Preparation:

  • First of all, you should prepare croutons: Cut the bread pulp into cubes and place in the oven to dry. Make sure they don't burn. The croutons can be sprinkled with salt beforehand.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and can be baked in the oven, fried in a pan, or boiled in water if you don't eat fried foods. Be careful not to let the breast become dry. Cool the finished breast.

  • Flour - 300 gr.;
  • Butter - 150 gr.;
  • Sugar - 120 gr;
  • Egg yolk - 3 pcs.;
  • Cocoa - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
  1. Beat the yolks in a deep bowl with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Knead the softened butter with a fork, add to the yolks and mix.
  3. Sift the flour through a sieve and knead the shortbread dough/
  4. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Add cocoa to one part through a sieve and knead to form a uniform chocolate dough. We make 2 koloboks from 2 parts and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. We take out the dough balls and roll each ball out with a rolling pin on a smooth surface. The thickness of the layer is approximately 5-7 mm. Cut out hearts using a cookie cutter.
  6. If you wish, you can carefully mix the koloboks so that you later get marble cookies.
  7. We also roll out the remaining dough into a new layer and cut out new hearts until the dough is finished. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the buttons on a baking sheet already lined with baking paper and put them in the oven to bake. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  8. Cool the finished button cookies and transfer them to a plate. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Preparation:
Boil the shrimp in boiling salted water, pour out 150 ml of broth, cool the shrimp, peel and cut into small pieces. Over low heat, melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the flour in it until creamy, then add the shrimp broth and wine, heat for a minute and pour in the milk and cream. Add allspice, mustard, salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Meanwhile, separate the yolks from the whites. Add a little sauce from the frying pan to the yolks, mix well and add to the rest of the sauce, mixing well so that no lumps form (preferably with a mixer). Add shrimp to the sauce, stir and remove from heat. Cool and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, carefully fold the mixture into the sauce with shrimp and stir. Divide the resulting mixture into molds and place in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream.

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, place them in ice water and remove the skins. Grind the tomatoes using a blender. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and sauté until golden brown. Add tomatoes, garlic and herbs, add a little salt and simmer over low heat under the lid for 3-4 minutes. Then add the cloves, thyme and pepper and continue to simmer. Drain the cooked rice in a colander, place in a frying pan with the sauce and add wine. Place fish pieces on top of the rice, cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with herbs.

Beat eggs with sugar until white. Beat the butter and crush the cookies. Mix all. Add chopped marmalade, chopped lemon zest, lemon juice, raisins. Wrap in parchment and escape to the refrigerator. Required:
Sour cream 1/2 tbsp.
Butter or margarine 100g
Flour 2 tbsp.

Cooking method:
Add soda, vanillin, sugar to flour and mix. Add sour cream, butter and knead the dough. Roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-2 cm and cut out shapes with molds.

Flour 400g

Sour cream 1/2 tbsp.

Cooking method:
Sift the flour, add soda and mix. Grind butter with sugar, add sour cream. Let this mixture stand for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Then add it to the flour. Mix everything thoroughly. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm layer and cut out hearts. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Dip the finished cookies into chocolate melted in a water bath. For colored cookies: melt white chocolate and add food coloring of desired color.

Finely chop the cabbage, add salt and knead with your hands. Peel boiled eggs and separate the white from the yolk. Cut the radishes into cubes. Fold the salad, coating the layers with mayonnaise: cabbage, chicken fillet, oranges, nuts, grated cheese, green onions and herbs, radishes, grated yolks, whites. You will need:
Chicken fillet – 300g
Cheese – 200g
Marinated mushrooms (any) – 100g
Cream – ½ cup
Grated horseradish – 1 tbsp. spoon

Boil the chicken fillet and lightly fry. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (set aside some). Chop the mushrooms as desired. Whip the cream, add salt, add horseradish and pour the sauce over the salad. Mix carefully and place in a salad bowl or heart-shaped bowl. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Garnish with peas, corn, and green onions.

Preparation:
Soak the gelatin to swell as indicated in the instructions. Then you can put it in the microwave for 1 minute to dissolve it or do everything as written on the package. Add a little mayonnaise to the gelatin and beat with a mixer. Pour a little gelatin mass into a special form (for example, silicone, but if not, you can cover it with any other cling film to make the salad easier to separate) and put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes so that the gelatin hardens. We also take out the next layer, on top of the gelatin - grated boiled beets. Then grate the potatoes and pour over the gelatin mixture. Finely chopped onion, diced herring fillet and gelatin again. Then grated carrots and eggs and gelatin mass. And the layers are repeated one more time - potatoes, onions and herring (this is optional). Place in the refrigerator until hardened.

Required:
Boiled beets – 1 large.
Marinated milk mushrooms or honey mushrooms – 1 jar

Ingredients:
Boiled chicken breast – 1 piece
Boiled potatoes – 3 pcs.
Onions – 2 pcs.
Champignons – 300g
Boiled eggs – 5 pcs

For decoration - prunes.
Mayonnaise.
Cooking:
Fry mushrooms cut into strips with onions. Lay out the salad in layers, covering it with mayonnaise. Using wet hands, form swans from the first layer. Here is the order of the layers: grated potatoes (on a coarse grater);
chicken breast cut into small cubes;
mushrooms with onions;
finely grated yolks;
chopped walnuts;
grated cheese;
grated whites.
The last layer is not smeared with mayonnaise. The beak is made from prunes or olives, and the eyes are made from black peppercorns.

Any cheese – 200g
Canned sardines – 250g
Frozen butter - 50g

Preparation of 1 heart:
Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater and coat with mayonnaise. Then three ½ cheese and mayonnaise again. Place the sardines in a plate and mash with a fork and lay half of them in the next layer. Sprinkle with finely chopped onion + mayonnaise. The next layer is grated butter on a coarse grater. Then lay out the second part of the sardines and grease with mayonnaise. Grate the second part of the cheese and apply mayonnaise. The last layer is grated yolks on a coarse grater. 100g – 187 Kcal
Prepare the second heart like this: finely chop the boiled chicken hearts. Grate potatoes, cucumbers, eggs on a coarse grater (leave 3 whites to decorate the last layer). Required:
Prunes, pre-soaked in water – 200g
Smoked chicken breast – 350g
Fresh champignons – 200g

Coat all layers with mayonnaise. Sequence: chicken, yolks, prunes, cucumbers, chicken. Decorate with squirrels of different colors. In the center are chopped olives.
