In the spring everything blooms, everything seems to come to life from hibernation. And you probably feel some excitement and mood. The soul longs for joy and fun. And this is only good at such a time. But as soon as you look at your reflection in the mirror, you become discouraged. Appearance absolutely does not correspond to a cheerful mood. And that's all, because after the winter our body has weakened a little. An insufficient amount of vitamins, severe frosts are stress for the body. And it will take a lot of effort to restore it. But don't despair. It's time for a spring rebirth!

In the mirror, you see a dull and pale expression on your face and think that there is hardly anything you can do about it? Don't be so worried. Your skin will soon return to its original condition. Try including shakes and smoothies in your diet. They will help your body flush out toxins, which are the main cause of a dull complexion. Prepare a mixture of orange juice, a spoonful of honey and steamed dried apricots. Consuming it all the time will convince you that some of the goodies are good for your skin, but keep in mind that the benefits of vitamin smoothies and shakes won't last long. Therefore, it is best to consume them immediately after preparation.

An excellent remedy for the skin is a tea made from sage, lemon and ginger. Pour all the ingredients into a thermos, pour boiling water over and leave to infuse overnight. This drink perfectly tones the skin. But you can also use it as a preventive measure for colds. This is true in the spring!

In the spring, it is worth thinking about changing cosmetics. In winter, the texture of cosmetics should be denser and more oily to protect your skin from frost. And for spring, creams with a light, delicate texture are suitable, which will help you provide active hydration and nutrition. Take a look at the Avon catalog and choose the product that suits you.

If you are planning to restore the balance of the skin in a beauty salon, mesotherapy and biorevitalization procedures are suitable for you. As well as massage techniques. Nourishing masks will also benefit weakened skin. Therefore, in the springtime, do them regularly once a week. You will get a great effect from masks based on seaweed.

Try to avoid dark shades in daytime makeup. Just like in the spring sun, all the imperfections of your skin will be visible.

Argan oil will also help your skin. Use it in salads instead of sunflower oil, and your skin will receive the necessary amount of vitamin E. This vitamin will help your skin to maintain its youth. It's not for nothing that this oil is called liquid gold.

The spring mood, like the spring sun, can suddenly disappear behind the coming clouds. Therefore, mild discomfort can instantly throw you off balance. There are days when your body especially needs gentle care and attention. Panty liners with chamomile or calendula extract will help you with this. Such pads have a soft absorbent layer of natural origin, impregnated with phyto cream with herbal extract. They prevent irritation in the most delicate places and give tenderness and comfort. And on ordinary days, do not forget about the pads for every day. Light and thin and like a flower petal, they will give you a feeling of freshness and lightness from morning to evening.

If insomnia persists in the spring, dark circles under the eyes and puffy eyelids will be a confirmation of this. To avoid such consequences, take care of the quality of your sleep. To feel refreshed and rested before bed, be sure to ventilate the room. Sleep will be improved by placing lavender-scented sachets under your pillow. A soothing tea with mint or verbena will also help. All of these actions will help you relax and wake up fresh and refreshed in the morning. Avon mascara will help to emphasize the beauty of your eyes. Moreover, for spring and summer, it is better to choose the most natural mascara with useful ingredients that will not only decorate the eyelashes, but also take care of them.

With the approach of spring and the appearance of the long-awaited warm sun, you too, like nature, want to change, throw off everything old and shine with new colors. Right now! The main thing is not to forget that naturalness is always in fashion.

Spring is a time of rebirth and renewal. And since there is very little time left before it, it's time to actively take care of yourself - start tidying up your appearance and do something useful for your health. Start the new season with a change! Tune in to a positive mood, because everything should change for the better. And there are at least 6 reasons for this.

1. Changes in hormonal levels

Women with the approach of spring become more active - this is physiologically inherent. They involuntarily begin to seek attention from men, which nature itself approves.

“I'm sure you've noticed that our well-being to some extent depends on the season. During the cold season, some processes in the body slow down. In particular, metabolism. This explains the almost mandatory set of one to three kilograms per winter. But when spring comes, the activity of the body is activated. At this time of the year, as a rule, what happens in common parlance is ", - says gynecologist-endocrinologist Yulia Zakatina.

2. Life becomes more dynamic

If in winter you sometimes refused to "go out" because of the cold, short daylight hours, or simply because your car was covered with snow, then in the spring you constantly want to go somewhere, run, meet and communicate.

3. It's time to make plans!

The holiday season is ahead. And even before the onset of the calendar spring, we begin to figure out: when, where, with whom to go to rest. And, of course, "what to wear"! We begin to revise our wardrobe: are there any fashionable dresses, are last year's shorts too small, do we need to buy a new swimsuit, etc.

4. It's time to open up new things

In the spring, traditionally, you can find interesting vacancies on the labor market. There are opportunities for you to find a job after graduation or to change your current job for a better one. And who, other things being equal, is more likely to get a good position? Those who are in!

5. Be fashionable and slim

Start working on your figure before everyone is out of hibernation. And then you will definitely not be disturbed by the thought that your friends will show off in short skirts and shorts in the summer, and you will shyly cover your plump legs with long skirts or not get out of your jeans.

6. Changing tastes

In spring, daylight hours increase, it becomes warmer and warmer. “Right now we feel that if in winter we really wanted warm drinks and food (soups, broths, hot tea and coffee), an abundance of proteins in the diet (meat, legumes), then with the approach of spring, girls begin to“ reach out ”more for greens and vegetables , it is much easier to give up coffee, preferring ", - says nutritionist-nutritionist Sabina Krubanova.

This can be a great incentive to adjust your diet and maybe quit bad habits. “Diet changes are easy on the eve of spring, especially if you back up this rewarding endeavor with exercise. By the way, even quitting smoking at the end of February is much easier! A positive restructuring in sensations will help you, ”she notes.

There is no better time to start the update than the end of winter. Spend the rest of February in such a way as to say goodbye to extra pounds, bad habits, and bad mood along with the cold weather. Meet the awakening of nature fully armed - vigorous, slim, beautiful and cheerful!

HERITAGE OF THE FOLK MASTERS OF SIBERIA. Yesterday I had a dispute with a friend who is from these places, who asserted that Siberia does not have its own folk culture, folk crafts, folk dolls, like the people there are exiled, convict, alien. I called birch bark, fur and a folk doll, which were made everywhere and not only by the Slavs. The doll has been known since ancient times. Our distant ancestors made their first dolls from ash, then the simplest dolls appeared from unnecessary scraps of cloth, from which, as they used to say, and "dummy" (potholders) cannot be made. At all times, the doll was both an assistant, and a girlfriend, and a protector of its mistress. The folk doll is rich in symbols, it contains all our tradition and culture. To which I was answered - "You did not live there, you do not know!" So I was not too lazy and found confirmation of my words. Since ancient times, the peoples of Siberia have developed traditional arts and crafts. The decorative art of Siberian peoples bears the imprint of their historical and economic fate and goes back to ancient times. We still consider pioneers as heroes, and Siberia has been inhabited since ancient times by a hardworking, stubborn and wise people. Difficult and abundant, it was available only to the strong. For thousands of miles, in search of happiness and good luck, the "wandering people" went beyond the Stone Belt to the trades: some by what - some by hunting, some by a spool, and some by “varnachil”. Old-timers claim that one of their ancestors was exiled to Siberia for hard labor or a settlement. In their memoirs, they say how in Russia they used to scare Siberia, Siberia seemed to be the land of continuous snows, terrible frosts, impenetrable forests, ferocious bears, innumerable wolves. And many are proud that their ancestors were self-propelled. Woodcarving was widespread among almost all the peoples of Siberia. Tableware and wooden household items were decorated with carvings. The nomadic and hunting way of life in the past determined the desire to decorate hunting clothes and items of hunting equipment. The ancient art of Siberians is carving on mammoth bones. For the old-time population of the region, due to its remoteness and poor development of commodity-money relations, the natural character of the economy was characteristic: the peasants themselves made agricultural implements - plows, harrows, plows, etc., hammered carts and sledges, made horse harness, drove tar and tar, processed leather, were engaged in plumbing, saddlery and cooper business. Peasant women made clothes at home. Both men's and women's suits were decorated with embroidery, appliqués on clothes and shoes, and felt carpets were also decorated with appliqués. Women from old-time farms themselves made pottery for their families. All this was used in their own economy and only partially went for sale. The manifestation of folk art in peasant weaving is manifold. Canvases of various grades and quality factors were made everywhere. Contemporaries note the high quality of the shirting canvas: thin, extremely dense, even, not rough, snow-white in color, soft to the touch, like silk. There was patterned weaving on krosna. The officials of the quartermaster office invariably emphasized the excellent quality of Siberian canvases in their reports to the Ministry of War. In terms of quality and strength, they surpassed canvases brought from other countries. Folk art of craftswomen-needlewomen was manifested in the creation of the so-called motley and patterned swearing with a varied color pattern. Woven from linen, hemp or cotton yarn dyed in different colors, the motley was used on shirts, skirts, aprons. Peasant women especially appreciated the motley, woven not in stripes, but in a multi-colored cage. A patchwork of thick colored twisted threads was also used for rugs. Folk craftswomen weaved wall towels. These towels are made of linen and wool using the weaving technique. On a brick-red background, the skillful hand of the master placed a pattern of stripes of various widths filled with geometric patterns. Peasant embroidery vividly and subtly manifested the artistic talent of the people. Having entered the everyday life of the Russian people, embroidery brought beauty to the general style of decoration of peasant dwellings and clothing. Fur trade. Pottery was one of the most important crafts in the economy and everyday life of the Russian population of the Baikal region. Much attention has always been paid to this traditional craft in Siberian life. It is known that the Old Believers were very jealous of the dishes, dividing them into clean and unclean, into lean and fast ("milky"). Religious prohibitions were widespread, not allowing the Old Believers to have communication with the secular, i.e. not by the Old Believers, "in eating, sewing and love." For the lay people (tabakurs, exiles and people of other faiths and nationalities) there was their own special dishes. Pots and pots of a certain shape were used by healers in folk medicine. There was a set of pots for "lifting the belly", for straightening the "torn navel", for treating colds (in the old days, heated pots were placed on the back - the predecessors of modern cans). Toys, whistle birds, ocarins were made for children. The widespread use of ceramic products in the household and everyday life of the peasants was explained by the availability and almost universal production of them in Russian villages. But above all, before the revolution, pottery production was largely determined by the very conduct of agriculture, in which cattle breeding played a significant role. This was especially typical for Eastern Transbaikalia, where rich peasants had whole herds of cattle, many sheep and horses. Milk processing required a lot of utensils. It is no coincidence that the Semeyskys in the hut had entire shelves reserved for storing earthenware, which was very diverse: pots for cooking cabbage soup, porridge, a lot of saucers for settling sour cream, mokitras (makotras) for pouring and boiling milk, just milk jugs, milk pans, etched cups and bowls, patches, there were even ceramic plates and glasses. Weaving is one of the most ancient occupations of mankind, which appeared on the earth thousands of years ago. Weaved various household products from everything that came to hand: from the bark of trees, from flexible branches, from animal skin, from a pine root-root - just like that before they called products woven from the roots of trees, when fresh, the roots of conifers are very flexible, and they can even be tied in a knot, but when they dry, they become hard and durable. Weaved products from a thin debarked vine, and then covered it with various dyes and even silver and gilding. At that time, wicker products were in great fashion, and they were used by everyone - from commoners to persons of the royal court. It got to the point that individual elements of the weaving technique were imitated in porcelain in the manufacture of vases, and images of baskets or separately woven strips were used in the design of architectural structures. A great advantage of wicker household products is their versatility. They were widely used not only in household use, but also in agriculture, industry, and trade. Every nation inhabiting Russia has developed a long-standing distinctive tradition of making household items from local natural materials. Birch bark has always been one of the original Siberian crafts. People have long noticed the durability of birch bark, its ability to resist decay. Birch bark was placed under the lower crown of a chopped hut so that dampness would not penetrate into it. They wove moisture-resistant shoes from birch bark, sheathed birch bark boats, made the now famous tues, in which milk and kvass remained cold even in the heat. In ancient Russia, birch bark was used as paper. Thanks to birch bark, the rarest examples of ancient Russian writing have come down to us, allowing scientists to look into the distant past. Items made of birch bark easily entered the modern interior; And now, thanks to its beauty, expediency and high artistic qualities, birch bark products are not only elements of everyday life, but also works of traditional folk art. Birch bark is the top layer of birch bark, harvested in May-June during sap flow. The inner surface of the bark is sanded and made the front side of birch bark products. Due to its properties - strength, flexibility, resistance to decay - this material has long been used for the manufacture of dishes. Birch bark does not allow water to pass through, milk does not sour in buckets and birch bark cans and stays cold in the hot season. This is how diverse the folk art of Siberia is! And you say- "I lived there, I know better!"
