"We are seeking not the truth, but the effect of propaganda!"

Goebbels's ten rules that still work

70 years ago, on October 29, 1944, Joseph Goebbels celebrated his last birthday. Goebbels is perhaps the most famous "classic of propaganda" in the history of mankind, whose "creative heritage" is relevant and in demand to this day. Suffice it to say that it was Goebbels who came up with the technique commonly used by modern advertisers. After becoming editor-in-chief of the National Socialist newspaper Der Angriff (Attack) in 1927, he first posted the cryptic message "Attack with us?" On billboards. The second poster announced: "We attack on July 4th!" Finally, a third explained that Attack is a new weekly publication. As history has shown, it was the most “vegetarian” innovation of the future “classic”.

"The worst enemy of propaganda is intellectualism"

Shortly afterwards appointed as Reichsleiter of propaganda, Goebbels formulated fundamental professional postulates, here are the main ones:

- "guns and bayonets are nothing if you do not possess the hearts of the nation";

Possession of the masses is the only goal of propaganda;

Any means are good to achieve this goal, the main thing is that the propaganda is effective;

Accordingly, in addition to “white”, truthful information, it is necessary to use “gray”, that is, half-truths, and “black” - outright lies: “we are not trying to achieve the truth, but the effect”;

Moreover, “the more monstrous the lie, the more willingly they believe in it” and the faster it spreads;

"Advocacy should work more on the senses than on the mind."

And so that the crowd did not have doubts, the "messages" should be primitive, without details, at the level of a monosyllabic slogan: "the worst enemy of propaganda is intellectualism";

In other words, "propaganda should affect the senses more than the mind," and therefore be bright, catchy;

For the best assimilation of the message “we are obliged to speak in a language understandable to the people,” and even in different languages - one for the capital, the other for the provinces, one for the workers, the other for the employees;

To exalt the leaders and the people, constantly maintaining a high degree of ideological pathos and hysteria;

Endlessly repeating propaganda chatter: after all, it is difficult not to succumb to its magic, if an increasing number of people around you believe in it.

Researchers of Goebbels' activities tell how skillfully he used the "incident in Nemmersdorf", when during the offensive in East Prussia in October 1944, the Red Army shot 11 peaceful Germans. Goebbels's propaganda machine unfolded an epic panorama of the atrocities of Soviet soldiers, who allegedly raped and then disfigured and killed more than 60 German women. The falsified "pictures from the scene of the tragedy" drummed into the citizens of the Reich: do not give up!

"One people, one Reich, one Fuhrer"

Goebbels was one of the first to understand that an idea would be absorbed by the population much better if it is personified in the images of heroes and enemies, who are not a sin to come up with. This is how the "Martyr, National Socialist Christ Horst Wessel" appeared. Well, thanks to the efforts of “Dr. Goebbels,” the Fuehrer naturally became the god-father: “It doesn't really matter what we believe, the main thing is to believe. A people without religion is like a person without breathing. " The "godmaster" Goebbels himself admitted: "My party is my church."

The author of a three-volume biography of Hitler, Joachim Fest, cites a case when, during the election campaign of 1932-33, Goebbels deliberately delayed his speech so that the sun would come out from behind the clouds just at the moment Hitler appeared. Those elections were crowned with the triumph of the Nazis, and the religious Goebbels, struck by church rituals as a child, along with millions of compatriots, received a new deity: "One people, one Reich, one Fuhrer." "When the Fuehrer speaks, it affects like worship," - thanked the Reichsminister on the day of Hitler's 53rd birthday.

"The German people do not need to know what the Fuhrer intends to do, they do not want to know it"

The elections of 1933 went down in history for one more circumstance: Hitler and Goebbels were almost the first to resort to modern means of transport, primarily aviation, "spilling" up to three dozen cities in a week. Goebbels generally paid close attention to technical innovations. By 1939, thanks to the hire-purchase program, 70% of German families listened to the radio (in 1932 there were three times less of that), "radio points" were located in enterprises and in public places. At the same time, television was emerging, and Goebbels dreamed of a "miracle" when "a living Fuhrer enters every house": "We must be with the people every evening after a hard day and explain to them what they misunderstood during the day," set the task Goebbels. At the same time, in his opinion, broadcasting should be limited to news, speeches, sports reports and entertainment programs: "The German people do not need to know what the Fuhrer intends to do, they do not want to know it."

These tasks were (and are) being solved by the next generations of propagandists, who, following their "teacher", realize that television is an unsurpassed supplier of ready-made, integral, controlled images that cannot be argued with. And Goebbels managed to use TV to cover the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Needless to say, his skill turned the Olympics into a grandiose "exhibition of the achievements" of Hitlerite Germany.

The lessons of the Bolsheviks

The propaganda and organizational talents of Goebbels manifested themselves in full force with the coming of the Nazis to power in January 1933. Becoming a minister, Goebbels used another powerful resource - a repressive one. The role of internal and external "enemies of the people", guilty of all the problems of the state and society and subject to merciless extermination, was prepared for liberals, Jews and Bolsheviks (by the way, before meeting Hitler, Goebbels was not an anti-Semite, he treated Russians with respect, extolling Dostoevsky and Tolstoy, and recognized the Bolsheviks as his mentors; and indeed, the products of Bolshevik and Nazi propaganda bear striking similarities).

A month and a half after the Nazis came to power, bonfires from the list of prohibited books flared throughout Germany.

Already in March 1933, bonfires from the list of prohibited books, including those of Tolstoy and Dostoevsky, were lit all over Germany. To deal with dissent forever, censorship was introduced, independent publications were closed, journalists were declared civil servants, “enemies” were expelled from editorial offices, from cinema, literature, painting, and science. Those who were lucky escaped in emigration, the rest of the "degenerates" ended up in prisons and concentration camps, such as Theodor Wolf, editor-in-chief of the liberal newspaper Berliner Tageblatt, who at one time recklessly rejected fifty articles of the then unknown Goebbels.

“Over the 12 years of the Third Reich's existence, not a single worthy work of art has been created in the country, not a single talented book has been written,” notes the German-based publicist Yuri Veksler (in fairness, let's mention the legendary documentary filmmaker Leni Riefenstahl). But how could this embarrass Goebbels, whose goal was to capture the hearts of the "average Germans"?

"He became the first victim of his propaganda"

The apotheosis of Goebbels' activity is called a two-hour speech about "total war to a victorious end", delivered by him in February 1943, after the defeat at Stalingrad (according to a historical tale, leaving the podium, the orator coldly said: "It was an hour of idiocy, if I shouted: “Throw yourself out of the window” - they would do that too ”). However, no efforts of Goebbels saved neither the Reich, nor the Fuhrer, nor himself, nor his wife Magda and six children from disaster.

No efforts of Goebbels saved either himself or his wife Magda and six children.

Believing in Hitler's supernatural abilities, not only the masses, but also members of the "inner circle" lost the ability to critically perceive reality, fenced off from messages that spoke about the true state of affairs, and indulged in complacent illusions. As the German publicist and playwright Rolf Hochhut writes, in his 1945 diaries, Goebbels claims that the Fuehrer will still perform "a decisive feat for the war." "He became the first victim of his propaganda," Hohhut writes.

They say that in a patch of land near the Reich Chancellery, where Soviet soldiers found the burnt corpses of Hitler and Goebbels, they later smashed a playground.

Below are 10 popular quotes about the USSR and the Third Reich. Their "authors" never said this, but in fact the quotes are correct. And those to whom they are credited often acted in this way in life.

1. "The bigger the lie, the sooner it will be believed."(J. Goebbels).

Goebbels never said this. This was written by Hitler about the role of Jews and Marxists in the defeat of Germany in the First World War ("Mein Kampf", ch. 10): "These gentlemen proceeded from the correct calculation that the more monstrous you lie, the sooner they will believe you." True, although Goebbels never said such a phrase, he acted as minister of propaganda exactly in accordance with this motto. By the way, there is really one aphorism, the author of which is Goebbels, the phrase has firmly entered the Russian language, but no one knows who invented it. "All ingenious is simple"(J. Goebbels, article "Twenty tips for a dictator and those who want to become one", 1932)

Paul Padua. "The Fuhrer Says" (1939).
As Albert Speer said in his last word at Nuremberg: " With the help of such technical means as radio and loudspeakers, independent thinking was taken away from eighty million people ... "

2. "USSR - Upper Volta with missiles"(Helmut Schmidt, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany in 1974-82)

There is no evidence of where or when he said this. The fact that Schmidt is the possible author of this aphorism was first mentioned in a 1993 book written by a group of American Sovietologists. It is given there as an assumption, and with a characteristic proviso: "If Schmidt had come to such a discovery during Brezhnev's time, he could have shared it only with his wife, deep in the night and under a blanket ...". This is a hint that West Germany during Schmidt's time was not in a position to fight like that against the Soviet Union. 500 thousand soldiers, 8000 tanks and how many missiles of all kinds were in the GDR, one might say, under the windows of Schmidt.

Most likely, the authors of the aphorism are Western journalists. Perhaps the first to be publicly voiced by the Financial Times journalist David Buchan in his article "Soviet export of technology" dated 09/14/1984. accurately reflected the essence of the USSR: military power to the detriment of everything else.

Igor Myasnikov. "Time program"(1978).
1978 painting. At this time, the USSR annually produced 200 intercontinental and more than 1000 cruise missiles, 10 nuclear submarines, and 1500 combat aircraft. In year! There was also a struggle with America for influence in Angola and Nicaragua. What the Vremya program told these people in the hut.

3. "No man - no problem"(I.V. Stalin)

Another version of the same aphorism: "We have no irreplaceable people." Alas, Stalin did not say anything like that. Both phrases were invented by Soviet writers. "There is a person - there is a problem, no person - no problem" - this is from the novel by Anatoly Rybakov "Children of the Arbat" (1987). And "there are no irreplaceable people" - from the play "Front" by Alexander Korneichuk (1942). Moreover, Korneichuk, a Ukrainian Soviet playwright and a 5-time (!) Winner of the Stalin Prize in the field of art, was also NOT the author of this aphorism. He only translated into Russian the slogan of the French Revolution of 1789-94. The Commissioner of the Convention, Joseph Le Bon, responded with this phrase to a petition for clemency from an aristocrat.

In 1793, the Viscount de Guiselin, arrested for political unreliability, asked to save his life, since his education and experience could still be useful to the Republic (as he thought). To which the Jacobin commissar replied: "There are no irreplaceable people in the Republic!" It is interesting that two years after that, in 1795, other revolutionaries sent Commissioner Le Bon himself to the guillotine. Well, there are no irreplaceable people!

Egil Veydemanis. "Butovo. NKVD shooting range. 1937-1938."(2003)

4. "Stalin took Russia with a plow, and left with an atomic bomb"(Winston Churchill).

Churchill never said that. Although on the basis of the military alliance of 1941-45. really treated Stalin with respect. Even in the Fulton speech on March 5, 1946, which began the Cold War between the West and the USSR, Churchill said: "I deeply admire and honor the valiant Russian people and my wartime comrade Marshal Stalin." This really did not prevent Churchill, in the same speech, to accuse the USSR of planting communism and tyranny in Eastern Europe. By the way, the expression "iron curtain" came from the same speech.

As for the phrase about the plow and the atomic bomb, its true author is the Stalinist Nina Andreeva from St. Petersburg, the author of the sensational article "I can not sacrifice my principles" (newspaper "Soviet Russia" March 13, 1988). She quoted it as a "Churchill quote". The quote turned out to be fake, but its essence corresponds to the facts.

Most likely this is a variation on the article about Stalin in the British Encyclopedia of 1956, which the Sovietologist Isaac Deutscher wrote: the second industrially developed country in the world. This was not the result of purely material progress and organizational work. Such achievements would not have been possible without an all-encompassing cultural revolution, during which the entire population attended school and studied very hard. "

Vitaly Tikhov. "Stakhanovka plant named after OGPU"(1930s).
Everything was. You can't erase a word from a song. And factories, and stakhanovka, and the OGPU. By the way, the plant them. OGPU is now LOMO OJSC. Privatized in the 1990s. Works. Now it is owned by three families (one of them is the former minister Klebanov), as well as the guys from the former MMM voucher fund. Well, good. At least three families, but came to a bright future.

5. "I thought that I would die of old age. But when Russia, which fed all of Europe with bread, began to buy grain, I realized that I would die of laughter" (Winston Churchill).

For the first time the USSR began to buy grain in the West on a large scale (more than 1 million tons) - in 1963 the scale grew and in 1984 reached 46 million tons. Churchill died in 1965 when he was 90 years old. Indeed, in his lifetime, he found Russia the world's largest exporter of grain (1900-1913), and found the beginning of the reverse process - how the USSR began to turn into the world's largest importer of bread. There is only one problem: Churchill did NOT say this.

Vasily Borisenkov. "In the cabbage fields"(1958).
People in city clothes pick cabbage in the fields. In the USSR, there was a custom, not known in Western countries, to drive townspeople in the fall to pick vegetables in the countryside. Students were forcibly involved in agricultural labor (for 1-2 months, the price of the issue is deduction), for a day or two they could take out schoolchildren, workers of city enterprises, etc. And yet, throughout the history of the USSR, there were queues in stores for groceries.

Alexey Sundukov. "Queue"(1986)
Queues were generally a trademark of the USSR. A dismal and difficult sight ... The disappearance of food queues in Russia after 1991 is the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century.

6. "Do not regret the soldier, women still give birth!"(Marshal Zhukov).

Zhukov did not say this. Here again is the case when the "author" of the quotation did not utter such words, but actually acted in this way. The true author of "The women are still giving birth" is not known. According to one version, it was Field Marshal Apraksin during the battle with the Germans at Gross-Jägersdorf (1757, Seven Years War). The general refused to send cavalry into the attack, allegedly saying: "The horses are braided with gold, but the soldiers will still give birth to women." According to another version, it was the wife of Nicholas II who wrote in a letter to the Tsar on August 17, 1916. The Tsarina complained to her husband about the Minister of War Bezobrazov, who, in her opinion, ineptly killed the guards units at the front:

"He criminally ruined your guard ... This should not go unpunished. Let him suffer, but others will benefit from this example .... I wish I had talked about this more persistently at the headquarters, and, moreover, not with Alekseev, your prestige would be saved ... Generals know that we still have many soldiers in Russia, and therefore do not spare lives , but they were superbly trained troops and it was all in vain. "

By itself, the letter does not say anything, except that Queen Alix interfered in military affairs, up to attempts to give instructions to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief (Nicholas II) and Chief of Staff of Headquarters, General Alekseev. As for "women are still giving birth" - in her letter she just regrets such methods of waging war. The generals know that there are a lot of people in Russia, therefore they do not spare the soldiers and destroy in vain ... It is likely, given the subsequent revolutions, that the words of the empress were changed for propaganda purposes, the meaning was changed to the opposite (instead of condemnation - approval), well, the phrase went to the people.

Denis Bazuev. "Stop!"(2004)
A series of paintings "Battle for Leningrad" by a contemporary artist. D. Bazueva. In 1941-42. Soviet troops near Leningrad constantly went on attacks, trying to break the blockade. Some German machine gunners, they say, went crazy ...

7. "German school teacher won the Franco-Prussian war"(Otto von Bismarck).

A popular phrase that implies that a nation that is superior to the enemy in education and general culture is more effective in waging war. However, Chancellor Bismarck did not say that. This was said by the professor of geography from Leipzig, Oskar Peschel, and not about the Franco-Prussian war (1870-71), but about the Austro-Prussian war (1866), in which the Germans also won. In July 1866, Oskar Peschel wrote in a newspaper article: "... Public education plays a decisive role in the war ... When the Prussians beat the Austrians, it was a victory for a Prussian teacher over an Austrian school teacher." This attention to learning remained with the Germans even later. A Russian officer in tsarist Russia studied at a military school for 2 years, as much as a sergeant major among the Germans.

Emil Scheibe. "Hitler at the front"(1943).
This is how the Germans painted themselves. It is somehow doubtful that someone here could go crazy from the number of people shot from a machine gun ...

8. "When I hear the word" culture "- my hand reaches for the pistol"(Hermann Goering).

Sometimes it is also attributed to Goebbels. But neither one nor the other said this. This is a phrase from the play "Schlageter" by the playwright Hans Jost (1933). Hans Jost was a Nazi, laureate of the "Grand Prize of the NSDAP" in the field of art and an SS Gruppenfuehrer. After World War I, the victorious Allies briefly occupied the Rhineland, Germany's main industrial region. The country capitulated, the monarchy collapsed, the Kaiser fled, everyone resigned themselves. But there was one fanatic, Albert Schlageter, a former front-line officer. who kept on fighting. He derailed French trains. He was caught and shot in 1923.

Nazi propaganda made this Rhine partisan a hero. In the play by Hans Jost, he discusses with his friend whether it is worth spending time studying (getting involved in culture) if the country is under occupation. The friend replies that it is better to fight than to learn, and that at the word "culture," he unloads his Browning. And it was from this phrase, after a series of creative revisions, that Goering's "quote" came out.

Kukryniksy. "End"(1947-48).
These guys are going to need Browning for a different purpose now.

9. "Russia is a prison of peoples"(V.I. Lenin).

In the USSR, this phrase was often used in propaganda to compare tsarist and Soviet Russia. There is an empire where non-Russian nationalities were oppressed, here is a voluntary union and friendship of peoples. Lenin did use this aphorism in his works, but he was not its author. But who was the author - they did not advertise in the USSR. For bad thoughts could inspire.

Author - Marquis de Custine, book "Russia in 1839" describing Nicholas Russia (the time of Nicholas I) with the murderous characteristics of the Russian political system and the Russian people as a whole. In short: Russia is not Europe, a state of universal lawlessness and "pyramidal violence". That is, the chiefs spread rot on the people, the chiefs have higher chiefs, and at the top is the king, who meant everyone, since his power is sole and irreplaceable. The rich here are not fellow citizens of the poor ... The bureaucracy is monstrous ("a land of useless formalities"). "The police, who are so agile when it comes to torturing people, are in no hurry when they turn to them for help ..." And so on. Tsapki, Evsyuk and Serdyuki, and Universal Sveta from Ivanovo. Here is such a picture, the Marquis de Custine.

The Marquis's book about his journey to Russia in 1839 was a huge success in Europe. Almost the same as the previously published book by another Frenchman, Alexis de Tocqueville, about his trip to the USA (Democracy in America, 1835). Only de Custine came and spat, and Tocqueville, on the contrary, sang the USA defirami: Anglo-Americans as a nation were originally born in freedom, equality, whence their successes and a great future, etc. Zbigniew Brzezinski once said that to understand Russian-American relations, it is enough to read only 2 books: de Custine about Russia and de Tocqueville about the United States.

Wojciech Kossak. "Circassians in Krakowskie Przedmiescie"(1912).
This is the uprising of 1863 for an independent Poland. Suppressed by Russian troops. In the role of Russians (judging by the picture of the Polish artist) certain persons of Caucasian nationality acted. A wild horde of Circassians in hats and with an Orthodox cross on the flag rushes through the city crushing people of the European kind. It is interesting that the Polish recruits were called upon by Russia to participate in the Caucasian War. One barrack of the prison of nations pacified the other and vice versa. Well, as you wish. There is no other way to build an empire from Warsaw to Alaska.

10. "Who are these gentlemen Nazis? - Murderers and homosexuals"(Benito Mussolini).

I also thought it was Mussolini. In 1934, in Austria, local Nazis assassinated Chancellor Dollfuss (an enemy of the Anschluss), with whom the Duce had good relations. Well, Mussolini threw this phrase in his hearts. In fact, it was said in an editorial in the newspaper Il Popolo di Roma (People of Rome), which was the mouthpiece of the fascist party in Italy. There, the murder of the chancellor was strongly condemned and it was said that the criminals were connected "with murderers and homosexuals in Berlin."

It was an allusion to Ernst Rohm, the leader of Hitler's stormtroopers, who was a homosexual (and many people from his entourage, too). This was the sharpest attack by the Italian fascists against their German colleagues in the entire history of their relationship. Mussolini, himself a former journalist, controlled the policy of Il Popolo di Roma, and of course, an editorial about "murderers and homosexuals" from Berlin could not come out without his knowledge. However, there is no evidence that he personally wrote this article.

In the picture: gay pride parade in London June 27, 2013 During the "night of long knives" in 1934, Hitler eliminated Rem and his gay stormtroopers, and later all homosexuals in the Reich were sent to concentration camps. But here's the paradox: the SS uniform, which was once sewn by Hugo Boss, still inspires and excites gays around the world.

Tom of Finland (Touko Laaksonen). Gay comics(1962)
He is the world's most famous author of gay graphics. Finnish artist who gained recognition in America in the 1960s. In 1941-44. fought in the Finnish army against the USSR. At that time, German troops were stationed in Finland. As the artist himself admitted, he had sexual relations with the Germans and the German form wildly aroused him. No, I do not want to say that the artist Tom of Finland is the personification of Finland's behavior in World War II. No, he just liked the form.

A long sheet dedicated to being summoned for interrogation. Like other figures from "ecology" (in fact, an organized group that sows social tension and mass psychosis everywhere), the "development director" closes his accounts on social networks from me, is forced to quote the entire full text:

WHAT I'M GOING TO TALK ABOUT IN THE INTERROGATION.
On Monday, February 3, I am going with my lawyer for interrogation as a witness in the case of the so-called extortion from the UMMC company, which is going to mine nickel in the Chernozem region amid a total protest of more than 2 years by local residents. This is a criminal case No. 57399, initiated by the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation against two residents of the Voronezh region under subparagraphs "a" and "b" of Part 3 of Art. 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - extortion as part of a group, in the presence of unidentified persons.
What am I going to talk about during the interrogation?
First of all, that the investigation should check the UMMC company for possible corpus delicti and I will talk about its numerous violations - both of the law and the rights of local residents.
I will bring to the investigator materials of an independent scientific assessment, where leading scientists, including professors of Moscow State University and Corresponding Members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, confirm the fears of local residents about the danger of the project from an environmental and socio-economic point of view. Local residents, 98% of whom, according to a survey conducted with the methodological support of the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, consider the project harmful. I will bring you extracts from the Constitution and environmental legislation, according to which local residents in their protest activity acted within the framework of the law, even if someone really wants to consider it extremism.
I will say that in May 2013 Igor Zhitenev, whom I have known for about 2 years in connection with the protests against nickel mining in Khopr, was severely beaten by security guards hired by UMMC, received serious injuries, and was undergoing treatment for a long time. After that, Igor noticed a constant deterioration in his mental health, headaches and deterioration of vision. I will say that the deputy general director of UMMC Yury Nemchinov personally offered 200 thousand rubles to Igor Zhitenev, who was arrested for extortion for extortion, after a severe beating on May 13, in order to “hush up the case,” about which there is a corresponding audio recording on the Internet. And yes, the opinion of the investigator is interesting, whether attempts to bribe by the management of the UMMC can in themselves be regarded as a criminal offense.
Why is the UMMC company doing this, on behalf of the advisor to the UMMC general director Petr Yamov, filing an extortion statement against local residents, who, according to her, promised to stop the confrontation on Khopr, although the company understood perfectly well that they would not influence in any way to stop the popular protest could?
Because, as we believe, the UMMC company is extremely interested in discrediting a wide popular movement opposing nickel mining in the Chernozem region as a project that is inexpedient for Russia from a strategic, environmental and socio-economic point of view. But, it is clear that this is not enough for the company, because the profit goes to its Cypriot offshores, and 98% of the nickel is exported abroad.
However, today we observe that the protest continues, despite the blow that the popular movement received when the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs grossly distorted the facts (which the media repeated extremely biasedly), saying that the activists of the movements "In Defense of Khopr" and "Stop Nickel "Are ransomware. Although none of the detainees at that time belonged to any of the above-mentioned movements, and for extortion, including attempts by the Deputy General Director of the UMMC Yuri Nemchinov, to bribe Zhitenev are issued.
We also believe that the UMMC company is interested in discrediting the activists for the reason that they constantly trumpet about its violations. So, LLC Mednogorskiy copper-sulfuric plant, owned by UMMC, conducts exploratory drilling on agricultural lands under a contract for the purpose of producing agricultural products. On the territory of the Elansky mining allotment, a fence was erected, capturing other people's plots, common lands, boundary strips and country roads.
Geological exploration drilling takes place near and on the territory of hazardous facilities (ammonia pipeline and gas pipeline), while the guards hired by UMMC do not forcefully allow the protection of hazardous facilities to fulfill their direct duties.
Inspection of land use on complaints about work on the territory of hazardous facilities has not yet been carried out, despite repeated legal requirements from local residents and the Investigative Committee's recognition of the fact of non-compliance with the Land Code of the Russian Federation. Residential buildings with concrete foundations have been built on the plots in violation of the City Planning Code and the Land Code; activists constantly observe how sewage is removed from the site to nearby fields.
Representatives of environmental public organizations and local residents trying to exercise their right to public environmental control, in accordance with Art. 68 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" is not allowed to the facilities.
LLC Mednogorsk copper-sulfuric plant has repeatedly violated the terms of licenses for the use of subsurface resources VRZh 15395 TR and VRZh 15396 TR. For several months the company has not provided a response to the request of local residents and regional Cossack organizations with documents substantiating the legality of the work and the legitimacy of the presence of personnel and equipment at the sites. Therefore, local residents tend to believe that the company is doing work illegally.
And, of course, I will say that the company has repeatedly disseminated false information: about the alleged start of work on January 25, 2012, so as not to violate the license, about the beginning of environmental monitoring, allegedly with the participation of local residents and a commission from the Cossacks on November 21, 2013. On October 29, 2013, the Kominternovskiy District Court of Voronezh recognized the fact of dissemination of information by the general director of Voronezhgeologiya LLC, which contracted UMMC, that at the command of Konstantin Rubakhin, geologists were beaten that did not correspond to reality and defamed the honor and dignity of the coordinator movement "In Defense of Khopr".
I assume that the investigator will be extremely interested in where the money for the protests comes from. I will say it as it is - that the lion's share of people who do not want either nickel mining or the UMMC company on their land threw off their hard-earned money in order to prevent this from happening. And that the constant statements that someone there paid for them - either Norilsk Nickel or the State Department - is a lie.
Konstantin Rubakhin, I suppose, will also become an object of investigative interest, because Bezmensky, in the interrogation footage shown on the NTV channel, gives false testimony against the coordinator of the movement "In Defense of Khopr", claiming that Zhitenev demanded money from the company on behalf of Rubakhin. Having worked side by side with Konstantin, I can tell you that, of course, he did not violate anything, he only gave widespread publicity to violations by the UMMC, which, just, bombarded law enforcement agencies with statements accusing Rubakhin of illegal actions: from organizing an extremist community to beatings of UMMC contractors. On March 25, 2013, the Novokhopersky District Prosecutor's Office responded to one of the statements signed by the Director General of the MMSK, which is part of the UMMC structure, that the quote: “Non-profit organization“ In Defense of Khopr ”headed by Rubakhin, together with other public organizations and the public in accordance with the Constitution RF and Art. 68 of the Federal Law “On Environmental Protection” since the beginning of 2012 has been exercising public control over the observance of environmental and environmental legislation in the Voronezh Region ”. The response also says that the facts of calls for extremist actions on the part of Rubakhin, indicated in the statement, are not confirmed.
Tatiana Kargina,
ECA Movement Development Director
Member of the movement "In Defense of Khopra"

If Tatyana Kargina opens her mouth during interrogation, at least on one of the topics offered to her, then she, at best, will get off with a recognizance not to leave, in connection with re-qualification from the category of a witness to a suspect of complicity. The level of the "lawyers" of would-be ecologists, I have clearly and repeatedly demonstrated on the pages of this magazine. But, if Kargina tries to use the attendance as a tribune for her frankly false, and bordering on slander and extremism, appeals and stories, I will consider her work in more detail.

1) There is not the slightest reason to suspect UMMC of any fantastic violations and crimes. It has been proven many times, incl. and supervisory authorities, and all sorts of controlling departments, that nothing connected with any sins, drawn in the inflamed brains of "anti-nickel activists" duped in the best traditions of the Goebbels movement by malicious ideological saboteurs like Kargina herself, is not and cannot be in nature. Kargina and the company, based on their own ideas about the legality and a certain right of "environmentalists" to violate these laws, accordingly perceives the activities of state institutions responsible for the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation. Of course, none of the claims, as well as the numerous shaft of waste paper, written at the suggestion of the leadership of the "movement" to the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor's Office and other organizations, have not been confirmed. That is immediately turned inside out by the "ecologists", with screams of harassment and bribery on the part of the company performing the work planned under the license. I will return to the content of the accompanying "witness" of fables and myths that roam the pages of "anti-nickel" resources on the Internet. Separately, because in itself, a lie, spiced with direct calls for violence and rebellion, is published openly, without any regard for the law. Still - for "noble purposes" the law is not written!

2. About the so-called "materials", the so-called "expertise", about which the leaders of a group of poorly educated and, often mentally ill, citizens who passionately believe in the "inevitable death of Khoper" like to repeat. Believe me, a person who has attended both the rallies and that very circle in Mikhailovskaya. Not a single specialist, with the exception of a couple of people who have long exchanged their conscience and reputation of a scientist, will not be found there among the people who signed the ridiculous agitation called "examination" for the mindless cattle. By the way, Konstantin Rubakhin, either out of play or out of stupidity, I am more willing to believe in the latter, brought this "collected works" to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin on Seliger, where he was led by white ribbon patrons like Ilya Ponomarev. Not a single serious objection to this work of all kinds of demagogues, regulars of foreign "ecoforums" of various kinds, including the shameless liar Yuri Medovar, who dreams of the same, was not found there. Further, Kargina writes about that "some want to call the lawful actions of residents extremism." What, if not extremism, can be called the actions of the "anti-nickel crowd" incited by "PR specialist" Rubakhin?
See the picture above, in which the distraught and unaccountable creatures, zombified in the best traditions of "work with the population" from the authors of all kinds of "color revolutions", are laying out almost a barricade, preventing the passage of vehicles! Look below, at the naive, but from this, even more shameless and disgusting picture below:

A man who is part of a gang of adventurers who deliberately raised a wave of mass hysteria and psychosis in the region, which ended in real ecoterrorism, believes that they have the right to open their mouths about extremism, being summoned as a witness on suspicion of extorting millions from a victim of eco-blackmail! Impudence multiplied by naivety knows no boundaries!

3. Regarding the "accusation" of the UMMC representative in the "attempt to bribe" Zhitenev, after directed by Rubakhin "Beatings"
From watching the video, it does not follow in any way that Zhitenev was beaten at all, and whether one of his "friends" struck him."autonomous chieftain". V audio recordings,

to which Kargin refers, but does not cite, one can easily hear Zhitenev himself, and, judging by the voice, none other than his deputy, Esin, are conducting a completely correct conversation, free from any signs of rally hysteria. It gets there little by little, and Rubakhin himself. The record ends on the spot, after which, according to logic, discussion of anything can be continued, up to a trade about a larger amount than 200 thousand rubles. It is characteristic that "unemployed, sick through and through" Zhitenev boasts that he can earn that kind of money in one day! The offer of money in itself, for the information of the "lawyers" advising Kargin, is not a crime at all. I have repeatedly demonstrated the stupidity and legal inconsistency of people posing as "advocates" of eco-punks. We'll have to, once again, do an educational program.

Most of all I do not like to write about Navalny's “work”, but sometimes I cannot pass by. The last time I wrote about his "analytics" concerning the Sochi Olympics. If you go through, you can see a very clear and detailed analysis of how Navalny takes numbers from the ceiling and blatantly lies. This time, our public "figure" may have smoked something, but his information does not stand up to criticism, he invented a whole "murder"!

We are talking about the scandalous film “The Seagull. Crime Drama ". In it, the authors accuse the sons and other people from the environment of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation of all mortal sins. Among others, it is said that in 2002, in order to please the economic interests of Yuri Chaika's son Artyom, the director of the Upper Lensky river shipping company Nikolai Paleny was killed, whose death was allegedly presented as a suicide by the murderer. Normally, after 13 years, suicide is called murder, only Navalny is capable of this. Do you know why murder and not suicide? In particular, it was indicated that the hands of the corpse were tied and this allegedly is one of the important evidence of the murder version.
Thirteen years later, journalists found district police officer Vladimir Kashko, who was inspecting the garage in which Singe hanged himself.

Yes, he really was brought with his hands tied. But this was done at the request of the wife of the deceased, - says the district police officer. - It was the spouse and the guard of the garage cooperative who found Paleny's body, after which they called the police. When I examined the body and the scene of the incident, where, by the way, there were no signs of a struggle, I realized that I was dealing with suicide, of which I had seen a lot and called the duty unit, called the ritual service to bring the corpse for examination - SME. When the ritual arrived and the body was removed from the noose, put on a stretcher, hands began to dangle and fall to the floor. Until they became nervous, the wife of the deceased asked to tie their hands, they were put on the chest and grabbed with a cord so that they would not fall apart. I remember that well. After that, the body was sent to the morgue.

Other eyewitnesses also confirm that the hands were tied at the request of his wife. Mr. Navalny is probably not aware that bodies are often brought to the morgue with their hands fixed so that they do not dangle during transportation. However, "The more monstrous the lie, the more willingly they will believe in it."

Although this time, businessman William Browder is behind Navalny, who initiated the adoption in the United States of the anti-Russian "Magnitsky list", where law enforcement officers, officials and politicians are entered to apply American sanctions to them. The customers are American, but the methods have not changed - lies, lies and lack of facts ...
