5. Rights and obligations of the parties.

5.2. The seller has the right:

6. Delivery of goods

6.5. The Buyer is obliged, in the presence of the courier of the online store, to accept the ordered Goods in terms of quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of the Goods.

6.6. The fact of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is the payment for the Goods (payment of the total amount of the order and the amount of expenses for the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer) and the signing of the UPD (Universal Transfer Document for the Goods).

6.7. The Buyer is not obliged to reimburse the costs of the online store associated with the delivery of the order if, upon acceptance of the Goods, it is found that the Goods were delivered inappropriate quantity, assortment or completeness.

6.8 The seller is not responsible for violations of delivery times caused by delays in the work of the delivery service or the Russian Post.

7. Withdrawal of the offer

7.1. The withdrawal of the offer (Agreement) can be carried out by the Seller at any time, but this is not a basis for refusal of the Seller's obligations under the agreements already concluded. 8. Force majeure.

8.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances that the party under this Agreement could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures, the term for fulfilling obligations under this Agreement shall be postponed in proportion to the time during which such circumstances continue to operate, without compensation for any losses. Such events of an extraordinary nature, in particular, include: floods, fires, earthquakes, explosion, storms, soil subsidence, other natural phenomena, epidemics, as well as war or hostilities, terrorist acts; voltage drops in the power grid and other circumstances that led to the failure of technical means of any of the parties to the contract.

8.2. The party for which a situation has arisen in which it has become impossible to fulfill its obligations due to the occurrence of force majeure circumstances is obliged to immediately (but not later than 5 (five) working days) notify the other party about the occurrence, the estimated duration and termination of these circumstances. side.

8.3. In the event of a dispute about the time of occurrence, duration and end of force majeure circumstances, the conclusion of the competent authority at the location of the relevant Party will be a proper and sufficient confirmation of the beginning, duration and end of these circumstances.
Failure to notify or untimely notification of the party about the beginning of force majeure circumstances deprives it in the future of the right to refer to them as a basis exempting from liability for failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement.

8.4. If force majeure circumstances and / or their consequences continue to operate for more than 30 (thirty) calendar days in a row, then the Agreement may be terminated at the initiative of either party by sending a written notice to the other party.

9. Responsibility of the parties.

9.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.2. All text information and graphic images posted in the online store and on the website belong to Veselaya Nauka LLC, or have another legal copyright holder, and therefore the illegal use of this information and images is prosecuted in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. Warranty

10.1. The warranty period for the Product is established by its manufacturer.

11. Return of goods

11.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the received Goods of good quality and return the Goods to the Seller within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the Goods, provided that the Goods, presentation and consumer qualities of the Goods are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods and other documentation transferred to the Buyer with the Goods.

11.2. The following goods are not subject to exchange and return:

11.3. Claims for the Goods of inadequate quality. A Product of inadequate quality means a Product that is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities. The received Product must correspond to the description on the site. The appearance and completeness of the Goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient at the time of delivery of the Goods (except for delivery by mail or a third-party delivery service / courier service). If the Buyer was given the Goods of inadequate quality, and it was not previously agreed by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to use the provisions of Art. 18 of the Consumer Protection Law. The Buyer has the right to demand the replacement of the Goods, refuse to fulfill the contract of sale, return the Goods of inadequate quality and demand the return of the money paid for the Goods. The seller is obliged to accept the Goods of inadequate quality from the consumer and conduct a quality check of the Goods (examination) within 20 days from the date of the specified requirement. Any of the listed requirements must be presented by the Buyer in writing.

11.4. To return funds to the Buyer's bank card, it is necessary to fill in the "Application for the return of funds", which is sent at the request of the Seller to the Buyer's email address, and send it along with a copy of the Buyer's passport to the Seller at the address: 141707, Moscow region, Dolgoprudny, Likhachevsky proezd, 4. page 1.

To return the funds credited to the Seller's account by mistake through payment systems, the Buyer must apply with a written application and attach a copy of the passport and checks / receipts confirming the erroneous enrollment. This application must be sent to the Seller at the following address: 141707, Moscow region, Dolgoprudny, Likhachevsky proezd, 4, building 1. After receiving a written application with a copy of the passport and checks / receipts, the Seller makes a return within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the 3rd application to the Buyer's current account specified in the application. In this case, the refund amount will be equal to the amount of funds mistakenly credited to the Seller's current account, minus the bank's commissions.

The term for consideration of the Application and the return of funds to the Buyer begins to be calculated from the moment the Seller receives the Application and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays / weekends. If the application was received by the Seller after 6 pm on a business day or on a holiday / weekend, the next business day is considered the moment when the Company receives the Application.

The Buyer must submit a demand for the return of the Goods to the Seller either in writing at the address: 141707, Moscow Region, Dolgoprudny, Likhachevsky proezd, building 4 when ordering the Goods, the name of the returned Goods and the reasons for the return. The Buyer has the right to ask all the questions that have arisen to the Seller by phone +7 495 617-41-11.

When returning the Goods of inadequate quality, the Seller refunds to the Buyer the cost of the returned Goods and the cost of the delivery paid by the Buyer. When returning the Goods of good quality, the refundable amount of funds will be reduced by the amount of the commission for transferring funds to the Buyer's account, as well as by the cost of delivering the Goods from the Buyer back to the Seller.

In case of payment by bank card, the refund is made in full, without deduction of the commission, if the bank does not charge this commission.

12. Other conditions.

12.1. All disputes related to non-fulfillment, or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this agreement, the parties will try to resolve during negotiations.

12.2. If no agreement is reached during the negotiations, disputes will be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
