  Childhood was spent in a warm and friendly family. After finishing 8th grade in high school, Arman Davletyarov went to Moscow.

  In 2001 he opened his own production company "Musical Unity". With this company began their musical careers and worked such artists as Murat Nasyrov, Batyrkhan Shukenov and the groups "Dynamite", "Inveterate swindlers", "Propaganda", "Vostok", "Shtar" and many other popular stars in Russia. The Musical Unity company organized and conducted a large number of concerts in our country and abroad of Russian and foreign pop stars, among which were concerts by Philip Kirkorov, Vladimir Presnyakov, Christina Orbakaite, Leonid Agutin, A'Studio, Larisa Dolina, the Smokie group, Simply Red and many others. The Musical Unity Company organized and conducted round tables, conferences and festivals for businessmen and musicians from different countries. The production company "Musical Unity" has established and held several awards for businessmen and journalists in Russia.   I have not been asked such questions for a long time, because friendship is friendship, and work is work. We have the maximum rotation - 3-4 times a day, clips that are at the top of the charts today fall into it. If Dima Bilan's clip "Hold" is in the first places, it means that we have it in hot rotation. If Sergey Lazarev's "So Beautiful" is in the first places, it means that he is in our rotation. And we can’t afford more, and we need more, because the broadcast is not rubber, there are a lot of artists, and we want the broadcast to be dynamic, diverse and interesting for our viewer.

  The stars of show business speak very well of you, which in itself is a great rarity. Tell me, how do you manage to find a common language with everyone?

  Well, you don't always have to find a common language with everyone, and in general, I believe that you cannot be on friendly terms with everyone. You have a close relationship with someone, you have close friends, with someone you are simply in a working relationship, with someone you communicate little or not at all. There are nice people, there are unpleasant ones, as, probably, in any profession. It's just that here you need to prioritize all the time and do not forget that I run the music channel, and our relationship does not affect in any way whether you appear on the air or not. Therefore, when someone accuses me of having a certain pool of artists, it’s not true. There are only those stars or artists who have material that is in demand today, and, accordingly, it is on our air. And, of course, I argue with our colleagues, and sometimes we have scandalous situations even when we are accused of something, but when you have been working with creative people for many years, like me, I already understand that many things no need to pay attention.

  That is, I compare it as with a child. Here I have small children, and here they are playing in the sandbox. I tell them: "Well, don't touch it, now some kind of stuff will get into your mouth," but he still grabs this stick, falls, then cries, comes up to me. Or I take this stick - dad is bad, and starts hitting me with his hands. I'm not offended by the child. It's the same with artists. They are emotional. He did not receive a plate of the MUZ-TV award - MUZ-TV are bad, they bought everything there. A month has passed, a couple of weeks, cooled down, calls: well, I'm sorry, I got excited. You need to love what you do, love your job, love the colleagues with whom you work. At least, if you do not love, then treat them with respect. And here the guarantee of my relationship success is quite banal and simple. Do not demand anything in return from what you do for them. You do not in terms of some kind of work, but that I am sincere, honest in relations with them, without sycophancy, unnecessary words. Probably, that's why they appreciate me.

  What does high-quality music mean to you, what kind of music do you like to listen to? Not something that you have to listen to every day, but for the soul?

  In order not to invent, I'll just open my phone. What do I have here? My selection is very different. Here I have playlists. I'll show you now. For example, Mitya Zheleznyak "I'm afraid. I love". This is a completely unknown performer, I found him yesterday, listened to the song, liked it, downloaded it. Then I have Yura Shatunov "White Roses", "Gray Night", Murat Nasyrov - all his albums, Kairat Nurtas, Enrique Iglesias, Sergey Lazarev, Craig David. Well, then branded artists went on, starting from Selena Gomez. Well, you see everything. There is Loboda, Barskikh, Drake, Weekend, Silver, Philip Kirkorov, Adele. In short, different music - from Stas Mikhailov and Shatunov to Adele and Bieber.

  You said that you are very pleased with the content of MUZ-TV. All content? Are bands like "Singing Cowards" making their way on the air?

  We don't have Singing Cowards on the air. We are very careful in the selection of musical material. After a while, I may not like the TV program that we aired, because I see that there are some points that can still be worked on. But the product that is on the air today is fully consistent with what it should be. Maybe I don’t agree with everything, but there is a large team of my colleagues for this. After all, this is not the channel of Arman Davletyarov and my favorite songs and programs, this is the national music channel of Russia, everything here is fashionable, relevant, modern, so that our viewer not only listens and watches good music, but we also try to instill in him, and not to impose completely different music, different directions, so that he had the right to choose.

  

  - Prize MUZ-TV "Gravity" in Astana was very pompous, only the weather let down. Is there an idea to hold a similar event again in Astana?

  We do not have this in our plans. But it really was a bright, important event in the life of not only Kazakhstanis, but also all those guests who came to the MUZ-TV award - more than 1000 people: artists, producers, famous people of Russia and not only. The way we were greeted there, what attitude was towards the guests, towards the award itself, this will forever remain in the hearts of not only the organizers, but also our stars, who, of course, remember this hurricane and the rain. Everyone jokes about this, in a good way. But this hurricane showed that we were all able to rally at the moment of an unforeseen situation.

  It seems that they all compete in everyday life, fight for their plates, for a place on the podium, but here, despite the fact that everything was pouring, everyone understood that this was a live broadcast, that hundreds of millions of people were watching the broadcast, everyone was sitting on wet chairs , ran, changed dresses and suits.   Although, you know, they could just go out and say: "we will not be in the hall" or "we will not participate in this, we are cold, we are damp, to some extent unsafe, because we could slip and fall ". And despite the fact that there was a hurricane, there was heavy rain, as they say, my native land simply supported me and pulled me out of the situation in which we found ourselves. Nature intervened, but my native walls helped me. When it all happened, and our equipment was not working, and everything was pouring there, I went out into the street and thought: Lord, why exactly here, why in Kazakhstan, why now. For the first time I brought 1000 people here, live broadcast, and suddenly this happened. Higher powers heard me - and everything worked out for us, and I would like once again, taking this opportunity, to say a huge thank you to all Kazakhstanis for your attention, for your warmth, for your hospitality, and I would like to say a special thank you to Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev for his support , for his attention to the MUZ-TV award.   No plans yet. We left Moscow once, I don't plan anymore.

  - Don't you want to take risks?

  It's not even a question of risk, it's a national music award. We had the only experience, and yet the national music award should be held here, in Moscow, in Russia.

  - Who gave you the idea to present a plate to MUZ-TV "For a contribution to life" Nursultan Nazarbayev?

  It was our decision, the decision of the MUZ-TV channel. This is a special nomination, which was established several years ago, and is awarded to outstanding people for their contribution to the lives of people.   At one time you had a broadcast on "Khabar" TV channel "Always yours Arman Davletyarov". It was a one-time action, are you planning any other programs in Kazakhstan?

  The program was aired not only on "Khabar" - and on the "Kazakhstan" channel, the program aired on 3-4 channels. To date, I have filmed a series of programs, they are also called "Always yours Arman Davletyarov", and there are new heroes, very interesting heroes: Grigory Leps, Mikhail Galustyan, Polina Gagarina, Vladislav Tretyak and so on. We talk there not only about the creativity and life of these artists and athletes, we talk a lot about Kazakhstan, about Astana. As soon as we finish working on the cycle of these programs, we will immediately decide on the channel where it will be on the air.

  - Tell us, what was it like working with Murat Nasyrov?

  Just a few days ago, I had his daughter Mia in my office. She looks so much like him: with glasses, with the same haircut, just one face. We sat with her, I talked with her with such pleasure, Murat's blood is straight, she grew up, and I see her periodically with a large interval, maybe once a year. We remembered Murat a lot and talked about these moments when he took his first steps, how difficult it was. Of course, he is a very talented and amazing vocalist, artist, and today's many stars of ours need to take an example from Murat Nasyrov - precisely his dedication, his attitude to work, his professionalism. It's a pity that he left early, but he left a big mark in musical history, and not only for the audience, but also for his colleagues. I told his daughter that it was not easy to work with him. In general, there is simply no way to work with creative people, especially talented ones. He is a person, I am a person, and all the time we found a scythe on a stone, but at the same time we worked together all the time, except for a short period. And she asked me: why? Well, because I was in love with his work, I loved what he was doing so much, and I was sick with all my heart and tried to do everything as much as possible so that his work, his songs were heard by people, heard in our country, in Kazakhstan. Murat, accordingly, understood all this, he didn’t like it when he brought the song, but I said: this is not a hit, I don’t like it. He was naturally indignant because he had been working on this song for several days or months. But in fact, we treated each other with respect, and we simply did not pay attention to any nuances that arose.

  You were the producer of the closing of the Asian Games in Almaty. There is an opinion that Kazakhstani business is special, and it must be endured. Have you had any problems?

  I would not say that he is special. The pace in Kazakhstan is slightly different. If we are running somewhere in Moscow all the time, woke up in the morning and ran, and all the time you are in some kind of race - in a good way, in a bad way - I can no longer say, because we are already used to it. But in Kazakhstan, everything is still a little measured, people are calmer, they communicate in a different way. When you come to a meeting, we have - hello, shook hands, and immediately talk about work. They will surely ask you questions there: how did you fly, how did you stay, is everything okay. And at first it, of course, cut my ears and didn't even like it a little, because we waste time on unnecessary conversations. But this is respect and attitude towards the guest, and I believe that this is correct. And now when they come to my meeting, I also communicate, ask questions, because we are all human, and each of us would like attention, respect and good attitude. It doesn't matter if you meet for 15-20 minutes or for two hours, take the position of CEO or just a correspondent. Here you need to learn to respect people and treat them the way you would like to be treated. Simple banal phrases, but this is so important in relationships with people, we often forget about it.

  - Are you planning any other projects in Kazakhstan?

  I come there with pleasure. There are several projects where I take part and help to do them. I would not talk about it now, because some projects are under development, some projects are already ready. But it's better to talk about them when people see them. Of course, I'm mostly busy here, after all, there is a round-the-clock national music channel, a lot of our big events that we do in Russia, in Moscow, plus I have a big family, and I would like to devote more time to them. But everything related to Kazakhstan, of course, is dear to me, close, it is my dear. It is forever in my heart.

  In many interviews you have told how you went the way, how you dreamed of becoming a lawyer, and became a producer. So it wasn't your dream?

  Well, how can a guy from the village dream of becoming a producer, especially in those days? I didn't even know that word.

  - Can we say that life knows better what a person needs, in your case?

  Let's put it another way. When you don't know what to do, you need to start and try all the time. I worked as a carpenter and a carpenter, and as a master of industrial training, and gave lectures, and worked at a construction site, so all these directions, of course, gave me a certain life experience, but this happened in my life, an incident happened that changed my life, I do not regret it. Therefore, in order for this incident to happen in your life, you first need to leave the house. If you live in a village, buy a ticket, go to the city, go to the theater, cinema, to some kind of exhibition. If you live in a city - put on a new suit, a beautiful dress and just go for a walk, go to places where you usually haven't been. At least start with this. Usually I am asked the question: where to start? Start by getting off the couch and start stirring.

  You have lived in Russia all your life, but your parents have preserved Kazakh traditions. How are things in your family now? Will you choose the brides for your sons yourself, like your mother did?

  It is very important to preserve the traditions of your people. It so happened that we live in Russia, our historical homeland is Kazakhstan, we are Kazakhs by nationality, but from a very early age, as a child, I always heard Kazakh speech. In our house, Kazakh customs and traditions, holidays, all national dishes, feasts have always been observed. And today, here in Moscow, of course, for every holiday in our family, Kazakh dishes must be on the table. As long as we know, preserve and observe our customs, we know our history, we have a future. And I tell my children about this, my parents talked about this, this is very important.

  - Well, what about the brides?

  Yes, at least that's what I plan. Every time we gather at the table, somewhere in a joking manner I tell them: when you grow up, boys, dad and mom will find you beautiful Kazakh women. They are silent. The elder, who is already 12, once asked: why you? I replied: because we love you so much and wish you happiness that, probably, only dad and mom will be able to find you the one with whom you will live your whole life. You see, it happened in my life, in the life of your grandmother, your uncle, and in general, I think this is a good tradition. But, as they say, we assume, and God disposes. I plan so, but the most important thing is that the children are happy. I don’t know how it will turn out in 10 years, if they are against, of course, I will not insist if they meet that one themselves, want to create their own relationship, their life. My task is for them to preserve our Kazakh roots, so that they know our customs, know the language and be happy and healthy.

  - That is, they know the language?

  They don't know him as much as I do. I will not be cunning, I cannot say that I know the Kazakh language well, but every day I speak with my mother only in Kazakh. This is the only person with whom I speak Kazakh every day, my wife and I also speak Kazakh at home, but only when we want to hide something from the children, to keep secrets. I have already found a camp in Almaty for them to study the Kazakh language and live there.
