Essay by the kindergarten music director

“Music inspires the whole world,
provides the soul with wings, promotes the flight of imagination;
music gives life and fun to everything that exists ...

She can be called the embodiment of all that is beautiful.
and all that is sublime. "
Plato.
Can you live without music? I think not. There are practically no people who have excluded music from their lives. In the modern world, the popularity of music is enormous: it reflects in itself all spheres of life, all forms of a person's relationship with society, with nature and with himself.
For me personally, music is a very important part of my life. She helps me focus or entertain myself. It is only important that it be in tune with my mood: calms, awakens the imagination, makes me remember or forget. Music, if you love it, is not a hobby, it is a component of your life, like work, family, friends ...
My passion for music goes back to early childhood. Parents were constant participants in amateur performances in the village House of Culture (dad is a guitarist in VIA, sang solo songs, and mom also sang and conducted concerts), I "grew up and was brought up" on stage, at rehearsals, imitated the artists. My ear for music showed up right away, so my parents sent me to a music school, where I made great strides - more than once I became a laureate of regional, inter-zonal and regional competitions of performing skills, took places.
Time passed ... Each person, after graduating from school, thinks about what he will do in life. It happens that the choice is determined by the circumstances or "his majesty" the case. What was the reason for my choice of profession, I still do not understand, but since then my life has been connected with music. I entered the Voronezh School of Music, the piano department, to work at a music school! Everything went on as usual: classes with teachers, practice, the first place of work - the Petropavlovsk Children's School of Arts. But by the will of fate, I had to change my place of residence, and at the same time the place of work. At first it seemed to me that working as a music director in kindergarten was not for me, a feeling of insecurity, fear and it was not clear how you can teach kids to understand music, instill in them performing qualities (dance, song).
But the further I was carried along the creative path, constant self-education, the more interesting it became to work, the clearer I imagined the essence of my work. From childhood, a small personality must be instilled with a love of music, both to the classical, children's, and to the high-quality part of modern works. And especially - love for folk songs, for the music of their people. Musical education, of course, is not necessary, but acquaintance with the masterpieces of musical art, the ability to perceive and appreciate them, develops the spiritual world of a child and a person in general.
The "Music Director" is a universal teacher. He should be able to answer all children's questions, be able to "wake up and support" the desire to communicate and perceive the world around him through feelings, emotions. He is both a musician and a singer, a dancer and an artist, a scriptwriter and director of holidays. I like to see the successes of the guys - my graduates, to see in them a piece of my invested work. Many continue to be engaged in creativity: they sing and dance, attending various circles in the House of Culture of our city. It is very warm and joyful in my soul when, in front of your eyes, a child “opens up”, becomes a little artist, always strives with desire to the music hall: he wants to sing, dance, play, learn, create ... I, as a music director, united with educators, is capable of much, because music is that necessary stimulus that helps to achieve the set goals in the all-round development of children, a constant guide to the delicate strings of their soul.

Essay on the topic "My choice"

participant of the municipal competition "Relay of pedagogical skills" among specialists of preschool educational institutions

Tatiana Vladislavovna Sidorova, Music Director of the Municipal Autonomous Preschool Educational Institution "Child Development Center - Kindergarten"

“Music inspires the whole world, supplies the soul

wings, promotes the flight of imagination;

music gives life and fun to everything that exists ...

It can be called the embodiment of all that is beautiful and all that is sublime. "

Plato

I dreamed of becoming a music teacher since childhood: I introduced all my friends to musical notation and taught me how to play the piano. As far back as I can remember, I have always developed organizational skills: I organized mass games in the yard, agitated acquaintances and friends to participate in various competitions and festivals, and also spent the whole summer in a pioneer camp. But, despite all this, my path to the profession of a musical director was long, although pedagogy accompanied my whole life: I worked as a music teacher at school, and then at the Children's Art School. The practice was full-fledged: I mastered all the subtleties of the craft.

I don't know if it was the intrigues of fate, family circumstances (the birth of a son) or a call of the heart, but here I am - a musical director in a kindergarten. I remember how I was always frightened by the thought: "How terrible is it to be responsible for so many small children?" But, surprisingly, everything was not so scary. I did not think that I would be so comfortable surrounded by babies. I easily joined the team, feeling support from colleagues.

Every day, when I come to work, I see children's burning eyes that expect a holiday, a surprise, a fairy tale from me. I am one of those people who believe that life is a movement, and you need to go forward without being afraid of anything: I want my students to come to my class, catch my every word, follow my every move, listen to me with wide open eyes. And this is not so easy to achieve: you need to know a lot, read a lot, search, reject the unnecessary, find again. And most importantly, you need to work hard on yourself. The profession of a music director requires tremendous work: sometimes you have to forget about yourself, your personal life, and completely devote yourself to creativity and children. For me, every day does not start in the morning, but late in the evening, when after the next working day, having finished all the household chores, I start planning work for the next day: attacking the Internet, watching a lot of dances, listening to an endless number of songs, composing a suitable game, mentally replay each lesson.

My pupils are growing up, enter the Children's Art School and various creative associations, music inspires and inspires them as before, which means that my efforts were not in vain. And it was not in vain that I preferred this profession.

“All forms of art serve the greatest of

arts - the art of living on earth! "

B. Brecht.

The profession of a music director provides a unique opportunity to come into contact with one of the greatest human creations - music. It was she who was given the power to make our hearts rejoice and sad, admire and experience. Music ennobles, makes the moral side of a person cleaner. "The Musical Man" has always been appreciated in society at all times. This person is spiritually rich, creative, capable of doing good, creating beauty. And it is very important that it is at the preschool age that a person has in his hands the key from the magic door to the world of beauty, which carries a bright, kind, noble soul to the soul. And, in my opinion, the mission of the music director is precisely this - to give the child this “magic key”.

The first impressions of art, of people who give us art, remain in the memory of a person for a long time, sometimes for a lifetime. The memories of the musical director of my preschool childhood still live in my memory. She seemed to me a mysterious sorceress - kind and beautiful. And most importantly, she, like a fairytale fairy, day after day more and more opened the door for me to the mysterious and enchanting world of music, fascinated my imagination with dazzling musical colors. Sometimes, secretly from everyone, I made my way into the music hall, climbed on, then too high for me, a chair near the “fabulous” musical instrument, which adults called the piano, opened the lid of the instrument and for a long time, carefully pressing the keys, listened to the sounds. These sounds fascinated, awakened feelings that were inexplicable for me then, carried me away to the magical fairy world of musical colors ... And it was then, being a very little girl, sitting at the first piano in my life, I decided: also a magician ... ”Years passed, in my life there was a music school, and a music school, and many years of teaching practice. And here I am, an accomplished musical director, and now I myself give my pupils the “magic world of music”. My childhood dream has come true. And never, over the years of my musical and pedagogical practice, have I regretted choosing my profession.

Musical director is not a position, it is a vocation! It is impossible to teach to love and understand what you don’t love and don’t understand yourself. The profession I have chosen is devoid of routine, monotony and boredom. It allows you to constantly absorb inexhaustible life energy, to feel yourself in constant movement, search, requires the disclosure of the inner world, makes it possible to reveal versatile creative potential. All this I give to my pupils. I try, by means of music, to contribute to the formation of a comprehensively developed harmonious personality, to give children the opportunity to give birth to those emotions and feelings in them that would make them dream, think, create, empathize, help distinguish the beautiful from the "ugly", good from bad.

All this requires tremendous preparation, everyday emotional mood, constant self-education. Preschoolers are an inquisitive “little people”. They always demand something new, interesting and emotional. Therefore, you always have to keep up with the times, look for new methods, approaches, technologies. This is required by both modern life and modern education. The main task of the musical director of the preschool educational institution is the development of musical abilities in children. I try to teach them to perceive and understand music, various types of art, teach them to sing, dance, teach self-expression, the ability to show their unique individuality, to create beauty. For this purpose, I include in my pedagogical practice such innovative methods and technologies as: developments by T. T. Tyutyunnikova - elementary creative music-making; dance and game gymnastics "SA-FI-DANCE" Zh. E. Firileva, EG .. Saykina; health-preserving technologies - mobile music games, dynamic pauses, finger, breathing exercises, logo rhythmics. My priority areas in the development of musical abilities in preschoolers are Russian musical folklore, musical and theatrical activities. At this point in time, in connection with modern educational requirements, in the mode of transferring work to the Federal State Educational Standard of DO, I use the design method in my educational work with children.

Of course, the role of a music director is not limited to the development of children's musical and creative abilities. By means of music, the cognitive activity of preschoolers is formed, activated, and the formation of the social and moral side of the future personality takes place. I try to put in my pupils the foundations of philanthropy, justice, love and affection for close people, for their native land, for their Fatherland. In this regard, I include in my work with children works of the appropriate orientation, both traditional and non-traditional musical leisure, holidays, entertainment, concert programs: "Defender of the Fatherland Day", a concert for the Day of the Border Guard, for the "Mother's Day", entertainment and holidays "Cherlak side", "Maslenitsa", "National Unity Day",…. For the same purpose, I cooperate with the social microsphere surrounding the preschool educational institution - public cultural institutions: the local museum of local lore, the school of arts (concerts, excursions), the Children's Art House (where children get the opportunity not only to communicate with their peers, but also to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, artistic ability), with the House of Culture.

In my opinion, a music director should be a universal teacher. He must be able to answer all the countless children's "why?" Sometimes it's difficult! But it's worth it"! Because it is "extraordinarily" pleasant as a result to see in the pupils a part of their invested work. It is very warm and joyful in your soul, when in front of your eyes a child “opens up”, becomes a “little artist”, always strives with desire to the music hall: he wants to sing, dance, play, learn, create ...

And let my students not become outstanding composers or vocalists, the main thing is that they will grow up to be real people who can think, feel, see the beauty around them, people who are able to give their creativity, joy to others, benefit their native land, their Fatherland - they will learn the greatest of arts - the art of living on earth.

Essay "My profession is a music director"

Essay -"MY PROFESSION - MUSIC LEADER»

"Children should live in the world of beauty, games, fairy tales, music, drawing, fantasy, creativity." V. Sukhomlinsky

"Music is the universal language of mankind"... These are the words of the famous American poet Henry Longfellow. And I would also add - the language of communication with children. Through music, song, melodious folk tunes - you can instill in a child a sense of beauty and love for the homeland.

I was born into a family where there was no professional musicians but the songs were played often. I remember well the clear and strong voice of my mother, the favorite song of dad r. n. NS. "A young Cossack walks along the Don", I remember the sounds of an accordion, on which my mother's brothers played wonderfully. From early childhood I was an active participant in all home concerts. At that time, a music school opened in our village and, of course, I was on the list of children music school students in the accordion class. After finishing school, I did not hesitate to enter the Tula Pedagogical School №1. After distribution, she came to her native village as a music teacher at a comprehensive school. It all seemed to be OK: the children loved me, the teachers respected me, but the desire to work with the kids still won out. And now for more than 30 years I have been working in kindergarten No. 3, p. Warm musical the head.

My the most wonderful profession, the most extraordinary and noble, profession -"musical supervisor» .

Musical supervisor- this is not just a position, this is a title that must be carried with dignity, it is a huge responsibility to preschool children, who then go out into the big life. I am happy that mine profession and my hobby is one whole. This is my life's work. And that sage is right who said that you cannot instill love for what you don’t love yourself.

The world around a person is a natural world with an infinite wealth of phenomena, with inexhaustible beauty. My main mission is to bring this beauty to every kid so that he can see, understand and feel all the beauty of this wonderful world. Education with beauty ennobles souls, removes "Thick skin", refines the child's feelings so much that he becomes receptive to the word, painting, music. Sometimes this does not happen right away, but you have to wait, believe in the child, and then he will definitely fall in love with the beautiful.

I, like a kind sorceress, open the door to the mysterious and mysterious world of music, captivating the imagination of children with new dazzling colors.

“Music is like rain, drop by drop

seeps into the heart and revives it "

What a joy it is to see the enthusiastic eyes of children when, for the first time in their life, they begin to understand the language of music, its speech, intonation, and soon concepts: timbre, rhythm, form, genre become close and simple for them, which means that every child gradually becomes an educated, intellectually developed and cultured person. I myself really love to sing, and I devote a huge place in my work to the development of singing skills in the classroom and in circle work. Summarized the experience of this theme: "Development of singing skills in preschool children in music lessons and a vocal circle." My pupils also love to sing, they participate in many competitions and, at the same time, win prizes, and I, together with them and their parents, worry about them and rejoice at their successes and victories. In my classes, children not only listen to the works of Rimsky-Korsakov, Tchaikovsky, Schumann, Sviridov, etc., but also reproduce in singing, movements, playing musical instruments, "Living" music through the image. Independent creative search gives an opportunity to reveal future talent. Once a great teacher V. Sukhomlinsky said: "Believe in the talent and creative powers of each pupil!"

And I believe in helping him to open up.

Yes, music certainly awakens the senses. The most powerful and necessary of them, perhaps, is love for the native land. My task, as a teacher, is to form respect for the traditions and culture of my people, develop national self-awareness, teach me to understand the role of the family, my place in it. In the classroom, children learn about the life, everyday life, activities of their people, get acquainted with ancient household items, forgotten words and concepts. Developed my work program "Revival of folk traditions", I am the founder of the mini-museum. I named him "Upper room"... Antiquities are the subject-developing environment of this direction and serve as decorations for the design of folk holidays, get-togethers, etc.

Children show the acquired knowledge at wonderful, unusually colorful holidays! "Oseniny", "Evening gatherings", "Christmastide", "Wide Shrovetide", Easter ... is a joy for everyone. Children are really delighted when they succeed. Often, props, musical instruments (rattles, sounding boxes, elements of costumes we make with the children ourselves, parents support our noble endeavor and try to help in every possible way. Usually such holidays end with tea drinking and always with a Russian samovar, gingerbread, dried various sweets. Sincere words of gratitude from parents, educators, children themselves - real happiness for me and the appreciation of my work.

Thanks to musical pursuits, where all kinds of musical activities: listening, singing, musical rhythmic movements, games, performances, playing children's musical instruments, creativity, etc., children acquire various knowledge, abilities and skills. The children develop hearing, a sense of rhythm, singing and dancing skills, and their performing abilities are revealed.

The success of work on the musical development and upbringing of children is impossible without the joint activities of the musical the head and teachers of the preschool educational institution, whose work is aimed primarily at preserving the health of children. Science has proven that musical development is inextricably linked with the physical well-being of the child. Singing develops the vocal apparatus, speech, strengthens the vocal cords, and regulates the breathing of children. Rhythm improves the child's posture, coordination, confidence and flexibility of movements. Listening to music promotes mental health. In this regard, I include in my teaching practice innovative methods and health-preserving technologies - mobile music games, dynamic pauses, finger games, breathing exercises, logo rhythmics, music therapy.

All this requires tremendous preparation, everyday emotional mood, constant self-education. With great interest I always get acquainted with the experience of my colleagues in the region, and at the All-Russian level, I try to follow the latest in methodological developments in the field of musical education and apply them in my practice.

Professional portrait of a teacher"Draw" his Affairs: skillfully organized educational activities, interestingly spent holidays, spectacles, entertainment, smiles on the faces of children and, of course, creative business contacts with parents.

Parents attend various musical events. They observe how far their children have made a step in their development. And in order for these steps to be more confident, it is simply necessary to work in close contact with the parents of the pupils. After all, the modern world, unfortunately, pushes into the background close communication with their children, conversations, listening "Children's" music in the family circle, singing lullabies to children ... But this is so necessary for every child! How right are those who argue that children should be protected from the effects of heavy rhythms and disharmony, which are often heard by modern children in the family. Therefore, I try to involve parents in joint activities with children and preschool teachers in preparation for various events; I regularly speak at parent-teacher meetings, conduct individual consultations, post information in information stands, use movable folders, etc.

"If at the most tender age, when a person is so receptive to all that is beautiful, we awaken the artist in him, develop his ear and give the necessary knowledge, then the subsequent life of our people will become immeasurably richer and fuller." (D. Shostakovich).

What is contemporary music head at preschool educational institution? This is a teacher, psychologist, accompanist, artistic supervisor, choreographer, screenwriter, sound engineer, stage director of performances and concerts, designer and costume designer in one person. Life does not stand still. Generations of children change, their interests change. And, in order to be interesting for your pupils, to know what they are "Breathe", they just need to be interested "Keep abreast of the time"... After years of rich musical life in kindergarten, I realized for myself how important the work of a musical the head for the kindergarten in general. This musical world is the soul of every preschool educational institution. Music brings together children, their parents, educators. The communication properties of music are strong and unique. Perhaps this is too loud, but I think that every musical supervisor must strive to be worthy "Face" kindergarten.

Sometimes it's difficult! But it's worth it! Because it is extremely pleasant as a result to see in the pupils the result of their work. It is very warm and joyful in my soul when a child is in front of your eyes "Revealed" becomes "Little artist", always strives with desire to the musical Hall: he wants to sing, dance, play, learn, create. And how nice it is to see your graduates in the various creative teams of our village and to realize that you also contributed to the development of the child's creative abilities, prompted the parents, directed, gave a ticket to the huge world of art! I am ready to develop, learn and stay "Fairy of music" for their pupils and beyond. I am musical leader and proud of it!

Its essay I would like to end with the words of the famous musicologist, teacher Mikhail Kazinika: “If you want your kids to take the first possible step towards the Nobel Prize, start not with chemistry, but with music. Because music is food for the brain, all subsequent scientific discoveries are hidden in the structures of music. I. Einstein with a violin, and Planck at the piano - not an accident, not a whim, but a divine necessity. "

Our life is like a kaleidoscope, turn the mirror tube and the picture will change. Times are changing, everything around is changing, colors, emotions, impressions are renewed. That's just what the pattern will turn out - no one can predict. We do not know what lies ahead. What changes await the world? What will our country be like? Who is destined to conquer the peaks, and who will remain at their foot? .. And yet, no matter what happens, we believe in a better, brighter future. And the future is, first of all, our children - small and sweet, fragile and helpless.

How multifaceted, multi-colored, versatile the worldview of a young creature will be, how open his soul will be to everything beautiful, how much he will become necessary for the people around him - all this already now, today depends on us, adults. Not to deceive his expectations, not to destroy his dreams, not to allow a rude intrusion into his small pure reality - perhaps this is the main thing that each of us should remember at every moment.

For me, my first music teachers were like celestials. More than four decades have passed, and I distinctly remember how fascinated I was watching the nimble fingers of Galina Vasilievna, the musical director of the kindergarten in which I spent my childhood. Fingers that "flew" over the keys of an old black piano. The keys seemingly chaotically pushed through and immediately took their original position, at the same time giving us, children, the magical, enchanting sounds of music. It was extremely interesting for me to observe all this action ...

Galina Vasilievna was young and very beautiful, her whole appearance in my understanding was the embodiment of everything beautiful and everything sublime. Who would have thought then that I was also destined to choose the profession of a music director in my adult life.

For a quarter of a century, I have been opening the doors of a kindergarten that has become my own family every day. Every day I have clear, concrete tasks for the upbringing and development of the folks entrusted to me. The life of a teacher consists of everyday life, full of anxiety and excitement, joys and sorrows, daring and searching. The life of a teacher is an eternal test of wisdom and patience, professional skill and human originality.

And I more and more often remember that, my childhood, trying to realize my destiny, to understand what every kid who crosses the threshold of our music hall expects from me. I am happy that I am the one who has to lead the child into the enchanting and mysterious, solemn and sad, full of new and unexplored world of music, the very art that cannot be seen or touched. An art that a child's heart can understand and accept, or not understand and never let into itself.

Again and again I work on every facet, polish every millimeter, sincerely rejoice at every, even small result. I try to pass all the feelings, experiences of children through my soul and heart.

Raising children, I get the right to carefully, carefully enter the space of childhood, filling its precious minutes with communication, play, creativity, passing on to the children everything that I once received from my respected teachers.

I believe that the essence of my profession is not only to give knowledge that I own, but, to a greater extent, my task is to help children see and unleash the creative potential that nature has in them. I consider my profession to be of paramount importance, as I participate in the formation of a full-fledged spiritual personality of a little person.

And no matter which path each of them chooses as they grow up, the main thing is not to extinguish his inner spark in the present. This is the high mission of the teacher. Only then can I be sure that I have lived up to children's expectations. Only under this condition will my little crystal, my little man, sparkle with millions of joyful radiant faces. A person destined to live in the future.
