In the evening of June 13, the concert hall of the children's health complex "Ural birch" turned into the sea. It was a boiling, seething, restless sea of children, noisy for all voices, who came to the "Best counselor" competition. They came to watch, cheer and support their favorite counselors. Everyone wanted to declare to the whole world and our entire Universe: "My counselor is the best!"
It is clear that each participant in the competition feels a special responsibility, everyone strives to be the best - at least for their guys. The presenter, shift leader Elena Stolbova announces: the contestants will have to show a business card, a creative number, find a solution in a pedagogical situation, the "Surprise Me" competition and a spontaneous competition.
It was not easy for the counselors, but to prove that they were the best, the counselors went to great lengths: they sang, danced, read poetry, confessed their love to children and answered various tricky questions. It used to be difficult to find the answer, but it is necessary: so that the authoritative jury is not disappointed. What if the child took out a cutlet from the dining room? And if the child complains that he is ill? And what if you were boycotted? What if the children broke the chandelier? What if the fire alarm went off?
Each counselor offers his own solution. For example, Anya Aksyonova from the third detachment decided to return the child to the dining room so that he could eat his cutlet within the walls of the culinary temple - to the last crumb! Tough, but effective.
Olya, Olya! Ksyusha! Ksyusha! Natasha! Natasha! Nastya! Nastya! Lena! Lena! - the screams and applause of the fans often deafened and overlapped each other. But the loudest shouted children from the third squadron (probably a team of future opera singers or rock musicians):
Anya is super, Anya is great! Anya will defeat you all!
The most interesting thing: how they looked into the water. Looking ahead, I will say that Anya really won. By the way, at the presentation of the business card she was represented by "Zhorik Vartanov, host of Pyatigorsk television" - with a unique Caucasian accent. And Anya's dance numbers, of course, were the best. As it turned out, she works in the professional group of the ChSPU and participates in the musical "Amadeus". In a word, the girl killed everyone. By the way, she herself was on vacation in the camp as a child. "Ural birch" and even then she dreamed of becoming a counselor.
There were many bright personalities on the stage, and all were warmly supported by their detachments. I remember the cool dance of Oli Startsun and Katya Sokolova, the irresistible charm of Natasha Gelmanova, the elegant grace of Ksyusha Kalinina, the sparkling love of life of Lena Mikhalchenko. The moment when the counselors talked about their love for their children was very touching. Lena admitted that when she leaves for the weekend, she really doesn't want to leave her guys. Ksyusha said that she feels the children, and they feel her, and therefore she loves them very much. Nastya believes that the most important thing is to see how children's eyes light up. She rejoices when they shout to her when they meet: "Nastya, Nastya!" And Olya said that the most worthy life is a life lived for the sake of children.
In a word, we all made sure that the counselor is a fabulous person. It was not for nothing that Lena Stolbova recalled the words from a popular song: "What a delicate job - to make at least someone happy. Bring a flower of luck, save from loneliness, and then quietly leave."
The competition "Surprise me" finished the program. Personally, I was very surprised by the counselor of the Ural profile camp Olya Startsun, a future mathematics teacher. She dances rock 'n' roll and jumps as high as no one else! It is interesting that the counselors were surprised by dancing to the music from old films and favorite cartoons, very warm and cheerful. Anya Aksyonova unexpectedly danced a youth dance "hard bass" to a Russian folk song.
While the jury was summing up the results, the audience had time to dance incredibly popular dances in our camp - "Ariva" and "DJ, come on, come on." The audience was so dispersed that the head of the shift, Katya Bondarenko, had to add metal in her voice and threaten to expel the most violent from the hall.
And then the results of the competition were solemnly announced. So, freeze, gentlemen! The most charming counselor is Natasha Gelmanova, 5th planet. The most popular is Ksenia Skvortsova, 6th planet. The coolest one is Anya Aksyonova, 3rd planet. The most creative - Nastya Kostyuk, 10th planet. The most caring one is Olga Rud, the 9th planet. The most positive one is Lena Mikhalchenko, 7th planet. The most serious is Elvina Samatova, planet 9.
And, finally, the main intrigue of the evening was resolved. The third place was won by Olga Startsun, the leader of the Ural profile camp. The second place was taken by Ksyusha Kalinina, the 4th planet, and the first place was taken by Anya Aksyonova, the 3rd planet. She got the title of "Best counselor", she was incredibly happy and moved.
It is probably difficult to choose the best. One way or another, everyone tried. But the main thing, perhaps, is not the laurels and titles of the winners. I just had a great opportunity to tell about love: both to children and adults. And the counselors took advantage of this chance. Everyone knows: every counselor is the best for his troops, for his children. Isn't that enough?

The school of counseling skills of the Komi Republic has been held for the fourth time. This year, more than 260 students from various educational institutions of Syktyvkar sent applications for participation in the educational program. The guys will study from March to May. They will master the basics of pedagogy and psychology, learn to provide first aid, learn about the structure of the camp system, game technology and much more.
During this time, the participants will become qualified counselors for work in summer camps: they will draw up a shift schedule and prepare a collective creative work. Consolidation of knowledge will take place in the form of an exam. After successful training, the children for the first time will be awarded not just a certificate, but a certificate of obtaining a profession, valid throughout their lives.
Before the solemn part, the participants were shown a video about the life and work of counselors. The very discovery turned into the ship "School of counseling skills". At the entrance, each student was handed a "round-the-world voyage ticket".
Maria Skryabina, the curator of the pedagogical teams of the Komi regional branch of the RSO, became the "captain of the ship". Three "navigators" acted as assistants: the first - Valeria Marukhno - is responsible for organizational issues, the second - Maria Tabyrtsa - interacts with teachers, the third - Diana Rotto - oversees work with boarding schools.
In total, 7 "deck teams" gathered at the SHVM: student pedagogical teams "Leader", "PaZl", "Maximum", "Iskra", "Progress", "Infinity" and "BAC". Each group shouted their motto during the roll call.

The winner of the competition was Olga Kulyashova, ex-commander of the SPO "Progress". The girl has developed the program "Let's create a republic together."
- Russian student brigades are the largest youth organization in our country, and pedagogical brigades occupy an important place in it. Counselors are the link between adults and children. They can convey the necessary values to the younger generation, therefore our Center has always sought to expand cooperation with counselors,- explained Alexander Prosuzhikh.
After his speech, the presenter announced: "The school of counseling skills is opening its doors!" The word for congratulations was given to the head of the ShVM in Syktyvkar Maria Skryabina.
- You are just starting your training. The brightest children, counselor summer, knowledge and emotions - all this is ahead of you. I wish your start was very interesting. Let the training be completed in the composition in which we are now. Difficulties and responsibility await you, but you can handle it,- she summed up.
After that, each detachment handed over a report to the "ship captain", informing about the composition of the recruits and readiness for the new season of the School. This is how the students learned that most of the participants were in the SPO "Leader" - 73 people. The fighters responsible for the teams were handed a log of visits.
The counselors were assessed for their professionalism, impeccable performance of duties, as well as the ability to quickly make decisions and overcome difficulties in force majeure circumstances. According to the results of work in the summer of 2017, the jury evaluated more than 300 applicants.
36 counselors and 14 teachers were named the best - they were the ones who received the annual counselor nomination "Solar Sail".
The awards were held in the following nominations: "Pro" - for counselors who worked in country camps for several years and "Otkrytie" - for those who just started working as counselors. For the second year in a row, at the Meeting of Moscow Counselors, an award was held in the "Special Hero" nomination. Here, the work of counselors was noted, who, despite the force majeure that happened during the shift, managed to overcome difficulties and, first of all, were guided by the interests of the child in each of their decisions.
“Six counselors received awards in the“ Special Hero ”nomination. They worked with children with disabilities and orphans, and also supported children in force majeure situations. For example, the MOSGORTUR counselor Maria Nikolaeva, three days after the shift, stayed with the sick girl, who was forbidden to fly to Moscow. Maria supported the child and her mother, staying in touch around the clock. Such examples prove that counseling is not about working for 21 days, but about professionalism, kindness and responsibility. ", - told Deputy General Director of MOSGORTUR Andrey Avdeev.
It is important that statuettes in the "Special Hero" nomination were received not only by experienced counselors, but also by those who have just started working as a counselor.

In addition to awarding the best counselors at the Jamboree, master classes, trainings, flash mobs, an intellectual game, a start-up competition and a concert program were held, the headliner of which was the IOWA group.
