Another area is the repair of hostels, which also increases the number of places: because it is possible to repair what was not used before. There is a well-known problem: in the 70s and 190s, some hostels were transformed into service housing, where the right to stay was provided by the order. That is, today these areas are not at all students. But this problem is not solved by a direct way: if citizens live without violations, we cannot evict people if they have no place anymore.

One of the most important directions was the Olympics. Here, children immediately feel and understand their results. Small Academy of Sciences should become a methodological center for reformatting an additional education system in the republic. It is hard in Dagestan with additional education, you know this no worse than me. The problem is that there are no technical directions at all. Either sport, or applied artistic creativity, but there are no circles, olympics. I think that all reasonable undertakings will be implemented under the leadership of the Minister of Education, Omomarov.

- The Ministry of Public Property In recent years has not yet shocked corruption scandals. We see what cool cars are rowing ordinary clerks of the ministry. How are things in the ministry today? Did you manage to create a working team?

- All who did not want to work, gone. There was a big check of the General Prosecutor's Office, and checking the republican prosecutor's office on the personnel issue. It was revealed that many people took to work in the Ministry without holding a competition. This is a direct violation, and we had to part with these people. - We have many OJSC, LLC, GUPOV, partially or fully owned by the republic. What an inventory of Dagestan property and testing the effectiveness of its use was carried out?

Our republican enterprises never wrote a program of activity. They were somehow reported, but it was not structured and was not collegially discussed. A government commission was created to analyze the effectiveness of unitary enterprises. The Gupam Resolution will determine the form of a program of activity and the form of reporting on the results of activities, and also determines the procedures for approval of all enterprises transactions through this commission. Why? Because the financial and economic condition of GUPOV leaves much to be desired, and the commission of all transactions that offer enterprises, one way or another, is associated with financial and economic activities. It makes no sense to divide it into two different storylines, so we decided that all the solutions for the activities of unitary enterprises will be accepted through the Government Commission. We have only 31 acting unitary enterprises, in the registry about 60, unfortunately, a lot of bankruptcies, and it does not always seem to be justified.

- State ownership is not only republican, there is also a federal property, there are municipal. How can I delete it all?

- Indeed, there is a property that belongs to the Russian Federation in the republic. This property is managed by the Federal Property Management Agency, with which we try to cooperate, it is important to us, because the Federal Property Management Agency is a carrier of federal practices. All questions that we have, try to discuss and try to combine everyone in one pool. We have one republic means one task. So far, I did not meet such a question that would take us to some conflict situation. All those questions that are found, we deal with together.
