you will need the cheapest mechanical pencils, you can buy them at any store around the corner (such as in the photo below).

I use a rods with a thickness of 0.7 mm, as well as 4H, Hb pencils (№2) and a cush to remove graphite particles. These tools provide complete control over the drawing process.

Photorealism arose from pop art in the 1960s as a reaction on the dominance of photographs in the media and abstract expressionism in painting. I liked both realistic and abstract things, I see no reason to compare them. At a certain level of skill, everything can be cool. However, realism is especially good in one aspect - it reaches a wide audience with one clear message: naturalness is beautiful. In the photo, even the most tragic plot can be perfect to breathtomasses. Sometimes in picturesque photorealism, it is possible to achieve a similar effect, but with the help of additional efforts from the author. Remembering this, always strive for the tension and disclosure of the conflict. In life, you should not dissolve snot, but in art - the flag in your hands, dump everything that has accumulated! As a result, you can capture something elusive or surpass yourself.

Let's start.

Human face is one of the most difficult objects for accurate playback. References are required for the development of skills necessary for accurate transmission of proportions and subtle traits that indicate the similarity of the pattern with the object. Even if you do not specialize in portraits, you can still use these techniques for the image of other objects. Element of the mechanism or tree trunk, still life, anything can be the object of playback and admiration. If you feel that you have an artistic talent, you may like this uncomplicated exercise to include the right hemisphere of the brain. Make a photograph and turn it over. Now try drawing. You can wonder how cool you turn out! But the artist does not have to be "right-handed". And left-handed too, I myself right

Ideally, you need to take a detailed photo of a very high resolution with clear contrasts. If you have a graphic editor, for example, Adobe Photoshop, specifically increase the contrast indicators so that all the details are visible. Use the approximation function to increase the smallest details. The ability to consider any part of the face increases your chances of its realistic image.

The first stage is the most difficult. It is necessary to place a three-dimensional object in two-dimensional space. My example is even more complicated, because the head is turned by three quarters, so consider the object with maximum attention.

Pencil HB (№2) sketch several lines creating the illusion of volume. Draw, erase, draw again and wash again. Watercolor paper elarbs a lot. It is important to afford a lot of mistakes to notice progress with time. If you look at the sketches of the Masters of the Renaissance, then you will see many lines talking about the Great Fight in the Development of the Figure.

Remember, this is not an academic drawing! You will have to neglect all the artistic concepts about the creative method. Instead of organic constructions, photorealism will require mechanical studies from you. But for the time being the first stage of the drawing as much as possible to the harmonious method of painting. At first, your manner will look like a gesture sketch - a lot of light movements before the appearance of forms from chaotic lines. Use this stage to splash emotions.

After completing the formation of the contour of the face, the portrait itself is finished. Put it into the frame and invite friends to rate the plan and linearity of the composition. Your creation will not look at the White Voronene in the museum, for example, among the works of the Swiss schedule Albert Jacketti. Enjoy your creation plenty, consider the lines, some of which may seem completely random.

Hey, guys, actually it is a lesson on photorealism! It's time to look at the approximate image of the right eye (see below).

As I said, art is discipline attention. The most important thing to the end of the work on the drawing will be observation. So it's even easier - see, look, watch, mark interesting forms. The more interesting they seem, the more you want to transfer them so that others see. It sounds stupid, probably, but the highest joy of painting can be expressed in love in shape. Forms arise from positive and negative spaces. Small details, like hidden treasures that you are looking for and finding, swaying around the circles, as if in a web of the letter puzzles. The figure shows that I started with a rare find - a rectangle and pairs of lines in the iris. And I also began using a mechanical pencil for darker lines.

We make several cross strokes to create eyebrows (see below). I sent a bright lamp to the drawing so that you could see the direction of lines, glare from it.

Try to work graphite only in one area of \u200b\u200bthe sheet, slowly moving to others, do not erase your previous efforts with your hand or wrist.

And now everyone listen carefully! Now there will be magic. We take a pencil with a hardness of 4H and spend several lines with strong pressure. It is necessary to complete the giffing of deepening in paper. They will help create brighter areas, which cannot penetrate graphite from the mechanical rod. The effect is similar to the negative space in fingerprints.

Go to the technique that you will use most during the work on this pattern. Slightly lined with a mechanical pencil (use a draft), or rather it the erased side, start hatching in the form of tiny ovals. Ovals should be superimposed on each other gradually so that the blackout passes from light to the dark, as if you show a photo in a dark room. Slowly slowly, be patient. Use paper fiber to imitate skin texture. See ourselves when you achieve the desired technology and maximum use of paper relief when hatching.

During the dimming of the century, you will notice that the recesses created by us earlier with the help of a solid pencil begin to stand out (see below). This is just the beginning of wrinkles that we soften and detail at the following stages. The skin around the eyes is extremely soft and thin. If a person in the picture is young, the mimic wrinkles around the eye do not make it old. Most people normally perceive such wrinkles and will not ask extra questions, why did you draw them.

Let's go back to the search for forms. I also brought the eye and found something interesting - the reflection of light and objects. They will help me shap eye, rightly like in coloring when you need to fill in the colors of previously defined blocks. Who else says you need to grow up?!

Taak .. add eyelashes with cautious strokes with a mechanical pencil. Of course, you want to put pressure on the pencil, but be careful, he can inadvertently move away, then you will remove the color, but the Klyachka will not cope with traces on paper.

Using a mechanical pencil for dark areas and HB for light, stitch the remaining area of \u200b\u200bthe eye (see below).

Prepare the lower eyelid, slightly "dug" with a pencil HB. The effect will be the same as with fingerprints when the color does not penetrate into the recess on paper. Yes, and folds in the lower eyelid is smaller than on the top.

Dimin the lower eyelid mechanical pencil (on top of the recesses from the HB pencil). Continue to darken your eyes. Very careful not to smear the drawing, stitch the forehead with the same tiny ovals.

Strengthen the darkening when approaching the side of the face (see below).

Dimble the forehead area over the left eye, aligning the pencil hatching of 4H (easy press) with an oval technique of mechanical pencil.

The girl carries a hat that creates an extra shadow on the forehead. Do not hurry, make a smooth transition from dark to bright by hatching. I am right! And I will make strokes in the direction of the left top to the lower right corner. Lefters perform hatching from the upper right in the lower left corner.

The lamp is located to the left of me, so my hand does not create shadows on the area with which I work. On this photo the light is different, but only for shooting.

And although the hatching of the forehead is completed (see below), I will even return to him later, I will compare the spotted areas with a swirl or shedding, if you gave too much a swirl. I raised enough enough, and I am ready to draw a left eyebrow with a mechanical pencil solid, confident strokes. Do not exercise hairs on a white background, first stitch the eyebrow itself. Do not hurry and carefully draw each hairs.

And again we will "boil" 4H pencil paper (see below). This will help create pores and wrinkles after we walk on top of this hatching with a mechanical pencil.

This area of \u200b\u200bthe face reflects the light, so you need to try to transfer the integrated effect, glare on the pores of the skin with small wrinkles. Again, we use the relief of the paper, a graphite rod and a cushion (in tandem) to transfer all this until you are satisfied with the result.

You can easily spend thin lines around the pore pore 4H pencil to enhance contrast.

Well work out the eyelid 4H pencil for subsequent hatching.

Strip the eyelid and draw eyelashes with a mechanical pencil, then darken the iris and pupil. Pay attention to the complexity and variety of shapes inside the eye. Even thinking do not dare that some elements are symmetrically located! Watch the naturalness, study the symphony of the patterns.

And again I used a 4H pencil to create a groove in paper in front of the shading mechanical pencil. After the hatching add eyelashes. Apparent white eye areas are not white, but slightly darkened (4H pencil).

Start dimming the nose with soft graphite ovals. Mark for yourself the shadow on the nose on the right side of the face (right from it). I'm sorry for the reflections of the lamp over her left eye.

Push 4H pencil strongly to create long hair with light glare. And although the girl is clearly dark hair, these glare will look natural, and not as gray. It is necessary to create furrows on paper, and then walk on top of a darker soft stitch mechanical pencil. This technique works great for blondes whose blonde hair in the foreground will fly out on a darker background of the rest.

To create hair, spend long lines by clicking on the mechanical pencil. You will notice how blonde hair appears where the graphite of the pencil does not penetrate.

Continue to use hatch technique with ovals to create skin and dark hair lines. Carefully darken the ear, paying attention to the subtle transitions of the shadows, which are so much on the surface of the ears. Paint cartilage, fatty tissue and skin that form contours and reflect the light.

Although paper and shines due to light, you can understand the overall hair imaging concept using a HB pencil and a mechanical pencil. Note for yourself a glare on the nose and the general direction of movement in the figure - from the left upper to the lower right corner. This will help not smear the drawing.

Below you see, what effect it turns out when the soft blade is passed onto the furrows from the HB pencil. We continue the dimming.

I created a glare on the cheek a very easy transition when rustice in a darker area with a mechanical pencil.

We look at the mouth in close-up. I strengthened the contrast so that you see the line and lighting better. There are no straight lines in nature. Makeups are harmonious. Imagine these contours like islands on the horizon. Close your eyes and you will see the archipelago in the Pacific Ocean.

Strongly pressing a pencil 4n Create folds.

Now darken with a soft stitch mechanical pencil. Continue to open interesting forms and patterns. Please note that part of the lip looks like an ECG strip. And small serfs near the corners of the lips, and how the light plays in them contrast. The teeth are not at all white, but in the shade of the lower lip.

Dimmer the bottom lip (see below).

Dimmer the remaining part of the face. We observe the reflection of light from the jaw (see below).

(Note: Photos are a bit distorted)

Below is a very close-up, so that you can better see the technique of hatching by ovals.

After a rather long darkening of the hair and face treatment with a klyachka, the skin still looks a little spotted (see below). This is the most edge moment between photorealism and hyperealism, and only you decide whether to step there or not. If you ask me, I will answer that the drawing should still look like a drawing. I will leave a hint on the shoulder in the form of a single line and a hatched hat with simple diagonal lines. As for the spotted skin, I can align the tone of the day and nights in pursuit of the ideal, but the person is worth being imperfect.

How much time did I go to this face? If you fold all the hours, then about a day.

As a child, everyone took a pencil into the hands and tried to draw himself, his loved ones and all his surroundings. Over the years, the desire to draw passes, only some continue to draw painting, acquire skills, know different techniques of fine art and become artists. Passion to repose sometimes arises from those who threw the children's passion. They wonder: "How to draw a person's face?" Having made some unsuccessful attempts, throw this occupation, and in vain. In fact, most people can learn to draw. It is easier to start self-study from the landscape, you can always say others that I saw this field (mountains, forest, river, sea, etc.). To portrait painting, the attitude more strictly, any error in the image of the face is immediately striking.

Where to begin

Each face is individually, but there are basic principles using which you can draw it on paper. The overall contour can be rounded, oval, triangular, rectangular. At the first stage you need to decide on the face type. Then you should pay attention to the proportions: height and width. Making the stage of top and bottom, as well as the right and left edge, draw a person's face, depicting oval. Now we need the proportions of the location of other parts of the face. Eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth, chin are individual, and their location should be drawn as accurately as much as possible from the original.

Eyes like a mirror soul

Round, narrow, diagonal, closely planted, widely placed, surprised, joyful, depressed, admiring, disappointed - that's all eyes. They remain the same for their owner and at the same time change depending on the mood and situation. How to draw a person's face and expressive eyes? Their landing on the face gives the portrait awareness. It is important to be able to arrange them. Selecting the proportions, the centers are defined where pupils will be. Around the eyelids will be drawn. They, too, are different, in young people and children there are no folds, in a person with a long life of wrinkles spread out in different directions. They are also an integral part of the appearance. Drawing eyes, you can draw a person's face that will be recognized. All other parts of the person are important, but without them, the portrait becomes similar to the prototype.

Draw nose

The nose is "potato" or an eagle profile, direct or with a small hubber, with a wide or narrow wings, a Greek or Roman profile - all these concepts belong to the shape of the nose. Any error in proportion can cost much. Let the nose and will correspond to the model, but by portraying it more and less, the artist will not achieve similarity. Some portraitists especially celebrate the size and proportions of the nose, when they answer the question: "How to draw a person's face?" Drawing the dimensional grid, you can achieve the perfect compliance of the present and drawn nose.

How to draw Rot

Many claim that character is reflected in the eyes, but they are mistaken. Skillful artists can give eyes any expression, making a sage from a limited person. But the mouth gives human essence. Little tightly compressed mouth with thin lips or a wide slightly ajar with thick lips will give completely different information about the owner. A smile or silent smasch will allow you to judge the mood. Lips and mouth are an external manifestation of the essence of every person. Even twins, with complete similarity, often differ from the mouth. The leader has more pronounced features, the second twin is only a reflection of the first, and his mouth will indicate that he driven in this pair. Drawing your mouth, you should first apply thin touches. Later, the hand of the artist, bypassing complex reflections, herself will give the necessary details. The main thing is to start the drawing, and then it will work the mental exchange between the model and the artist.

General contours of face

How to draw a person's face, showing his attitude to reality? The contours of the face with sharp or light shadows will give the right status, will affect the character of the prototype. They also differ significantly in life. There are women with courageous persons, and there are both men, owners of mustache and beard, who preserved a lot of feminine in their appearance. Common contours of the face are responsible for the life position drawn in the portrait. In the photo, the person's facial features are not so expressive, only the artist can convey the actual vision of the one who he draws.

To answer the question yourself: "How to draw a person's face?" - It is necessary, once starting drawing, continue this passion. All people see the same thing, but only the artist is given the opportunity to show everyone else, as he sees all this. Painting and different from the photo that the artist writes the world, which he spied with his own eyes and handed it in the form of a work of art.

Head:

We draw a figure that resembles an egg turned up with a sharp end. This figure is called ovoid.
Vertical and horizontally divide it smoothly in half thin lines.

Vertical
The line is the axis of symmetry (it is needed to the right and left parts
turned out to be equal in size and image elements were not on
different level).
Horizontal - Line of the eye. We divide it on five equal parts.

In the second and fourth part there are eyes. The distance between the eyes is also equal to one eye.

The bottom in the figure shows how to draw an eye (iris and pupil will be
not completely visible - partially closes the top eyelid), but not in a rush
Do this, at first we will finish our sketch.

Part of the eye line before the chin divide is two - this is the line on which the nose will be.
Piece from the line of the eyes and to the macushkin divide into three equal parts. Top mark - line from where hair grows)

Part of the nose to the chin is also divided into three parts. Top marker - lip line.
The distance from the upper eyelid to the tip of the nose is equal to the distance from the top edge of the ear to the bottom.

Now forcing our standard blank to cry three streams.
Lines
Conducted from the external edge of the eyes, will indicate our place where to draw the neck.
Lines from the inner edge of the eye - the width of the nose. Lines bruised on an arc from
The center of pupils - the width of the mouth.

When you split the image, please note that convex it
parts (forehead, cheeks, nose and chin) will be lighter, and the sockets, cheekbones,
The contour of the face, and the place under the bottom lip - darker.

Face form, eyes, eyebrows, lips, nose, ears and
etc. All people have different. Therefore, drawing someone's portrait, try
See these features and impose them to the standard workpiece.

Another example of the fact that everyone's features are different.

Well, here we see how to draw a face in profile and half turn - the so-called "three quarters"
For
drawing a face in the floor turnover, you need to take into account the rules
Prospects - Far Eye and the far side of the lip will seem less.

Let us turn to the image figures of man.
To bring the body as correctly, you need, like when drawing portraits, know a few secrets:

For a unit of measurement of the human body, "Head Length" is accepted.
- Human growth is on average equal to 7.5 head lengths.
- Men, naturally, usually, just above women.
-
Take the body, of course begin with the very head that we will
Measure everything. Draw? Now lay it down the length seven times down.
This will be the growth of the depicted.
- The width of the shoulders is equal to the two lengths of the head in men and one and a half longest women.
- In place, where the third head ends :), the navel will be and bended in the elbow hand.
- The fourth is the place - where the legs grow from.
- Fifth - middle of the hip. It is here that the length of the hands ends.
- Six - bottom of the knees.
-
You can not believe me, but the length of the hands is equal to the length of the legs, the length of the arms from the shoulder
The elbow will be slightly smaller than the length from the elbow to the fingertips.
- The length of the brush is equal to the height of the face (notice, not the head - the distance from the chin to the top of the forehead), the length of the foot is equal to the length of the head.

Knowing all this can be fairly plausible to portray the figure of a person.

The proportions of the children's figure differ from
Adult proportions. The smallest times the length of the head will interfere with the growth
The child, the more younger.

In the children's portrait everything is a little different.
The child's face is more rounded, forehead. If we do horizontal
line through the middle of the children's face, then it will not be a line of eyes like
It was in the portrait of an adult.

To learn how to draw a person not only
standing like a pillar, we will simplify our image for a while. Leave
only head, chest, spine, pelvis and screw to this everything
arms and legs. The main thing to observe all the proportions.

Having such a simplified version of the figure of a person, we can easily give him any pose.

When we decided with a pose - we can
Instructing our simplified skeleton meat. Do not forget that the body, it is not
angular and consists not from rectangles - try to draw smooth
lines. On the waist, the body smoothly narrows, in the knees and elbows too.

In order for the image to be more alive, the nature and expression should be given not only to the face, but also pose.

Hands:

Fingers on such smooth, like a board, joints throughout the skeleton are the most wide parts of the bones.
