Many people remember the hits of the "Propaganda" group - "Melom", "Yabloki ate" and "Super child", which once thundered all over the country. At the time of the release of these songs, the members of the group Vika Voronina, Vika Petrenko and Yulia Garanina were very young girls. Now not a trace remains of the previous composition of the group, and the girls have gone through numerous trials over the years. The soloist and author of many songs of "Propaganda" Vika Voronina shared the details of her life.

“Our first album, Babies, sold out in huge numbers. After the concerts, the fans tore off pieces of our clothes as a keepsake. We could become an unsinkable group. But, unfortunately, our relationship with Vika and Yulia did not stand the test of fame. I was fine with getting $ 100 for a concert, which was comparable to my parents' monthly salary. And the girls caught star fever. They began to show dissatisfaction with Izotov, - says Vika about the first producer of the group. - It seemed to them that he was doing everything wrong: he was shooting the video according to the wrong script, he was dressing us in the wrong clothes, etc. As a result, Sergei Evgenievich fired them. Because of this, the girls and I quarreled and stopped communicating. Only a year and a half later, Vika and Julia called me and admitted that they were wrong. We met, cried, hugged. But it was already too late. "

After this event, Voronina turned out to be the only soloist from the original composition of the group. The rest came and went, and with such a speed that the girl really could not even get to know them. According to the singer, the group has undergone changes twelve times. In addition, Izotov got another business, and he gave up producing "Propaganda" altogether.

“It was a hard blow for me. I remember that in two weeks I lost 28 kg from experiences. A loan for a car "hung" on me. There was no rich lover. Only retired parents. And I didn't know how to live on, - shares Vika. - I turned to the concert director of "Propaganda" Sergei Ivanov for support. According to Ivanov, he negotiated with Izotov for a long time and finally bought the rights to Propaganda from him. “Now I'm your producer,” he told us in the summer of 2007. We are signing new contracts with me. " I trusted the person so much that, without really delving into it, I signed everything he asked. Moreover, she signed him twice on blank sheets, which, according to him, were intended for fans. It never occurred to me that Sergei could deceive me. "

It turned out that the conditions of contact became de facto slavery for Voronina. Under the pretext of the need to pay compensation to the former producer, Ivanov took all the fees from the soloists. Also, Vika was forbidden to go to other works and sell songs of her own composition, because it was allegedly written in the contract. “He fined me for trying to communicate with some of my colleagues or their producers. In fact, I became his slave. In the summer of 2010, she could not stand it and said to Ivanov: “Seryozha, either you raise my salary, or I leave the group. I can't work anymore for that kind of money. " “I'd rather raise the salaries of other girls,” he replied. - And you, old, crooked, hunchbacked and fat, the team doesn't really need. After that, "Propaganda" worked for some time without me, "- continues Vika in an interview. "Express newspaper".

Then a series of mutual lawsuits followed, and Ivanov's persecution of Voronina. According to the girl, these problems have not been resolved to this day. However, her producer has his own opinion on this matter.

“After Voronina left, only two participants worked in“ Propaganda ”. We tried to take the third one, but no one lingered for more than three months. I still have a valid contract with Voronina, signed until 2017. It stated that if she left, she must pay a penalty of 300 thousand dollars. But I treated her with understanding and did not demand this money from her. For two years there was not a single word from her. And then Vika again wanted to return to the stage, and she needed to terminate the contract. If she came to me and asked in a human way, it would be a different conversation. But Voronina immediately sued me. At the meetings, she arranged tantrums and shamelessly lied, as if I had not paid her salary for years, - explains Ivanov. - Yes, I could give up on her and terminate the contract with her. It makes me neither cold nor hot. But Vika behaved in such a way that for the sake of principle I will not dissolve anything. "

Three soloists of the "Propaganda" group - Vika Petrenko, Vika Voronina and Yulia Garanina - became widely known to the public in the early 2000s. This happened largely due to their bright appearance and charismatic performance. But not without the help of producer Sergei Izotov, the Propaganda group attracted the attention of a multi-million Russian audience.

How it all began...

Before the girls gained popularity, they had to go through a lot of disappointments and difficulties. I had a chance to earn a living by performing at Christmas trees. The girls worked as clowns and life-size puppets, and hung around on the old Arbat, performing their own songs.

A. Kozin, director of a famous recording studio, accidentally drew attention to one of these performances. A few days later, the group "Propaganda" was introduced by him to producer S. Izotov. He helped to record the first hit for the band and brought it to the big stage. This is how the composition "Chalk" became known to the general public.

Change of line-up

But it was not easy to hold out in one team in the harsh conditions of show business. At one of the performances, the audience noticed that the "Propaganda" group had changed its composition. Instead of three girls, two took the stage, and one was completely unknown. The fans were told that Victoria Petrenko left the group, as a result of a split and "inconsistency" with the moral image of the pop stars.

Following her, Julia left the team. As expected, the renewed Propaganda group, the composition of which has changed, has also changed its image.

The new girls - Olga Moreva and Irina Yakovleva - worked on their appearance, worked on new songs and recorded their first album with great difficulty.

At the top of popularity

The album appeared in 2002 and was called "Children". After him came the remix disc. The Propaganda group reached the top lines of the charts. New clips, songs, tours led to the fact that the soloists began to be recognized, their hits were increasingly heard on the air of popular radio stations. 2003 became one of the most successful years, at this time another album "So be it" appeared. The huge popularity of Ira, Vika and Ole was brought by the song of the "Propaganda" group called "Super Baby". A video was filmed on it and a colorful disc was released, the songwriter for which was the soloist Vika Voronina. In 2004 the group won the Golden Gramophone for the composition Yay-ya.

Since the beginning of its existence, the group has already released 7 albums, toured Russia and beyond. But the "star fever" of one of the participants again led to a change in the composition. Having decided to start a solo career, in 2011 Vika Voronina left the band, her place was taken by Vika Bogoslovskaya (one of the participants in the "Star Factory"). Singing with Ira and Olya no more than six months, and she left them. And in July 2012, Maria Nedelkova joined the Propaganda group.

Constant work on images, experiments with the disco style, bright attractive appearance of the participants, talented performance allow us to stay afloat in the conditions of tough Russian show business. And today you can hear hits performed by the new line-up, which, according to critics, is in no way inferior to the original.

The Propaganda group was founded in 2001. Three teenage girls came to the well-known, at that time, producer Sergei Izotov and said that they had wonderful songs and they wanted to become famous. They were Vika Voronina, Vika Petrenko and Yulia Garanina. The producer really liked the songs and he started recording songs with the girls. During the work, it turned out that of all the three, only Vika Voronina can sing, so for the rest, “recitative parts” were written. This is how Propaganda's own style was born, but in this composition the collective existed for less than a year. Soon after the release of the first album, as Vika Voronina recalls, the girls were overwhelmed by star fever and the producer was forced to part with two of them. For some time, several brighter participants claimed their place, to whom increased demands were made in terms of vocals. As a result, Katya Oleinikova (2002-2003), Olga Moreva (2002-2006) and Ira Yakovleva (2003-2009) worked in the team for a long time. In the creativity of the "Propaganda" group, there was a turn - the rejection of recitative parts and the transition to professional lyric vocals. In addition, a fourth member appears in the collective - a musician, saxophonist Dasha.
In 2007, all rights to the "Propaganda" group are transferred to the new producer Sergei Ivanov, who worked with the collective until that moment as a director. Only Vika Voronina and Ira Yakovleva retain their places in the group of four participants, Maria Bukatar joins them. It is from this moment that the group begins to perform exclusively live, without using a phonogram of the voice. The tour schedule of the "Propaganda" group includes 10-15 concerts every month, and the girls' free days from touring are almost daily rehearsals of vocals and choreography.
Not everyone adheres to such a schedule, and in 2010 the team leaves Victoria Voronina, who dreams of finding time for solo work. And a little earlier, in 2009, instead of Ira Yakovleva, a new participant appears - Anastasia Shevchenko.

The group has a large number of national music awards ("Golden Gramophone", "Song of the Year", "Stopud Hit", "Major League", "Silver Disc", "Bomb of the Year" and many others) and is a laureate of many television festivals and competitions.
Over the years, the group has released a large number of hits, such compositions as "Melom", "Who", "Nobody", "So be it", "Rain on the Roofs", "5 minutes", "Yay-ya", "Super -Baby "and" Quanto Costa "for weeks topped various charts of radio stations and TV channels.
In 2010, such a hit was the song "You Know", the composer of which is Alexander Yankovsky. This track spent several weeks at the top of the DFM charts, and the video for this song is still on the air of music TV channels.
From that moment on, Alexander Yankovsky and Sergey Ivanov became the main authors of the subsequent tracks. This creative union brings success.
The "Propaganda" group consisting of Masha Bukatar and Nastya Shevchenko continues to delight its fans with new dance compositions and constant concerts.
In 2011, the track and at the same time the video clip "I am such" was released, which entered the DFM chart and gained more than 10 million views on YouTube. Then the group releases the album "You Know", where one of the tracks "Naberu" also appears on the air on some radio stations.
At the beginning of 2013, the tracks "Girlfriend" and "I wrote love" were released. Video clips were also filmed for these tracks, which are widely presented on TV channels.
The track "Girlfriend" has gained immense popularity among the people. Most recently, the group released a new album - "Violet Powder" and shot a video for the single "Sorry".

Victoria Voronina lived on her mother's pension for three years and lost 28 kg from worries

In the wake of the success of the NTV project “I want to go to VIA Gro”, the MUSICBOX TV channel recently launched a similar project called “Get into the“ Propaganda ”. Its participants were offered to compete for the right to become a new soloist of the "Propaganda" group, which gained fame at the beginning of the "2000s" with the hits "Mel", "Superchild" and "Eating Apples". Is it worth "getting into" Propaganda ", Vika VORONINA, a former participant and author of all the hits of the group, told us.

At the origins of the group were me and my friends from the village of Chkalovsky near Moscow - Vika Petrenko and Yulia Garanina, whom I met while studying at the circus school, - recalls Victoria. - The three of us constantly hung out at my house. I played the piano and wrote songs. And the girls performed them with me. Alexey Kozin from the CD-Land record company accidentally found our recordings in a box where cassettes and discs were thrown out in one of the Moscow nightclubs. And he persuaded to engage in our promotion of the former producer of "Inveterate Scammers" and "Guests from the Future" Sergei Izotov.
At first the group was called "Influence". Our first album "Babies" sold a huge circulation. After the concerts, the fans tore off pieces of our clothes as a keepsake. We could become an unsinkable group. But, unfortunately, our relationship with Vika and Yulia did not stand the test of fame.
Since my parents did not steal from me, our family has always had a bad financial situation. Until the age of 21, I did not have jeans and a mobile phone. And it was fine for me to receive $ 100 for a concert, which was comparable to the monthly salary of my parents. And the girls caught star fever. They began to show dissatisfaction with Izotov. It seemed to them that he was doing everything wrong: he was shooting the video according to the wrong script, he was dressing us in the wrong clothes, etc. As a result, Sergei Evgenievich fired them. Because of this, the girls and I quarreled and stopped communicating. Only a year and a half later, Vika and Julia called me and admitted that they were wrong. We met, cried, hugged. But it was too late.

You are the one to blame

After Vika Petrenko and Yulia Garanina, I worked with twelve other teams, - continues Voronina. - Every six months - a year someone changed. Sometimes, I came to a concert and did not know who would stand with me on stage. And in 2006, Izotov had another business - alcohol. And he announced that he would no longer engage in "Propaganda". It was a hard blow for me. I remember that I lost 28 kg from experiences in two weeks. A loan for a car "hung" on me. There was no rich lover. Only retired parents. And I didn't know how to live on.
I turned to the concert director of "Propaganda" Sergei Ivanov for support. He used to be a perfume dealer. He joined our team in 2004. And he became a very close friend to me. “Don't leave us, though! - I told him. "Let's survive together somehow." According to Ivanov, he negotiated with Izotov for a long time and finally bought the rights to Propaganda from him.
Very soon I realized what a fool I was. Referring to the need to pay compensation to Izotov for us, Ivanov began to take almost all the money from our concerts. My monthly salary averaged six thousand rubles. And I had to dye my hair, refuel the car, pay for a rented apartment. Mom gave me her pension for three years. But even this money was not enough for life. "Can I go to McDonald's to work?" - I asked Ivanova. “No,” he replied. "You are a media person." I was not allowed to sell songs to other artists either. It turned out that under the contract I transferred the rights to Ivanov to everything that I wrote and will write in the future.
He fined me for trying to communicate with one of my colleagues or their producers. In fact, I became his slave. In the summer of 2010, she broke down and said to Ivanov: “Seryozha, either you raise my salary, or I leave the group. I can't work anymore for that kind of money. " “I'd rather raise the salaries of other girls,” he replied. - And you, old, crooked, hunchbacked and fat, the team doesn't really need. After that, "Propaganda" worked for some time without me. Ivanov called me. But I was offended and did not answer the phone. “He probably wants to apologize for getting excited,” I thought. - And on figs I need it?
A month later, we still phoned, met and agreed that I would finalize the group until the end of the year, and then terminate the contract with him and start performing solo.
The last time I went on stage as a member of "Propaganda" was on the night of December 31, 2010 to January 1, 2011. However, Ivanov did not even think to terminate the contract with me. Instead, he began, like a magician, to pull out into the light of day some pieces of paper allegedly disrupting my concerts and threaten with lawsuits. He said that he would not give the work book. And he even refused to pay his salary for New Year's Eve.

I barely ran away

For a whole year I came to my senses and did not even try to pursue a solo career. It seemed to me that all paths to show business were closed for me, - says Vika. - Then a friend from Perm showed my contract with Ivanov's lawyers. “You can wipe yourself off with this piece of paper,” they assured. - A lot of violations were committed in it. How can you transfer the rights to songs that have not yet been created ?! This is complete bullshit. " I perked up and began to seek termination of the contract through the courts. Consideration of my claim at the place of registration of Ivanov in Sergiev Posad was not crowned with success. Their judge never faced such cases and, without understanding, dismissed my demands.
In response, Ivanov turned to the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow and demanded to recover from me fines of five thousand dollars for non-fulfillment of the contract, as well as prohibit me from doing anything without his knowledge - to give concerts, record my voice, use my image, etc. But his claim was also dismissed. And most importantly, in the decision of the Khamovnichesky Court, our contract was in fact recognized as terminated in 2011.
But Ivanov continued to assert that I belonged to him, and did not allow me to work on my own. In St. Petersburg, he even came to the club with the UBEPs himself to grab me. I barely managed to run away from him, get into the car and drive away. And in Moscow, after my performance at the Arena Moscow club, through his efforts, a criminal case was instituted. It is interesting that I was interrogated as a witness in this case by Ivanov's friend, who had previously come with him to the Propaganda concerts. Then this man was fired from the authorities, and the case was closed.
As my acquaintances told me, Ivanov directly says: “My task is to destroy her. Until I sue her, I will not calm down. "

Penalty $ 300 thousand

A couple of years ago, on TV, together with Vika Voronina, we showed two girls from the first cast, who claimed that they were the real "Propaganda" and that I forbid them to perform, but in 12 years of working with the group I have never encountered these girls. - admitted Sergei Ivanov. - And Voronina herself left the team in 2010. She said she was tired of singing. In fact, she experienced female jealousy for other participants - Masha Bukatar and Nastya Shevchenko, who at some point became like an artist a cut above her.
After Voronina left, only two participants worked in "Propaganda". We tried to take the third one, but no one lingered for more than three months. I still have a valid contract with Voronina, signed until 2017. It stated that if she left, she must pay a penalty of 300 thousand dollars. But I treated her with understanding and did not demand this money from her. For two years there was not a word from her. And then Vika again wanted to return to the stage, and she needed to terminate the contract. If she came to me and asked in a human way, it would be a different conversation. But Voronina immediately sued me. At the meetings, she threw tantrums and shamelessly lied, as if I had not paid her salary for years.
Voronina's claims about the rights to her songs were also a lie. She sold them to the former producer of "Propaganda" Sergei Izotov. When he stopped working with the group, Vika came in tears and asked me to buy these songs out, since she herself did not have the means. I paid off with Izotov for a long time. Climbed into debt. And the judge recognized me as the legal owner. In general, Voronina completely lost the court.
Yes, I did contact the police and demanded that her concerts be canceled. But no one forbade her to compose, record and perform new songs. And Vika performed with the old ones that belonged to me. Plus I used the name "Propaganda" in the posters, which I registered as a trademark. Thus, she interfered with the work of our group and damaged us. The criminal case on the fact of her performance at the "Arena Moscow" has not been closed so far. Investigators cannot find her for questioning. As far as I know, Voronina is hiding abroad - in the USA, in the city of St. Louis. Yes, I could give up on her and terminate the contract with her. It makes me neither cold nor hot. But Vika behaved in such a way that for the sake of principle I will not dissolve anything.

For the 16th time, Luzhniki hosts a crowd of Moskovsky Komsomolets readers to celebrate the next 33rd birthday of the newspaper, whose circulation has long exceeded 2 million copies.

I am smoothly moving to the pop platform "Europe Plus & Soundtrack". Here, as usual, all the cream. Scandals began at the entrance! The fact is that the local security did not recognize the Propaganda group. Trio members Willy Star, Mad and JSG were dressed as unattractively as street girls. If not for their producer, they would have stood by the wall until the end of the concert!

In 2002, singer Marina Simanovskaya, known under the stage name Marusya, a member of the female hip-hop group "White Chocolate" and Decl's friend, who sang the famous "Letter" with him, died of cancer in Russia.
In memory of her, the collectives "Not Married" and "Daiquiri" recorded the song "For You". The "Propaganda" group also took part in the dedication.
