– Doesn’t it surprise you that young people are now accustomed to getting to know each other on the Internet?

– No, recently the Internet has turned a lot of things upside down. Previously, we met in companies, but now they communicate and correspond on the Web. I don't think it's bad. Although I try to control the correspondence of my children.

How would you feel about your children following in your footsteps?

- I do not really want children to become artists. We are fed by legs, but I don’t really want my child to be constantly on trips. Flights and transfers are really exhausting. - Not. I try to stick to proper nutrition. In the morning I can afford porridge or some kind of fermented milk product. I try to have dinner before six in the evening. If it doesn’t work out, then I drink a glass of kefir or eat some kind of salad. During these New Year holidays, I gained two kilograms, so today I sit on kefir all day.

- Do you often arrange fasting days for yourself?

– Regularly. It seems to me that it is very useful for the body. Fasting days help cleanse the body, remove all toxins and toxins. If we talk about nutrition, I try to eat only high-quality products. For example, we have a cow. Therefore, every day there are dairy products on the table: milk, cottage cheese, and butter.

- They say that lately you have almost given up salt?

- Yes it's true. I try to eat as little salt as possible. We have all the problems from her! Salt retains fluid in the body.

Are you into fitness?

- Not. I prefer to only run on the treadmill. This is my best friend. I walk seven or eight kilometers almost every day. I advise everyone: firstly, such classes help to keep fit, and secondly, excellent cardio training. I also love the pool. I try to alternate between swimming and running on the treadmill. As for the gym, I don't go there. In order to do this professionally, you need to follow a certain diet and spend two to three hours a day in training. I don't have so much time.

- I'm not an exception. Unfortunately, you can still buy a fake from us, which is produced somewhere in the village. I advise everyone: before you buy something, use a sampler. - Not. For the face, I do not use folk remedies, since I have problem skin. You yourself know that I, like all artists, often have to use make-up - this is thermonuclear cosmetics that does not wash off. That is why I use only professional cosmetics in my skin care. But I use folk remedies for body care. For example, I am sure: no scrub can replace honey and salt in terms of efficiency.

I usually do this procedure in the bath. After the third or fourth entry into the steam room, I mix honey with salt in equal proportions and apply it on the skin. There were, and more! I was terribly embarrassed about my figure. In high school, she grew up to 180 centimeters and felt so awkward - tall and completely flat. The boys teased with the “Ostankino tower” and “Kolomenskaya verst”. The stage helped to get rid of stupid complexes. The teachers of Gnesinka, where I entered at the age of 17, were pleased with me, and this greatly raised my self-esteem. At the same time, I even started working as a model at the Vyacheslav Zaitsev Fashion House - it turned out that I have excellent height and figure for the catwalk. True, about a year later, I had to abandon my modeling career, because at the age of 18 I became a mother.

Yes, after the birth of Yaroslav, I acquired some forms. But all the same, she was very thin for a long time, weighed only 63-64 kilograms. Alas, with age, whatever one may say, the metabolism slows down, hence the five kilos gained. Yes, and the TV screen with the artists does not stand on ceremony - it adds the same amount. Therefore, the weight already has to be strictly controlled.

- Have you tried any diets?

Well, of course. It used to sit on the same rice for several days. It's hard! In my opinion, if you need to quickly lose weight, the best thing is the kefir diet. She is simple. On the first day, you drink only kefir, and not more than a liter per day. On the second day, you can add an apple to kefir and alternate them - a glass of kefir, then a quarter of an apple, and so on. On the third day we drink kefir and eat cucumbers. And on the fourth, cottage cheese is added to a liter of kefir - 200 grams, which must be divided into three meals. For four days of such a diet, you can lose up to seven kilograms. But for me, diets are a serious test. I start to feel bad, my mood deteriorates, I get angry at the whole world. Therefore, I refused them. But, of course, I still strictly follow the diet.
