Method for cooking pasta with chicken in a Redmond multicooker

1) Wash the chicken fillet, then dry it and cut it into cubes.

2) Peel the onion, chop it finely, cut the washed tomato into cubes.

3) Turn on the Redmond multicooker and let it warm up for a few minutes.

4) Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Stew” mode for 45 minutes.

  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

How to fry pasta with chicken in a slow cooker

Pour two to three tablespoons of vegetable oil into a saucepan. Fry finely chopped onion and chopped chicken fillet in a slow cooker for 15-20 minutes in the “baking” mode.

After the signal, pour the pasta into the saucepan.

Add salt and spices. Pour two multi glasses of water.

Cook the fried chicken with pasta in the slow cooker in the “baking” mode for another 10 minutes. After the signal the dish is ready!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (fillet) – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Pasta – 1 pack

Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut the fillet into small pieces. Peel the onion, chop finely. Scald the tomato with boiling water and cut into small cubes. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the chicken. We put the multicooker on the “fry” mode and set the timer for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, salt and pepper the chicken, turn it over properly, and add vegetables to it, continue to fry everything together for the next 15 minutes. After the timer sounds, pour a pack of dry pasta into the multicooker bowl, pour water to cover the pasta and add pasta spices to taste. We put the multicooker in the “pilaf” mode and set the timer for 20 minutes. After the ready signal sounds, you can open the lid and place the finished pasta on plates. When serving, the dish can be decorated with chopped herbs.

To prepare this dish, choose durum pasta. The volume of water can be changed according to your preferences. For larger ones (like mine - spirals), take 2 glasses of water, for small ones - 2.5 glasses of water. This recipe used a Philips HD 3039 multicooker, device power 960 W, bowl volume 4 liters. The temperature range of the “Spaghetti” function is 130-140ºC.

To prepare pasta with chicken in a slow cooker, we will need the following ingredients:

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

Cut the onion into half rings and chop the garlic.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and place the fillet. Select the “Frying” mode, cooking time is 13 minutes. Cook with the lid closed, open and stir occasionally.

Take the chicken fillet and rinse it with tap water. After drying, we begin to carefully remove the skins and films. Then cut the meat into small pieces. The onions must be peeled and finely chopped. We do the same with tomatoes.

Step two

We take out the bowl from the multicooker in which the pasta with chicken will subsequently be cooked. We wash it with warm water and put it back into the device. Add oil (you can use olive oil if you wish). Place the meat on the bottom of the cup. Select the “Baking” operating mode and set the timer for 30 minutes.

Step three

After 15 minutes, open the multicooker lid to add the onion and tomato pieces. At this stage, you can add salt to the dish. Take a spoon and thoroughly mix all the ingredients. The chicken and vegetables should be cooked for another 15 minutes, that is, the remaining time.

Step four

When a characteristic sound signal is heard, you need to open the lid again and add the pasta. Salt and add your favorite seasonings. Mix the contents of the cup thoroughly, and then fill with water to a certain level. Even though we are preparing pasta with chicken, we need to turn on the “Pilaf” mode on the multicooker. Now all you have to do is wait for the sound signal.

Step five

Check the pasta for doneness. If this is necessary, then set the multicooker to the same mode and then turn it off. Usually this takes no more than 20-25 minutes. So, our chicken pasta is ready.
