On the same day, the wicked queen
Waiting for good news
Secretly took a mirror
And she asked her question:
“I am, tell me, all the sweeter,
All blush and whiter? "
And I heard in response:
"You, queen, no doubt,
You are the sweetest in the world
All blush and whiter. "
For his bride
Prince Elisha
Meanwhile, it gallops around the world.
No, no! He cries bitterly
And whoever he asks
His question is tricky to everyone;
Who laughs in his eyes,
Who would rather turn away;
To the red sun at last
Well done.
“Light is our sun! You walk
All year round in the sky, you bring
Winter with warm spring
You can see all of us under you.
Al will you deny me the answer?
Didn't you see where in the world
Are you a young princess?
I am her fiancé. - "You are my light, -
The sun answered red, -
I have not seen the princess.
To know her is no longer alive.
Is it a month, my neighbor,
Somewhere yes I met her
Or the trail noticed her. "
Dark Night Elisha
I waited in my anguish.
Only a month has appeared
He chased after him with entreaty.
"Month, month, my friend,
Gilded Horn!
You get up in the deep darkness
Chubby, light-eyed,
And, loving your custom,
The stars are watching you.
Al will you deny me the answer?
Have you seen where in the world
Are you a young princess?
I am her fiancé. - “My brother,
The clear month answers, -
I have not seen the red maiden.
I stand on guard
Only in my turn.
Without me, the princess, it is clear,
I ran it. " - "How insulting!" -
The prince answered.
The clear month continued:
"Wait a minute; about her, maybe
The wind knows. He will help.
Go to him now,
Do not be sad, goodbye. "
Elisha, not discouraged,
He rushed to the wind, calling out:
“Wind, wind! You are powerful
You chase flocks of clouds
You stir the blue sea
Everywhere you blow in the open
You are not afraid of anyone
Except for one god.
Al will you deny me the answer?
Have you seen where in the world
Are you a young princess?
I am her fiancé. " - "Wait, -
The stormy wind answers, -
There, beyond the quiet river
There is a high mountain
There is a deep hole in it;
In that hole, in the sad darkness,
The coffin is swinging crystal
On chains between the pillars.
See no trace of anyone
Around that empty space;
Your bride is in that coffin. "
The wind ran far away.
The prince burst into tears
And went to an empty place,
For a beautiful bride
See it one more time.
Here comes; and rose
Before him is a steep mountain;
Around her, the country is empty;
There is a dark entrance under the mountain.
He goes there quickly.
Before him, in the sad gloom,
The crystal coffin is swinging
And in a crystal coffin that
The princess sleeps in eternal sleep.
And about the dear bride's coffin
He hit with all his might.
The coffin was smashed. Virgo suddenly
Has come to life. Looks around
With amazed eyes
And swinging over the chains
Sighing, she said:
"How long have I slept!"
And she rises from the coffin ...
Ah! .. and both burst into tears.
He takes it in his hands
And into the light from the darkness it brings
And, talking pleasantly,
They start their journey back
And the rumor is already trumpeting:
The Tsar's daughter is alive!
At home idle at that time
Wicked stepmother sat
Before your mirror
And I talked to him.
Saying: "I am the loveliest of all,
All blush and whiter? "
And I heard in response:
“You are beautiful, there is no word,
But the princess is all the nicer
Everything is blush and whiter. "
Evil stepmother, jumping up,
Breaking a mirror on the floor,
I ran straight through the door
And she met the princess.
Then her longing took over,
And the queen died.
Only she was buried,
The wedding was immediately made,
And with his bride
Elisha got married;
And no one since the beginning of the world
I have not seen such a feast;
I was there, honey, drinking beer,
Yes, he just wet his mustache.

Episode eighteenth. "To the red sun at last // Well done ..."
Episode nineteenth. "Only a month showed up, // He chased after him with a prayer ..."
Episode twentieth. "Elisha, not discouraged, // He rushed to the wind, calling out ..."
Let us pay attention to how Elisha's excitement grows from one meeting to the next, his desire to find a bride. Let's note the magic numberthree : so many times the prince turns to the forces of nature.
- With what words does Elisha refer to the sun, moon, and wind?
Elisha's appeals to the sun, moon and wind bring Pushkin's fairy tale closer to folklore. They show the anxiety, excitement, hope and sadness of the prince. These feelings are manifested in the gentleness of the addresses, in the question: "Al will you deny me an answer?", In the persistent repetition of the main question:
Have you seen where in the worldAre you a young princess?
Learning new material
Conversation on questions.
Episode twenty one. "And about the dear bride's coffin // He hit with all his might ..."
- Find epithets in this passage. What mood does the author create with their help?
- What helped the prince to awaken his bride from a magical dream?
The lines about Queen Elisha sound like a fairy-tale romantic culmination: "And about the dear bride's coffin // He hit with all his might."
It becomes clear that the crystal coffin will be broken and the princess will come to life. We are expecting a happy climax and denouement.
- Do you like the illustration by E. Pashkov for this episode of the tale(p. 107 of the textbook) ? Why?
- Compare the lines: "And the rumor began to ring: // The Tsar's daughter is gone!" - with the words: "And the rumor is already blowing: // The Tsar's daughter is alive!" What is the difference in mood and musical tone of these lines? What is the reason for this difference?(12th question of the textbook, p. 109.) What pictures do you see when you hear these lines?
The first couplet sounds uncertain, the second - confident, affirmative, joyful. The difference in mood and musical tone of the lines is created by the sounds that make up the words. For example, the wordring begins with the same letters as the wordtrumpets ... In the first case, uncertainty, a feeling of cracking creates a soft sound [p '], the combination [zv], the second couplet sounds confident ([p] hard, the sound [u] is clearly heard), it is strengthened by the word "already", in which the sound [ y].
In the first couplet, the stress falls on the penultimate syllables of the lines, and this also creates the impression of uncertainty. In the second couplet, the emphasis is on the last syllables of the lines, and this helps to affirm the feeling of joy.
Episode twenty-two. "They only buried her, // The wedding was immediately made ..."
Note that the wicked stepmother was sitting "idle at that time."
- Why did the wicked queen die?
- What qualities of a princess are rewarded in a fairy tale?
Meekness, kindness, and patience are rewarded. The girl becomes king. However, she does not act like her stepmother.
- Compare the ending of Pushkin's fairy tale and the German fairy tale "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs".
In a German fairy tale, the stepdaughter makes the evil stepmother dance in hot iron shoes at her wedding until she dies. The Pushkin princess does not and cannot do this. She remains sincere and light in her words addressed to people: "I love you all from the bottom of my heart ..."
- What traditional element of the Russian folk tale does the author introduce into his tale?
Students find and read the ending.
2. Independent work on the stylistics of the fairy tale by A.S. Pushkin
A) In writing, we perform the task of the textbook heading "Be attentive to the word"(p. 109) ... Of the expressions proposed in the textbook, we will write out only those that can only be found in the author's tale:did not carry admiration, the mirror had the property, in spiritual sorrow, having performed a sad rite, suddenly extinguished as a victim of anger .
Difficulty can be caused by phrases:chased with entreaty, rumor is already blowing ... The rest of the expressions listed in the textbook are characteristic of folk speech.
Fifth-graders work independently, then read out the written expressions, discuss the correctness of the choice.
B) Let us turn to the questions of the heading of the textbook "Painting, Music, Cinema, Theater"(p. 109-110) ... Let's ask the students the third question:
- What musical melody, in your opinion, - sad or funny, fast or slow, sharp, clear or smooth - could accompany the poetic lines dedicated to the first queen, princess, heroes and Elisha, the queen-stepmother?
Let's give the children the opportunity to speak up. The lines dedicated to the first queen could be accompanied by a slow, flowing and sad melody. The lines dedicated to the princess are not very fast and also smooth; for the queen-stepmother - a sharp melody with fluctuations in rhythm, that is, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Bogatyrs correspond to clear, cheerful, daring music. Elisha - lyrical and decisive at the same time.
- What pieces of music based on Pushkin's tales do you know?
A prepared student will tell that the operas “The Tale of Tsar Saltan” and “The Golden Cockerel” were created by N.A. ". B. Kravchenko wrote a children's comic opera "Ai da Balda!" The most famous opera by Mikhail Glinka "Ruslan and Lyudmila", written based on the poem of the same name by Pushkin.
Fragments of these pieces of music were used by directors to create cartoons based on Pushkin's fairy tales.
It is good if the teacher has the opportunity to let the children listen to several pre-selected excerpts from these works (we will use an audiobook).
A feature film and a cartoon were staged based on "The Tale of the Dead Princess and the Seven Bogatyrs" by A. Pushkin. There are two filmstrips: with drawings by artists E. Meshkov and L. Panov. If the literature office is sufficiently equipped, you can watch fragments of a film or one of the filmstrips.
Systematization and generalization of the studied material.
Output : The prince Elisha, having set out in search of his beloved, managed to find her even underground. The prince had to travel a lot around the world, until the Wind helped him find the cave where the princess slept in a crystal coffin in eternal sleep. Elisha's love and devotion turned out to be stronger than death: the coffin was broken, and the princess came to life. The power of love conquered death, and we believe that the young will be happy all their lives.
And about the dear bride's coffin
He hit with all his might.
The coffin was smashed. Virgo suddenly
Has come to life. Looks around
With amazed eyes
And swinging over the chains
Sighing, she said:
"How long have I slept!"
And she rises from the coffin ...
Ah! .. and both burst into tears.
He takes it in his hands
And into the light from the darkness it brings
And, talking pleasantly,
They start their journey back
And the rumor is already trumpeting:
The Tsar's daughter is alive!
In his fairy tale, Pushkin not only delighted the reader with faith in the power of goodness and justice, but also deservedly punished the evil stepmother so that she could never interfere with the happiness of the princess and the prince Elisha. And the queen died of melancholy and anger.
Evil stepmother, jumping up,
Breaking a mirror on the floor,
I ran straight through the door
And she met the princess.
Then her longing took over,
And the queen died.
The evil, envious, insidious stepmother-queen got what she deserved for her intrigues. Correctly say: "Don't dig a hole for another - you yourself will fall into it." Jealousy and black anger ruined the proud woman, and not at all the revenge of the princess who had been driven out by her.

Musicality of Pushkin's fairy tale
Homework : prepare biographical information about A.A. Pogorelsky, read the work "Black Hen, or Underground inhabitants".
One of the positive images is the groom of the young princess - the prince Elisha. In it, the author has collected all the best qualities: strength, honesty, politeness, courtesy and fearlessness. He personifies a certain Russian "good fellow", only of noble origin.
Pushkin shows the reader a young man who really loves with all his heart and soul. For the sake of his happiness and the happiness of the princess, he is ready for almost everything.
A man has such qualities as perseverance, honesty and self-confidence. When his bride disappears, the prince immediately goes in search of her. His wanderings around the world continue for more than one day, but he does not even think to give up and retreat until he finds a girl.
For help, the young man turns to everyone he can. He does not lose hope, but his beloved cannot be found. And then Elisha asks for help from the sun, wind and month. Nature prompts the prince. But the answer is not comforting, the wind only tells where the place where the princess is buried is.
A man is very upset by the news of the death of his beloved. He sincerely cries when the wind brought him sad news, but nevertheless gathers his courage and goes to say goodbye to the girl. He intends to be convinced of the reliability of the news, but in his heart he hopes that this is a mistake. But the wind was not wrong. Elisha really did not have time to find and save the princess ...
In a dark and gloomy cave, where a crystal coffin with a young girl was swinging, Elisha was overcome with melancholy. He struck the crystal lid with all his might, and it shattered. At that moment, a miracle happened, the dead princess came to life.
This miracle happened only because the man's feelings were so strong that they were able to resurrect the dead girl. After all, Elisha, with his nobility, devotion and unshakable faith, could not remain without a "reward" from the author. Pushkin returned his beloved precisely for these qualities, invaluable for a person. After all, the prince had many obstacles, as well as the temptation to abandon searches and his own love. But he did not give up, because he was used to bringing everything to the end. And Elisha loves and is loved. This circumstance became decisive in the search.
In this work, the author tries to show not only the strength, power and beauty of the characters, but also the heroes' strong faith in the best. With a positive attitude, they cope with almost all situations, overcoming the bitterness of loss and disappointment. With the power of thought, love and a sense of devotion, they themselves become wizards and "work" miracles.
Pushkin in his fairy tale creates a world where good will triumph, where treachery and evil will be punished. The main characters of these tales, perhaps, really once existed, and maybe even exist to this day. You just need to think in time about your own purpose in life and start creating in order to see both the magic and familiar heroes from childhood.
Prince Elisha,
Praying earnestly to God,
Goes on the road
For a beautiful soul
For a young bride.
But the bride is young
Wandering in the forest until dawn,
Meanwhile everything went on and on
And I came across a tower.
A dog barking to meet her,
He came running and fell silent, playing;
She entered the gate,
There is silence in the courtyard.
The dog runs after her, caressing
And the princess, stealing up,
Climbed up the porch
And took hold of the ring;
The door opened quietly
And the princess found herself
In the bright room; around
Carpet-covered benches
The table is oak under the saints,
Stove with tiled stove bench.
The girl sees what is here
Good people live;
Know, she will not be offended!
Meanwhile, no one is visible.
The princess walked around the house,
I cleaned everything up,
She lit a candle to God
Flooded the stove hot
Climbed on the bed
And quietly lay down.
Dinner hour was approaching
The stomp across the yard rang out:
Seven heroes enter,
Seven ruddy barbel.
The elder said: “What a miracle!
Everything is so clean and beautiful.
Someone was cleaning up
Yes, the owners were waiting.
Who is it? Come out and show yourself
Make friends with us honestly.
If you are an old man
You will be our uncle forever.
If you are a ruddy guy
Brother you will be named to us.
Kohl old woman, be our mother,
So we will dignify.
If a red girl
Be our dear sister. "
And the princess came down to them,
I gave honor to the owners,
She bowed deeply to the belt;
Blushing, she apologized
Why did she come to visit them,
Although she was not invited.
Instantly they recognized from their speech,
That the princess was received;
They sat down in a corner
They brought a pie;
They poured a glass full,
Served on a tray.
From green wine
She denied;
I just broke the pie
Yes, I bit a piece,
And rest from the road
I asked for a bed.
They took the girl away
Up into the bright room
And left alone
Going to sleep.
Day after day goes by, flickering
And the young princess
Everything is in the forest, she is not bored
Seven heroes.
Before the morning dawn
Brothers in a friendly crowd
They go for a walk
Shoot gray ducks
To amuse your right hand,
Sorochin hurry in the field,
Or head off from broad shoulders
Cut off the Tatar,
Or erase from the forest
Pyatigorsk Circassian.
And she is a mistress
In the chamber, meanwhile, alone
Pick up and cook.
She will not contradict them,
They do not contradict her.
So days go by.
Brothers sweet girl
Loved. To her room
Once, as soon as dawn,
All seven of them entered.
The elder said to her: “Maid,
You know: you are all our sister,
We are all seven, you
We all love, for ourselves
We would all take you for the sake of
Yes it is impossible, so for God's sake
Reconcile us somehow:
Be one wife
Another affectionate sister.
Why shake your head?
Al deny us?
Al the goods are not for merchants? "
"Oh you, good fellows, honest,
Brothers, you are my family, -
The princess says to them, -
If I lie, let God command
I can't get off alive.
What do i do? I'm a bride.
You are all equal to me
All are daring, all are smart,
I love you all heartily;
But to another I forever
Given. All the sweeter to me
Prince Elisha ".
The brothers stood silently
Yes, they scratched my head.
“Demand is not a sin. Forgive us, -
The elder said, bowing, -
If so, I will not stutter
About that. " - “I'm not angry, -
She said quietly, -
And my refusal is not my fault. "
The grooms bowed to her,
We left on the sly,
And everything agrees again
They began to live and get on well.
Meanwhile, the wicked queen,
Remembering the princess,
Couldn't forgive her
And on the mirror your
For a long time she sulked and was angry;
Finally missed about him
And she followed him, and, sitting down
Before him, I forgot my anger,
She began to show off again
And with a smile she said:
“Hello, mirror! tell
Yes, report the whole truth:
I am the loveliest in the world,
All blush and whiter? "
And her mirror answered:
“You are beautiful, no doubt;
But he lives without any glory,
Among the green oak groves,
The seven heroes
The one that is dearer to you. "
And the queen swooped down
On Chernavka: “How dare you
Deceive me? and what! .. "
She confessed everything:
Anyway. The queen is evil
Threatening her with a slingshot
I decided not to live,
Or ruin the princess.
Since the princess is young,
Waiting for lovely brothers
Spun, sitting under the window.
Suddenly angry under the porch
The dog barked, and the damsel
Sees: beggar mau
Walks around the yard with a stick
Chasing the dog away. "Wait,
Grandma, wait a little, -
She shouts at her through the window, -
I will threaten the dog myself
And I’ll take something for you. ”
The maiden answers her:
“Oh, you little girl!
The damned dog prevailed
I almost ate it to death.
Look how he is busy!
Come out to me. " - The princess wants
Go out to her and took bread,
But I just got off the porch,
A dog under her feet - and barks,
And he will not let the old woman;
As soon as the old woman goes to her,
He, the forest beast is angry,
To the old woman. “What a miracle?
Apparently, he slept poorly, -
The princess says to her: -
Well, catch it! " - and the bread flies.
The old woman caught bread:
“Thank you,” she said. -
God bless you;
Here's to you, catch! "
And to the princess a liquid,
Young, golden,
The apple is flying straight ...
The dog will jump, screech ...
But the princess is in both hands
Grab - caught. "For the sake of boredom
Eat an apple, my light.
Thank you for lunch. "
The old lady said
She bowed and disappeared ...
And with the princess on the porch
The dog runs into her face
Looks pitifully, howls menacingly,
Like a dog's heart aches
As if he wants to tell her:
Give it up! - She caress him,
Flutters with a gentle hand;
“What, Sokolko, what's wrong with you?
Lie down! " - and entered the room,
The door quietly locked
I sat down under the window for the yarn
Wait for the owners, and looked
Everything for an apple. It
Full of ripe juice
So fresh and so fragrant
So rosy golden
It’s like it’s overflowing with honey!
The seeds are visible through and through ...
She wanted to wait
Before lunch; could not stand
I took the apple in my hands,
I brought it to the scarlet lips,
Bit by bit
And she swallowed a piece ...
Suddenly she, my soul,
I staggered without breathing
She lowered her hands,
I dropped the rosy fruit,
Eyes rolled
And she is under the image
I fell head on the bench
And she became quiet, motionless ...
Brothers at that time home
Came back in a crowd
With a brave robbery.
To meet them, howling menacingly,
The dog runs to the yard
The way shows them. “Not for good! -
The brothers said: - sorrow
We will not pass. " Galloped up,
They enter, gasped. Running in,
The dog is headlong into the apple
Barking, he rushed, got angry,
Swallowed it, fell down
And died. Drunk
It was poison, know it.
Before the dead princess
Brothers in spiritual sorrow
Everyone bowed their heads
And with the prayer of the saint
They lifted from the bench, dressed,
They wanted to bury her
And they changed their mind. She,
As under the wing of a dream,
I lay so quiet, fresh,
That she just didn’t breathe.
Waited three days, but she
She did not rise from sleep.
Having created a sad rite,
Here they are in a crystal coffin
The corpse of the young princess
They put it - and the crowd
Carried up an empty mountain
And at midnight
Her coffin to six pillars
On cast iron chains there
Carefully screwed on
And fenced off with a lattice;
And, before the dead sister
Having made a bow to the earth,
The elder said: “Sleep in the coffin;
Suddenly it went out, a victim of malice,
On earth is your beauty;
Heaven will receive your spirit.
We loved you
And we keep it for the dear -
Nobody got it
Only one coffin. "
