Then launch the file manager, find the * .apk file and install the application using the standard Android installer.
In addition, you can install the application without using file managers, using a standard browser. Just enter content: //com.android.htmlfileprovider/sdcard/FileName.apk in the address bar and the installation will start automatically. In this example, the * .apk file is located in the root folder of the SD card.
2. Installation using application manager
The second and easiest way to install * .apk files on Android is to use application managers. These programs are created in order to simplify as much as possible the procedure for installing applications through * .apk files. And indeed it is! Now we just transfer the file with the apk extension to one of the folders in the system directory. It is best to choose a folder that you can then easily find, such as Downloads / Downloads.
Memory card
It is also easy to transfer the installer via the SD card. To do this, simply connect it to a laptop via a card reader or a special adapter.
If you have previously used the SD card as data storage in an Android tablet or smartphone, then you will see the already created Android folder directory. Then just flip the installer in the same way as described above.
