The International Project "Salute of Talents" is a system of prestigious international festivals-contests of children's and youth's creativity, established in 2008, combined with an extensive excursion program. During the academic year 2018-2019 (festival season), a series of festivals-contests are held in various cities of the world. The superfinal of the 2018-2019 festival season takes place in October 2019. Creative teams and soloists are allowed to participate in the Superfinal - 1st degree laureates of any of the festivals-contests held during the 2018-2019 festival season within the framework of the Salute of Talents project. The prize fund of the Superfinal is 500,000 rubles.

At each festival-competition, the Organizing Committee awards grants to teachers for free training and advanced training within the framework of the All-Russian Forum of Pedagogical Workers in the Sphere of Culture and Art "Development".

Participation procedure:

Participation in the festival-competition is participation in one nomination, one age category, one group category.

Within one participation:

Soloists and small forms will present a concert and competition program from one performance, lasting no more than 5 minutes. In the nomination for soloists and small forms, the presentation of two numbers, with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes, is permissible.

Ensembles and orchestras will present a concert and competition program of two performances of different characters, each performance no more than 4 minutes long. In the nomination "Theatrical creativity" and "Instrumental creativity"(ensembles and orchestras) a presentation of one performance no longer than 10 minutes is allowed. In the nomination "Theatrical creativity", if technically feasible and in agreement with the organizing committee, an increase in the performance time up to 30 minutes is permissible. At the same time, every additional 10 minutes in excess of those established by the Regulations are paid as an additional participation. In the nomination "Choreographic creativity" a presentation of one issue no longer than 10 minutes is permissible.

Choral groups will present a program lasting no less than 8 minutes and no more than 15 minutes. The minimum number is 2 songs, and they must be of different characters. At least one song must be performed a capella.

In the nomination "Folklore creativity" collectives will present a concert and competition program of a mixed genre lasting no more than 8 minutes.

If the time limit is exceeded, the jury has the right to stop the performance and disqualify the contestants.

Rehearsals and performances are held strictly according to the schedule provided by the organizers of the festival-competition. Changes to the repertoire are accepted no later than 21 days before the start of the festival round, by written notification to the art manager of the festival-competition.

In the nomination "Vocal Creativity" it is not allowed to use plus phonograms with a recorded voice or instrument of the main melody. For solo performances, it is allowed to use minus phonograms with prescribed backing vocals that do not duplicate the main part of the soloist. For small forms and ensembles, the use of phonograms with backing vocals is not allowed. The jury reserves the right to leave without evaluation the performances submitted to the competition in violation of this rule.

In the nomination "Fine art" participation takes place in the format of an exhibition held during the festival-competition. Within one participation, one or two works can be presented (works are signed), size (for arts and crafts - base area) 50x70cm or less.

If it is necessary to use sound recordings, participants send phonograms to the art manager of the festival-competition in advance by e-mail, and also bring them with them on a flash drive and on CD (each track is on a separate CD). All necessary technical and musical equipment (technical rider) must be indicated in the Application for participation.

Owners The Grand Prix get the opportunity to take part in one of the festivals-contests of the "Salute of Talents" project without an organizational fee within one calendar year from the date of receiving the Grand Prix. Participation without an organizational fee is permissible only once, in the same nomination and in the same age category in which the Grand Prix was received.

First-degree laureates of any of the festivals-contests get to the Superfinal of the Salute of Talents project. The exception is the 1st degree Laureates in the "Fine Arts" nominations (nominations 9 - 11), who get into the Superfinal of the "Peace Palette" project, as well as the 1st degree Laureates in the "Theatrical creativity" nominations (nominations 18 - 22), which get to the Festival and the Masochka Prize.

Choirs awarded the title of First Degree Laureates of any festival-competition "Salute of Talents" of the 2018-2019 season are entitled to take part in the Final of the Russian Choir Championship of the 2018-2019 season.

  • No more than two soloists / small forms from one institution / teacher and no more than two participation from each team (without limiting the number of teams from one institution).

If the specified quotas are exceeded, applicants may be denied participation. The organizing committee has the right to make a decision on increasing each of the quotas and inform about it additionally.

Festival jury:

The jury is made up by the organizing committee of the festival from famous artists, teachers of creative disciplines, directors, leaders of creative teams, cultural and art workers, public figures. The list of jury members has not been disclosed until the start of the festival. At the end of the festival, a round table is held, where participants and teachers have the opportunity to discuss competitive performances with the jury members and exchange views. Competitive performances of participants are assessed according to generally accepted criteria: technical skill (respectively, nominations), artistry, repertoire complexity and age-appropriate repertoire, creation of an artistic image, taking into account the subjective opinion of each of the jury members.

Prizes and awards:

All participants of the festivals receive souvenirs. In each nomination, age and group category, the title of Laureate of I, II and III degrees, as well as the title of Diploma, is awarded. Laureates are awarded with diplomas and cups, Diplomas are awarded only with participant diplomas. One of the winners of the 1st prize will be awarded the Grand Prix by the jury. Winners of the Grand Prix have the opportunity to take part in one of the festivals-contests of the Salute of Talents project without an organizational fee within one calendar year from the date of receiving the Grand Prix. Participation without an organizational fee is permissible only once, in the same nomination and in the same age category in which the Grand Prix was received. Special diplomas issued in the presence of outstanding participants, according to the jury: "Diploma for the best choreographic performance", "Diploma for the best musical performance", "Best choreographer-director", "Best accompanist", "Best choirmaster", "Best director" , “Diploma for the best costume”, “Diploma for the most artistic participant”, “Diploma for the youngest participant”, “Diploma for the best artistic work”. Teachers, directors and accompanists receive official letters of thanks and certificates for completing the round table.

Within the framework of each festival-competition, the organizing committee awards a special diploma "For outstanding pedagogical skill". The educator who has received the diploma also receives a grant to attend the Development Forum. The criteria for choosing the owner of the Individual Grant and Diploma "For Outstanding Pedagogical Skill" are the level of skill of the teacher's pupils, the number and variety of performances presented, and the overall impression of the performances. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to award more than one Individual Grant to attend the Development Forum within the framework of one festival.

The 1st degree laureates of any of the festivals-contests get to the Superfinal of the Salute of Talents project. The only exceptions are Laureates of the 1st degree in the nominations "Fine Arts" (nominations 9-11), which fall into the Superfinal of the project "Palette of the World", as well as Laureates of the 1st degree in the nominations "Theatrical creativity" (nominations 21-26), which fall into the Festival and the Masochka Prize.

Out-of-competition participation:

Within the framework of all festivals-contests of the "Salute of Talents" project, out-of-competition participation of collectives and soloists is allowed. For out-of-competition participants, the same rules and requirements apply as for the rest of the participants. Out-of-competition performances are also watched and evaluated by the jury without scoring and subsequent assignment of places. Teachers have the opportunity to discuss the performances of their pupils with the members of the jury in the framework of a round table. Participants who did not compete will receive a Festival Participant Diploma, as well as a commemorative Cup. Out-of-competition participation is allowed in one nomination.

Superfinal Prize Fund:

The prize fund of the Superfinal of the 2018-2019 festival season is 500 thousand rubles. The distribution of the prize fund by prize places is governed by the Superfinal Regulations.
