Regulations of the competition “School Museum: New Opportunities. All-Russian competition of museums of educational organizations of the Russian Federation Dates of competitive events

September 25-29, 2017 In Moscow, in the Federal Center for Children and Youth Tourism and Local Lore, the All-Russian Competition of Museums of Educational Organizations of the Russian Federation was held.

148 people took part in the competition, including 106 schoolchildren and 42 leaders. A total of 16 constituent entities of the Russian Federation were represented.

The competition was held in the following sections:

  • "Museums of the History of Children's Movement and the History of Education";
  • “Military-historical. Historical museums ";
  • "Complex museums";
  • “Tour guide of the museum of the educational organization. Senior group";
  • “Tour guide of the museum of the educational organization. Junior group ";
  • "A guide to the objects of cultural and natural heritage."

The “Section of Teachers” was also presented.

The Leningrad Region was represented by 2 districts:

  • MOU "Ropsha School" of the Lomonosov District, School Museum "Ropsha - Our Little Russia", head of the museum Markina Galina Vladimirovna;
  • MOU "Kuznechenskaya Secondary School" of Priozersky District, School Museum of MOU "Kuznechenskaya Secondary School", head of the museum Chernyuk Ivan Vladimirovich.

According to the results of the final of the competition, the School Museum "Ropsha - Our Little Russia" became the winner among the 13 declared complex museums. The museum was represented by: Anna Nesterova, Ksenia Moshkova, Alexander Krasnobaev, Sergey Bagdasaryan. And the School Museum of the Kuznechenskaya Secondary School became a prize-winner, taking 3rd place in the "Historical Museums" section. Presented by the museum: Chernyuk Fedor.

In the section "Guide of the Museum of an Educational Organization (senior group)", the winner was Anna Nesterova, a pupil of the School Museum "Ropsha - Our Little Russia", ahead of 40 guides in her nomination.

In the section "Guides of museums of educational organizations (junior group)", a pupil of the School Museum "Ropsha - Our Little Russia" Sergey Bagdasaryan also became a prize-winner, taking 3rd place.

In the section "Guide to the objects of cultural and natural heritage" 3rd place was taken by another pupil of the School Museum "Ropsha - Our Little Russia" Krasnobaev Alexander.

The judges highly appreciated the home video about the work of the School Museum of the Kuznechenskaya Secondary School, presented by the pupil of this museum Chernyuk Fedor together with the head.

The guys showed good results at the erudite competition, which was also part of the 5-day program of the competition.

The competition program also included a sightseeing tour of Moscow, the Patriot Park and the Polytechnic Museum of School No. 439 with a unique interactive exposition.

Thus, as a result of a stubborn struggle and applied work, the guys took prizes in almost all the declared nominations, having adequately defended the honor of their districts and the Leningrad region as a whole.


POSITION

about the City Competition "School Museum: New Opportunities"for the 2018-2019 academic year

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Regulations determine the procedure for organizing and holding the School Museum: New Opportunities Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition).

1.2. The organizer of the Competition is the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the City of Moscow for additional professional education (advanced training) of specialists, the City Methodological Center of the Department of Education of the City of Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the GBOU DPO City Methodological Center of the Department of Education of the City of Moscow).

1.3. The events of the Competition are aimed at implementing the tasks of developing the education system formulated in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation", the State Program of the City of Moscow for the medium term (2012–2018) "Development of the City Education Moscow ("Capital Education") "(as amended by the Moscow Government Decree of March 28, 2017 No. 134-PP).

2. Purpose and objectives of the Competition

2.1. Target: search for new approaches to socialization and the process of forming the Russian identity of the younger generation by means of museum pedagogy using the socio-cultural resources of Moscow and museums of educational organizations.

2.2. Tasks:

Using the museum and educational environment as a resource for the cultural and creative development of students, patriotic education of the younger generation;

Identification of innovative methods of school museum leaders and dissemination of their experience; support of pedagogical initiatives to improve museum culture by stimulating the participation of students in educational and general cultural activities;

Popularization of the activities of the museum of the educational organization as a space of education and upbringing, the creation of multimedia projects for the museum educational environment.

Competitors

The competition is open to heads of school museums, teachers, students of organizations of the city of Moscow (directions 1, 4).

Thematic directions of the Competition, conditions of participation

Direction 1. "Museum postcard": postcard in JPEG format dedicated to the museum of the educational organization, its history, museum exposition, museum exhibit, museum events and promotions (form of participation - remote).

The terms of participation: Participants place postcards made in any technique (photo, drawing, collage, etc.), with a short annotation on the website of the educational organization in the "School Museum" section (the number of postcards is from 1 to 5 pcs.).

Links to competition materials with an indication of the thematic direction and authors of works are placed in the konkurs.site system. The works submitted in the direction of "Museum Postcard" undergo an absentee examination with points in accordance with the criteria, according to the results of which the winners and prize-winners of the Competition are determined.

Direction 2. "Museum Alphabet": rules of visiting, behavior and organization of students' activities in the school museum (form of participation - distance).

The terms of participation: participants develop and post on the website of the educational organization in the "School Museum" section of the competition materials made in any of the proposed formats: instructions, comics, photo albums, presentations, videos, cartoons indicating the thematic direction of the Competition and authors of works. The participants of the Contest shall place links to the materials in the konkurs.site system. Works submitted in the direction of "Museum Alphabet" undergo an absentee examination with points in accordance with the criteria, according to the results of which the winners and awardees of the Competition are determined.

Direction 3. "Museum volunteering": description of the forms and methods of implementation (organization) of volunteer activities in the museum of the educational organization, training programs for volunteers, projects for the creation of a volunteer club (center) (form of participation - distance).

The terms of participation: participants post on the website of the educational organization in the "School Museum" section of the competition materials (presentations, texts) indicating the thematic direction of the Competition and the authors of the works. The participants of the Contest shall place links to the materials in the konkurs.site system.

Works submitted in the field of "Museum Volunteering" undergo an absentee examination with points in accordance with the criteria, according to the results of which the winners and awardees of the Competition are determined.

Direction 4. "Museum mosaic": creation and presentation of a mini-exposition, the exhibits of which are associated with the "small homeland" of students, exhibits with a "personal history", etc. (the form of participation is remote).

The terms of participation: participants develop and post on the website of the educational organization in the section "School Museum" competition materials made in any of the proposed formats: text material, photo albums, presentations indicating the thematic direction of the Competition and authors of works. The participants of the Contest shall place links to the materials in the konkurs.site system.

Works submitted in the "Museum Mosaic" area undergo an extramural examination with points awarded in accordance with the criteria, according to the results of which the winners and prize-winners of the Competition are determined.

Direction 5. "Museum game": board games, museum lotto, museum "puzzles", reconstruction games, etc. (form of participation - remote - face-to-face).

The terms of participation: participants post on the website of the educational organization in the section "School Museum" a description of the game with a photo or presentation, indicating the thematic direction of the Competition and the authors of the works. The participants of the Contest shall place links to the materials in the konkurs.site system.

The works submitted in the direction of "Museum Game" undergo an extramural examination with points in accordance with the criteria, according to the results of which the nominees of the Competition are determined. After full-time defense and demonstration of works, the expert community determines the winners and prize-winners of the Competition from among the nominees. No more than 10 minutes are allotted to defend the work. Originality is encouraged.

Direction 6. "Museum finds": non-traditional forms of work in the museum: theatrical performances, master classes, exhibitions, fairs, leisure activities, a virtual tour of the educational organization and its museum; excursion-reconstruction, author's excursion with elements of personal stories, creative visual projects (lapbooks) using the exhibits of the museum of the educational organization, etc. (form of participation - distance - full-time).

The terms of participation: participants post on the website of the educational organization in the section "School Museum" competition materials made in any of the proposed formats: text material, photo albums, presentations indicating the thematic direction of the Competition and authors of works. The participants of the Contest shall place links to the materials in the konkurs.site system.

The works submitted in the "Museum Finds" direction undergo an extramural examination with points in accordance with the criteria, according to the results of which the nominees of the Competition are determined. After full-time defense and demonstration of works, the expert community determines the winners and prize-winners of the Competition from among the nominees. No more than 10 minutes are allotted to defend the work. Originality is encouraged.

Direction 7. "Times of the connecting thread: a lesson (lesson) in the museum of an educational organization"(form of participation - remote - full-time).

The terms of participation: Participants post on the website of the educational organization in the "School Museum" section methodological developments of classes (no more than two authors) using museum resources, indicating the thematic direction of the Competition and authors of works in accordance with the indicated categories.

The works submitted in the direction "Times are a connecting thread: a lesson (lesson) in the museum of an educational organization" undergo an extramural examination with points in accordance with the criteria, according to the results of which the nominees of the Competition are determined. After the face-to-face defense (demonstration) of the works, the experts determine the winner (winners) and awardees in the nomination of the Contest who have received the maximum number of points. Full-time defense of works in the direction (methodological developments) will be carried out in the form of a master class with a demonstration of a museum lesson (~ 10 min.). The lesson constructor is presented in Appendix 1.

Direction 8. "History of the past in future technologies": concept and video presentation of the environmental museum (video presentation) describing the future model of using innovative technological capabilities to create an interactive, convenient, accessible and effective museum environment (the form of participation is remote).

The terms of participation: participants develop and post on the website of the educational organization in the "School Museum" section of the competition materials indicating the thematic direction of the Competition and the authors of the works. The participants of the Contest shall place links to the materials in the konkurs.site system.

The works submitted in the direction "History of the past in the technologies of the future" undergo an absentee examination with points in accordance with the criteria, according to the results of which the winners and awardees of the Competition are determined. (Appendix 2).

5. Criteria for evaluating the works (performances) of participants

The maximum mark for each criterion is 10 points, the final mark cannot exceed 50 points.

5.1. Evaluation criteria for work in direction 1 "Museum Postcard":

- Compliance with the theme of the Competition: the postcard (s) should (s) be about the museum of the educational organization, about its exhibits, expositions, about the people who create the museum, about visitors, about museum activities, etc .;
- artistry and originality: the postcard should attract attention by the peculiarity of the artistic solution (composition, color, etc.) and originality;
- informativeness;
- image quality;
- the accessibility of the perception of the artistic intention of the author.

5.2. Evaluation criteria for work in direction 2 "Museum Alphabet":

5.3. Evaluation criteria for work in direction 3 "Museum volunteering":

- motivation: presentation (description) of the practice (methods, methods) of attracting, retaining and motivating students as museum volunteers;
- reality: a description of the variety of real forms of volunteering in the museum of an educational organization;
- competencies: a description of the ways of forming the fundamental competences and personal qualities of the student with participation in volunteer activities;
- prospects: availability of a training program for museum volunteers, plans for the future, opportunities;
- reflection: a description of the ways of fixing the "successes and failures" of volunteers, contributing to the development of reflexive skills; an objective assessment by the head of the museum (museum teacher) of his own activities in the development of the volunteer movement.

5.4. Evaluation criteria for work in direction 4 "Museum mosaic":

- author's approach;
- originality;
- taking into account the age characteristics of students when organizing a mini-exposition;

- active use of museum items.

5.5. Evaluation criteria for work in direction 5 "Museum Game":

- originality;
- availability of instructions describing the rules of the game, its configuration;
- manufacturability (accessible rules of the game, the possibility of replication, development of alternative options);
- compliance of the players with the declared age category;
- the presence of developmental functions of the game.

5.6. Evaluation criteria for work in direction 6 "Museum Find":

- the expediency of choosing the forms of museum activities;
- taking into account the age characteristics of the audience;
- the quality of the presented material, design;
- originality;
- the author's approach.

5.7. Evaluation criteria for work in direction 7 "Times of the connecting thread: lesson (lesson) in the museum of the educational organization":

- pedagogical expediency of the selection of content, means, methods and forms of work when conducting classes in the museum;
- the novelty and relevance of the materials presented;
- taking into account the age characteristics of students;

- compliance of the presented material with the structure of the museum lesson constructor (see Appendix 1).

5.7.1. Master class evaluation criteria:

- the presence of goals and objectives, the degree of their implementation;
- implementation of the system-activity approach;
- the predominance of the activities of students over the activities of the teacher;
- the level of visualization and manufacturability of the lesson;
- active use of museum items;
- the culture of public speaking (argumentation, consistency, consistency of presentation).

For the master class, the Organizing Committee provides multimedia equipment. Demonstration of the project on the equipment of the authors is allowed.

During the demonstration of the lesson, technical assistance is provided.

The time provided for the demonstration of the master class is 15 minutes, of which 5 minutes are allotted for answering questions from experts. 9 minutes after the start of the performance, the competitor will be warned that there is one minute left before the end of the master class.

The demonstration of the master class may be attended by persons accompanying the participant of the competition, but no more than two people for each participant. Only the contestants representing the master class can answer the questions of the experts. Questions can only be of a clarifying nature.

After completing the master classes, all experts fill out the assessment protocols. In accordance with the completed protocols, the Organizing Committee identifies the winners of the Competition.

5.8. Evaluation criteria for the competition work in direction 8 "History of the past in the technologies of the future."

- compliance with the topic of the direction;
- a description of the prospects for the development of the concept and the possibilities of its practical implementation in an educational organization;
- a variety of forms of organization of students' activities;
- creativity, innovative content and relevance of the material;
- availability of results and conclusions corresponding to the set goal.

6. Summing up the results of the Competition

6.1. The status of the Contest participant is determined separately for each direction.

6.2. The results of the Contest are published on the website of the City Methodological Center without specifying personal data, as well as in the participant's personal account.

6.3. The results of the Contest are final, no appeal is provided.

The materials submitted for the Contest are not reviewed.

6.4. Contest participants receive an electronic participant certificate.

6.5. Winners and awardees of the Competition are determined in each nomination.

6.6. Certificates of participants, diplomas of prize-winners and winners are placed in the personal electronic accounts of the participants of the Competition.

7. Organizing Committee of the Competition

7.1. To organize and conduct the Competition, a city Organizing Committee of the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee) is created.

7.2. The Organizing Committee of the Competition consists of the management and methodologists of the State Budgetary Educational Institution City Methodological Center DOGM and performs the following functions:

- forms the composition of experts and organizes their work;
- carries out the preparation, conduct and general management of the Competition;
- determines the system of encouragement and rewarding of participants.

From 25 to 30 September 2017, Moscow hosted the Final of the All-Russian competition of museums of educational organizations and the competition of young guides of educational institutions. In Sevastopol, regional competitions were organized by the Center for Tourism, Local History, Sports and Excursions (director Y.A. A., Ruban L.V., Shik N.V.

This year, the winners of the city competition of young guides of museums of educational institutions of Sevastopol took part in the Final of the All-Russian competition: Polina Tyushlyaeva - a young guide of the Museum "Sports Glory of Sevastopol" secondary school No. 39 (Head Ivashchenko E.Yu.), Kharaman Anastasia - a young guide objects of cultural and natural heritage, studying at school No. 61 (supervisor Sandulyak E.V.) and Potapenko Valery - member of the Council of the Museum "Heroes-Submariners" School No. 4 (the museum is the winner of the city competition for the best museum among educational institutions. 2016-2017 academic year).

The delegation was headed by A.N. Yemets. - Head of the Museum "Heroes-Submariners" secondary school № 4. The guys for the first time participated in the All-Russian competition.

Vasily Potapenko acquainted the audience with the work of the Heroes-Submariners Museum, its history, forms of work, concept. A ten-minute film about the life of the museum was prepared for the competition. The Museum of Secondary School No. 4 "Heroes-Submariners" took 2nd place in the nomination "Military-Historical Museums" of educational organizations of the Russian Federation.

Young guides had to have a good command of museum terminology, be able to conduct an excursion on a given topic, and present a home excursion.

Kharaman Nastya presented the excursion "Gasfort Mountain", perfectly completed all the tasks and took 1st place in the nomination "Guide to the objects of cultural and natural heritage", senior group. Nastya had to compete in a group of children aged 14-18, since she turned 14 in March.

Tyushlyaeva Polina conducted a virtual tour of the halls of the Museum "Sports Glory of Sevastopol" School No. 39. Polina vividly, expressively told about the history of this wonderful museum, its unique exhibits, about the numerous events that are held on the basis of the museum. In the category "Historical Museums" Polina became the winner of the All-Russian competition (3rd place).

All participants received certificates and gifts. We also visited the Patriot military-historical center (to date, the museum's collection contains more than 350 armored weapons and equipment from 14 countries of the world, about 60 of them exist in a single copy).

We got acquainted with three museums of secondary school № 1798. "Phoenix" in Moscow. The guys were greatly impressed by the excursions around Moscow.

The successful debut of the Sevastopol guys at the All-Russian competitions is a significant event for the entire region. A great contribution to the preparation and organization of the trip of the Sevastopol delegation was made by the employees of the Sevastopol Center for Tourism, Local History, Sports and Excursions: N.A. Kuklenko, L.V. Ruban, N.V. Shik.
